When working with Michael and Maricruz Martinez, I had a 1st class experience. They were the leaders of my Mortgage Team and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. As a 1st time buyer, there was a lot to digest and adapt but my realtors were extremely attentive. Martinez Real Estate Partners were always there to guide, support and answers questions. They did a good job giving my family and I, relevant perspective during the negotiation period as well as throughout showing their superb negotiation expertise. I appreciate their knowledge and experience of the market, constant communication and responsiveness. Again, this is a lengthy process where there is a lot of time invested and they were always there we needed them. There's so many kudos I can call out about my wonderful experience and journey since 2023 with Martinez Real Estate Partners but the best phrase is "They made me feel like family".

Maricruz was amazing! She did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our first home. Her expertise of the housing market, geographic info and area knowledge, and her patience when dealing with my husband’s multiple crime statistics and reports is commendable. She was very involved in all aspects of the homebuying process for us as first-time homebuyers and the new build process. Her relationship with the builder and inspector really helped ease the process along. She was always available when I called or texted with any and all questions, from the small quick question to the more involved ones, and if a problem arose, she was by my side helping me navigate it smoothly. She went above and beyond checking on our new build, sending photos and being available for whenever I needed her. She gave great advise and pep talks when I was stressed this process, and our dream of homeownership wouldn’t happen. I can’t thank her enough and recommend her and her team enough in helping another in their homebuying journey!

Michael and Maricruz are great realtors to work with. I used them as a seller's agent for a property that I had in Phoenix. They are very knowledgeable agents and are really resourceful. They helped to find a local roofer to do the roofing repairs that I needed which was really helpful. I did get top dollar for my property and was really happy with the outcome. These guys are highly recommended.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maricruz and Micheal when I bought my first home 7 years ago! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and an amazing person to work with! After 7 years my husband and I decided to sell our current home to upgrade to a bigger house. Maricruz and Micheal were the first ones I recruited for information. First appointment was to understand our needs and to explain the process! I was super nervous and scared but I can tell you that this has been the best experience I've had, I was informed every step of the way, I felt comfortable reaching out anytime for questions, they were always available for me and we were able to close both homes at the same time so I wouldn't be left without a place to stay! This process felt simple I didn't feel I was buying a home with how easy things were moving along. From start to finish it only took 30 days!! Words can not express how grateful I am with them! We had an extremely good experience working with the Martínez team and we very much appreciated that they were patient with us. We started our search at the beginning of 2022, and we viewed tons of homes, and made many offers. Often, we were outbid by sometimes 10s of thousands of $$. It was emotionally draining, because it was very common that there were multiple offer situations. If you have tried buying a home in the last two years, you know how we feel. Luckily, we found a home that was better than all of the other homes that we had seen and made offers on. We were sure we wouldn't be able to get it, but Michael and Maricruz contacted the listing agent and they were able to establish what was important to the seller, while protecting our interests. We're convinced that the way that they structured the contract was the reason that we were able to finally get the house of our dreams. It worked out beautifully! We couldn’t be happier.
