SLOPPY Took my wife's 2 piece wedding band to get gold added to the bottom because it was getting thin. The first time they welded it into one, the second time it was thinner then when we brought it. 3rd time they sent it to a non corporate shop and the ring doesn't fit together properly anymore and is out of round and doesn't fit. I have been buying from the Jewelry exchange for over 25 years and they destroyed my wife's ring. Alls they could say o us that happens to 2 piece rings a d we won't charge you for destroying ring. Joe the manager in Tustin is good with the quality.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a pair of 1ct earrings and they sent the incorrect item. I paid for extra shipping to receive them in time for my anniversary. When I called they were unwilling to help me resolve the situation and only offered a 10% discount. I offered several reasonable solutions to make it right and they would not budge. They would not even refund my expedited shipping I paid for to get the earrings in time.

I walked into this place for a pair of earrings they had for sale online. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it at this store. All the ladies, especially Darlene, were very nice and informative. I looked around for a while and ended up buying a diamond ring, a diamond necklace and diamond earring jackets. I never knew about earring jackets. These diamond jackets make my studs look amazing for a dressy look. It’s been over a month and I am still happy with my entire purchase. I will definitely shop here again.

This review is long overdue! This place is truly amazing!! My mom and sister purchased their wedding rings here and it’s always great customer service. This last time my mom and I went in to have her ring cleaned and looked at. Adonis was who assisted us that day. She was very professional, nice and attentive with my mom’s concerns with her ring. She was truly amazing and she gave us a 10/10 experience! Thanks again you are truly one of a kind!

My fiance (now husband) purchased my engagement ring here, and it was pretty, but several things sent up red flags. it is a 1/2ct diamond in a 18k white gold cathedral setting with 6 prongs. It is NOT the setting we picked out. The cathedral portion looks like someone gouged it out with a rough tool rather than machining it smooth. It also looks like someone's dad soldered something back together, rather than the setting being flush with the ring - there's a big lump on each side where the setting meets the ring as if they were pieced together. the prongs and setting are rough, and catch on everything - they pull out my hair, snag my clothing, even put a hole in my blouse. The inside of the ring, rather than being smooth, also looks like someone roughly dug it out to save on gold. When it came back from sizing, there were several deep scratches in the gold near the setting that looked like a tool slipped, and were not there prior to sizing. Now, the side of the diamond near one of the prongs has a crack. It's not dirt, it's not a chip, it's a horizontal crack. I'm so sad right now. He paid a lot for this ring, and I haven't complained to my husband too much about the workmanship, because it's not his fault, but we'll definitely be paying these shysters a visit, after visiting another reputable jeweler, and if not fully satisfied, we'll see them in court.
