First time here with my company van. I got the basic because I’m cheap and it comes out of pocket. I went through, and I was surprised (in a good way) that there was lots of suds. But the rince section barely got rid of those suds. So they let me go through again. Same thing.
When I parked at the vacuums, there were no towels. I had to go all the way around, only to be told that I SHOULD HAVE asked when I pulled up to pay. I voiced my concerns again after the 2nd wash, and they offered no refund, but to wash it a 3rd time. I declined because I had just spent 20 minutes getting rid of all the quickly drying suds. I did give 2 stars because the attendant was very nice. I did advise her to offer towels whether asked or not because most people expect the bin of towels to be at the vacuums. I will not be coming back to Quick Quack again

All I will say about a drawback of this place is that they charges more on cash and less on card which should be same. Rather than they provide a decent service. Thank you though for giving my car a new look.

First time at this new location. No wait or line on a Saturday morning. In and out very quickly. Clean facility. I got the best car wash and it did a pretty good job. I carry a microfiber in my car because my trunk lid never gets 100% dry no matter where but the rest was pretty good. No streaks at all and all the dirt and bird poo is gone! Staff is always friendly at Quick Quack.

The worst quick quack car wash I’ve ever been to. First the actual wash left little black pieces of the scrubbers ask over my car then there wad no towels. The air blower on one side of me wasn’t even there and the other side was broken.

Good car wash, great customer service. The membership is an excellent price for people like us who wash our cars every couple of days. I really like that they have vacuums and towels. Mike was very helpful with explaining the process, even though he is Air Force Go Army, lol!

I got my membership in CA and since I frequently travel back and forth to AZ I was excited to get the membership knowing I could use it at all locations. My first time going to the Bell Rd. AZ location I was completely dissatisfied. Not only did the machine break off my windshield wiper, it cracked my windshield as I went through and the broken piece flew into the window. I filled out an incident report and had to ask the employee to retrieve the broken piece out of the bay, took photos of the broken glass, and was told I would be contacted by management. I asked for a business card for my insurance and was denied but given the customer service website. I again filled out a form online and still have not heard back from anyone. My car was purchased 2 weeks prior to the incident and this happened 2 days before the rain storms leaving me without windshield wipers and with a cracked windshield plus NO FOLLOW UP FROM ANYONE. HORRIBLE. Go anywhere but to Superstar Carwash, especially Bell Rd.

This location was a great one. The license plate readers always run my plate incorrectly, but luckily one of the workers came over immediately and checked for me. He manually reentered my plate and it scanned me through no problems. I currently have a membership for $28 a month, it’s the one down from the best membership they offer. My car always looks clean and staff is always super helpful!

I’m the guy with the red Jetta. I stopped by for a car wash today and was helped by Michael. He was very friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying a membership, which I really appreciated. I usually get stressed out when people push their memberships but he made the whole experience simple and stress free. I rarely get car washes so it meant a lot that he made it easy and comfortable. The car wash attendant Raul was so friendly and nice! He greeted me with a smile and made the whole experience really pleasant. It’s always refreshing to get great service from someone who’s kind and professional. My car looks great and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped in this Saturday the 19th Goodness was it packed!! First, I was greeted by Mike, which was very was pleasant. After, was Danielle and Brandon, with great positive attitudes! Everyone was extremely helpful and happy to be at work. Towels were stocked, everything was on point! Only complain was it rained and I didn’t keep my receipt for a rain check. Nothing you guys could’ve prevented. Thank you for doing an a amazing job by making my day and I’m sure many others! Keep it up!!

I visited Superstar Car Wash on May 19th, and once again, their equipment caused damage to my vehicle—this time breaking my shark fin antenna cover. Previously, my side mirror was damaged as well. I asked for compensation, but they refused and didn’t even offer an apology. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Paid $20 for a wash, didn’t even get the bugs off. Now there’s tire shine all over my wheels and halfway down the side of my car. Just another big corporation that only knows how to market cleaning cars without actually cleaning them properly. Would not recommend

I love this car wash. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure each experience is top tier. Jace, Derrick, and Rafiel are the hardest working guys in any auto wash. I’ve had the most expensive wash membership, and I’ve had the least expensive All the selections leave my car looking great. I am an Uber driver so I wash my car everyday. I’ve been to fancier places, but never better places. Check them out. Tell them Jamie sent you.

I live in the neighborhood and been going to the 28st/Indian School location for a few years.
Continued my membership when it changed name/owners and had an issue this past weekend where their brushes damaged my hood and top of my truck (scratches).
The assistant manager, Andrew, said that the brushes haven’t been working for over a week and couldn’t have made then, I then received a call from the manager, Ahmad, and said that my truck was basically already like that because of the weather, sun, and age of my vehicle.
Then he stated that is normal for something like this to happen because of the car wash practices.
If the company cant accept responsibility for the damage then tell me, don’t lie and tell me it’s the sun that causes it.
Cancel our membership immediately and would not recommend get your vehicle washed here..

Went to get my car washed this morning with absolutely no idea the ownership changed over. Not a big deal. If the ownership changed over, it should be a very simple easy process to take my old account and roll into the next one. Every employee looked completely stumped like this wasn’t gonna be an issue moving forward. Just had me sitting there. No Real communication. Said it would only take a minute. Literally had me sitting out there for minutes with no communication.
Not gonna lie, I didn’t wait that long but it’s too hot out to even be sitting in your car for 5 to 10 minutes.. I got out of there because I could just tell it was gonna be a hot mess for them to figure out. Hopefully, they’ll get it figured out. But for now, I’ll go buy a membership somewhere else. Even if it’s further dry for me. This specific location, whether it has changed management or not. Has had major issues with Consistency, staffing, and communication. I don’t expect anything better from the new owners.

I hadn’t been to this location since the rebranding, and I’m so glad I stopped by with my new car. Ali went above and beyond helping me remove and reapply my paper plate, and he even took care of transferring my account. Super friendly, professional, and efficient — he made the whole process quick and stress-free. Great customer service!

Great car wash. Especially the wrenched lotta car washes say that it’s spotless but we all know it’s not! This one is highly recommend. Use Dash anytime you get a chance.

I forgot I had already given this place a review but I had to delete my previous one to add more to it and I’ll just start off by saying I love this car wash. I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and it’s one of my favorite errands to do during the weekend when I’m able to since it’s a 25 minute drive for me but well worth it. Them having both options to self wash or use their touch less car wash is amazing. I personally go the touch less car wash route and never been disappointed after every wash. I always forget his name (I’m sorry) but the man who cleans the place, super friendly man. Super welcoming and always starting up a conversation. Never left with any bad impressions from this place. I don’t usually leave reviews unless the place I went to left a huge impression on me and this is the one. Highly recommend

I wish I could leave another review because the customer service here is amazing! They were incredibly helpful when I arrived, and they assisted me with getting a wash. I really appreciate it, especially since I drive 20-30 minutes just to come to this car wash. I love it here!

Splash N Dash my go to car wash! They have excellent strong water pressure that pulverizes, sparkle cleans & knocks out all forms of dirt, dust and sand on your car. I don’t like the automated car washes around the city which leave residue & unclean look on the car. I’m more of a hands on do it myself and this self serve car wash suits me just right. It cost $3 for self serve car wash and $1 to use the vacuum or fragrance machine. They accept all forms of payment cash, coins, debit or credit card.

Gained their trust by checking out the website. I love my Jaguar but I regret buying a black vehicle. After paying for a paint correction and ceramic coating I’m scared to clean it with anything that might cause damage. This touchless wash does a great job, prices are fantastic. Feel safe with their machine, and
high quality soap and water. I’ll go about 1-2 times every 3 months as a touch up.

Great touchless car wash that won’t damage your car’s paint (last used the ultimate $10 wash). When I went last though the cheapest option was no longer available ($6 wash)

I went to this location because of the positive reviews that it got. Car really wasn’t that dirty but despite this the touchless car wash did not do a good job and basically got rid of about 75% of the dirt. I still had to do a lot of manual work which is not what you want to do when you go to a car wash. So yeah, I was not impressed. 25 min drive and $10, not worth it.

Good touchless car wash. The cycles are fast and you don’t wait too long. I’ve come when there were 8 cars in line and I was able to clean my interior while I waited in line. Got out in 30 minutes. I’d suggest pretreating your wheels if they’re extra dirty since the wheel brushes only touch the wheels for a couple seconds before moving on. Might remove some dirty but leave caked on brake dust.

Just bought a membership today. Even though it says unlimited its limited 2 times per day. False advertisement. And it onlu washed 90 percent of the crap off even after going through twice. There was more on the car but I had already wiped it off with the towels. Its actually a nice place with nice employees though. The 2 dollar self power wash down the street does a better job. Will be requesting my refund back due to quality and false advertisement. Picture of their policy below even though its claiming unlimited.

Shoutout to Danny at Cobblestone Car Wash on 12th St. & Indian School Rd. for going above and beyond for me! I got a membership despite relocating because their customer service is top-notch. There’s a car wash closer to my new apartment, but I still prefer coming to this one.

I had a doormat that needed power washing, and even though they don’t offer that service, Danny took care of it for me. Now it looks almost brand new and has plenty of life left in it! Huge thanks to Danny and the entire staff for always going the extra mile.

My transmission is going out so I took my car here to clean it before selling it. Went to back out of the stall and my car wouldn’t reverse. The guys here came right over and helped me out and were super kind about it. Top tier customer service. The attendant at the kiosks was also dope and very helpful. 10/10 recommend

Bought a subscription a month ago. I have been to this location about 6 times this far. Good value for the price. No issues going through the wash and getting the vehicle clean. Love the face they supply cleaning clothes at the vacuum stations. So far, so good.

On a more positive note, your interior will be ‘back-to-factory-specs’ clean ‘cause you’ll be the one muscling the complimentary short-stack of wash cloths and obscenely powerful vacuum.

My recommendations?

1. Pick the CHEAPEST car wash option.
2. Grab a few extra wash cloths so you can mop up the dirt those huge SLAPPY BLUE BRUSHES in the tunnel missed.

I never used this location but had to visit here this day to request my daughter’s shark fin that goes on the back end of her car. It appears it had been removed eith the machine when she brought it here for a wash a day prior. The office handed it over to me with no apology or explanation. Just glad they kept it as it costs about $100+ labor at dealership. Told her maybe try one of the newer locations as we are on a family monthly plan.

My car broke down there early in the morning, but they were very kind in letting me leave it there while I had to go get some help. I couldn’t return until 7-8pm but they were still understanding of my situation. Thank you staff! Also have great vacuums & always well stocked towels for use.

I’ve been coming to this spot for 5 years & each time I’ve came I’ve never been left disappointed. Joaquin is one of their best employees. Always kind always courteous, personally he’s my favorite but my mother’s favorite is his brother. My whole family takes their vehicles here and we range from a coupe BMW, average midsize SUV , and then my 6in+ lifted wide tire Toyota Tundra. Safe to say we never had any issues with any of our vehicles & may I add their leather treatments will save your interior during the disgustingly hot AZ summer. S/O to Joaquin for suggesting it when I had my Jeep ! the only place I’ll take my vehicles too !

Got the $60 “Super Clean” option so they would do the interior well since it hadn’t been done in a long time. They did a great job. Just empty all your cup holders and storage trays, or they will for you. And dump it all in one pile for you to sort through later. Little to heavy on the spray shine inside the car. But im sure it will wear off pretty quick anyway.

Ultra suds staff did an awesome job with my vehicle. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs and am messy. My car ended up shinny, clean, the outside was waxed and the inside spotless. They even found a stylus pen I lost months ago. The detailing was totally worth it. I will come back again! My rubber mats were washed and sprayed with shinny and they are lovely.

I have used the automatic car wash for 2 years exclusively. Time before last, after I went through, I noticed small scratches on my trunk. Shrugged it off, went again this weekend and my trunk is even more scratched, and worse this time. So disappointing. I cannot justify going there if it is going to be destroying my paint. Sucks because staff is super nice and helpful.

I love ultra suds car wash!!! Great customer service. The detailing they did on my Chevy equinox was the best. I brought it in after Camping in the desert. My car was very dirty! The car interior looks better then when I got it from the dealership!! The price was great for the quality I received. I will always recommend Ultra Suds!!!

I paid $31 for a VIP clean and they did a horrible job! I had to vacuum the car myself after the half-completed wash. The inside was supposed to be fully dressed and shined but there is spots all over and they definitely didn’t fully wipe my dash down. The wheels were supposed to be cleaned and shined. The 2 front wheels were partially done not how I expected but,they were done but they clearly skipped the back wheels. This car wash doesn’t offer air freshener but charges $59 for a scent bomb. The only good part about this visit was getting flirted with by a handsome youngin lol! I am going back to have the job done correctly and will not return again.

Today was my first day taking my car there it was the guy who help me at the front was nice but the wash was awful the windows were dirty the carpets were dirty I couldn’t complain I have my mother sick and she called me to take her to the ER . So make sure to check before leaving I waste $53. For nothing good luck

Jeremy and the team are brilliant. They take care of my newly purchased car as if it were their own. I can ask them anything and they’ll always give me advice on maintenance to make my trips to them even less. Only guys I’ll trust to properly hand wash my car. Great customer service, great vibes and amazing quality of work. I’m a highly satisfied customer who will always be returning.

Airpark detail did an incredible job on my aging paint that I’d already quoted to be resprayed saving me over a thousand dollars. The interior and leather was cleaned to like new (ten year old car) and I only wish I’d started using them sooner.

What differentiates a good auto repair/detail shop from a great shop is how they respond when something isn’t quite right. Jeremy goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction so I’d recommend them to anyone.

After nearly 6 years and two kids, the backseat of our vehicle was reminiscent of a Jackson Pollock painting, so I took it to Airpark Auto Detailing based on Internet reviews. They were well-deserved, because Jeremy and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The car looked almost brand new when I left. I am thrilled with the result and can emphatically recommend this company to anyone looking to have their vehicle detailed!

I never had my car detailed before and its over 8yrs old. You can imagine the spills and crumbs that have turned to stains and grime.
I was referred to Airpark Auto Detail from a work friend, and thought it was time to treat my poor lil grimy Versa Note to a fancy detail. I could not believe the difference! Every crack and crevice in the interior had been treated and cleaned, the carpet and original seat covers looked brand new! I swear there was a handful of change that seemed superglued into my cupholders with many years of layers of spilled coffee and soda… and now all of my surfaces, screens, buttons and knobs look as clean as when I bought it new. I am especially impressed with the buffing out of scuffs and scratches on the exterior. They buffed out an eyesore ( a front driver door scratch 10 inches long that was poorly covered with yellowing paint) that I cringed to see every day, and now, that damage is barely visible! Not to mention the scuffies on the rear bumper corners, non-existent now.
I appreciate Greg in being a consistent contact and Andres for all his hard work and the magic he performed on my scuff/scratch damages. I’m telling everyone about this great service. 10 stars!

This business is AMAZING! I brought in my 2007 Lexus IS250 that had suffered the Arizona sun and in one day got back a car that looks like it just came off the showroom floor! When Richie pulled it around I was speechless. Superior work, fast turnaround, and fair pricing. This is THE shop to bring your car for a professional detail !

Had a couple scratches in the hood of my car. They got them taken care of very fast and got me on my way. I would recommend them!

Today, I came here to get a client fleet vehicle detailed. When I’m in the Phoenix area, this is the only location I come to get vehicles detailed.

Mike Jones wrote me up for the detail, and when the car was done, it was Devon who handled my keys to me. I did see other team members who worked on the car, and they deserve recognition… I just don’t have names.

The car I brought to them was a disaster inside. When the job was completed, it was as I was approaching a brand new car. I should have taken “Before” pictures because there is a difference, a notable difference.

When I come here, the place is always busy. It’s always clean, and the person at the counter is usually helpful and courteous, and all of that runs true today.

You’ll see complaints, and you’ll read horror stories, but is it the business or an individual who is amongst many here that was the reason. Don’t let one or two people ruin it for you. Address your issues directly to the appropriate staff or escalate it to people who matter and make the decisions on a grand scale.

Today I took my truck to get it washed after I filled up some water for the week. I placed the bottles in the middle of the backseat. Somehow, they ended up breaking one. They also didn’t listen when I asked them to make sure that they wiped down the top of my truck as water streaks flow down onto the back window. They left a bunch of water marks all over my truck. Extremely unpleased

Brought my car in for a wash at the Highland location. I live on a dirt road, my car gets very dusty and dirt collects in all the cracks.
Manager noticed, found me and personally and carefully pressure washed the inside panels of my car doors where the dirt is hard to clean. I received fantastic service for the price I paid. I enjoyed watching the team work.

I wanted to love this place, and at first I really did. The first few times I brought my car in, they did an amazing job it came out spotless, smelling amazing with what seemed like a signature scent, and the attention to detail was top-notch. Every visit they’d try to upsell me the membership, and after a few times I finally said yes, thinking I’d get that same quality every week.

Unfortunately, once I signed up, the experience changed and not for the better. My first wash after becoming a member was noticeably sloppier. They didn’t even remove obvious trash (like straw wrappers and crumpled napkins) from the cup holders, and there was no nice scent like before. I brushed it off as a fluke… until it happened again.

The next visit, the car still didn’t smell great, and I noticed the dash had been sprayed but not wiped clean. There was even white residue left on the steering wheel. I politely asked an employee if I could borrow a rag to wipe it myself. He looked irritated, asked what I was talking about, and told me it was a scratch. I insisted it was residue and asked him to wipe it and sure enough, it came right off. No apology, just annoyance.

Another time, they accidentally kept the keys to a different car I had in the cup holder. I didn’t even notice until hours later. And again, no scent in the car, just the smell of cleaning chemicals. That beautiful fragrance I used to love has completely disappeared from my post-membership washes.

At that point, I canceled my membership. I still have washes left through next month, but the quality and customer service have been so disappointing that I no longer look forward to going. It’s frustrating because I know what this place can do they just don’t seem to put in the same effort anymore unless you’re a one-off customer.

Absolutely great service! Steven helped me out, showed me whats what. I’m new in town so I wanted to take my business to somewhere that seemed like they would care for my truck and I found the perfect spot! The value is great and the wash came out amazing. This will be my car wash spot from now on.

I stopped going here 2 years ago due to the amount of times they messed up, damaged cars, or simply just didn’t do the job they were paid to do, and every time it’s the same song and dance oh the person assigned misunderstood what they were doing. Apparently managers at this place don’t have to follow up or manage their employees but regardless. Today I had my detail guy have a family emergency and my only option left was Jackson’s well I deserve this $240 for an interior only detail 4.5 hours and they literally swept the car (poorly) and didn’t even shampoo the carpets or clean the seats. When I brought their manager over he said “oh yeah this isn’t done you want to leave it over night? ” no I don’t want to leave it over night do you have magic elves working after hours that will actually do the job? Can I just get a refund and be on my way? Nope sorry no one here is authorized to do refunds you’ll have to come back tomorrow. This place is literally the worst business in all of Arizona. FYI they used to do oil changes stopped going there for that after they failed to put the skid plate back on my car two separate times. Also this is the second time they have just not detailed my car after paying for it. It’s my own fault for going back.

Don’t go there. Trashy machines don’t work most of the time. Price went to 2:00 . No soap most of time. Complain and all you get for an answer is, everything seems to be working fine, , waste of money and waste of time. Fine different wash.

Display stole $5 from me in the machine trying to get some systems for my windows to clean them to dry them but yet the machine kept every single piece that I put money in for. Im done as you see here there’s three white cloths in there for my windows that got stuck so I thought I put another one in there to get the other one out so I want to keep that one but no I did it three times and then the other side you see it’s a wipe

This is my favorite self serve car wash, hands down. Sometimes it is so busy you’re lucky get a stall but while you wait there is actual metal sculpture art on the posts of the vacuum area.
The owner is very nice & if you need anything for your car O’Reillys is right next-door. I love this place it’s awesome!

So I will say if you have a nice car do not go here late at night. Like 930-10pm or later. Also don’t have cash on you. I honestly felt at 4 different times that I was going to be robbed/jacked. The homeless weren’t even the problem so much as the people who were washing their cars. Actually both made me very uneasy. A couple different times i locked myself in my car when people were staring me down.

Also the first bay I tried ate my money. I would recommend another place of late at night. I don’t leave bad reviews unless for a good reason but I felt very uneasy here. And for me to say that, that’s saying something…so just be safe and if possible go elsewhere at night time.
