Jacksons Car Wash

July 22, 2025 5:00 pm I came back today with another vehicle and it was in just as bad shape as the prior one. July 20, 2025 11:45 am Today, I came here to get a client fleet vehicle detailed. When I’m in the Phoenix area, this is the only location I come to get vehicles detailed. Mike Jones wrote me up for the detail, and when the car was done, it was Devon who handled my keys to me. I did see other team members who worked on the car, and they deserve recognition… I just don’t have names. The car I brought to them was a disaster inside. When the job was completed, it was as I was approaching a brand new car. I should have taken "Before" pictures because there is a difference, a notable difference. When I come here, the place is always busy. It’s always clean, and the person at the counter is usually helpful and courteous, and all of that runs true today. You’ll see complaints, and you’ll read horror stories, but is it the business or an individual who is amongst many here that was the reason. Don’t let one or two people ruin it for you. Address your issues directly to the appropriate staff or escalate it to people who matter and make the decisions on a grand scale.

Today I took my truck to get it washed after I filled up some water for the week. I placed the bottles in the middle of the backseat. Somehow, they ended up breaking one. They also didn’t listen when I asked them to make sure that they wiped down the top of my truck as water streaks flow down onto the back window. They left a bunch of water marks all over my truck. Extremely unpleased

Great experience! Visiting Phoenix. Brought my car in for a wash at the Highland location. I live on a dirt road, my car gets very dusty and dirt collects in all the cracks. Manager noticed, found me and personally and carefully pressure washed the inside panels of my car doors where the dirt is hard to clean. I received fantastic service for the price I paid. I enjoyed watching the team work. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service. Special thanks to the detail manager Trey!

Darian & Jacob thank you so much for your extra attn to detail hand wiping down windows, windshield inside, wheels and buffing out areas missed in car wash. Grateful to see the older model of car wash available, I’ve looked for and missed these kinds washers where you get out of car, relax inside, work with wifi, get a refreshment &/or greeting cards for any occasion, (exceptional choices,) friendly folks everywhere I went. I wanted to love this place, and at first I really did. The first few times I brought my car in, they did an amazing job it came out spotless, smelling amazing with what seemed like a signature scent, and the attention to detail was top-notch. Every visit they’d try to upsell me the membership, and after a few times I finally said yes, thinking I’d get that same quality every week. Unfortunately, once I signed up, the experience changed and not for the better. My first wash after becoming a member was noticeably sloppier. They didn’t even remove obvious trash (like straw wrappers and crumpled napkins) from the cup holders, and there was no nice scent like before. I brushed it off as a fluke… until it happened again. The next visit, the car still didn’t smell great, and I noticed the dash had been sprayed but not wiped clean. There was even white residue left on the steering wheel. I politely asked an employee if I could borrow a rag to wipe it myself. He looked irritated, asked what I was talking about, and told me it was a scratch. I insisted it was residue and asked him to wipe it and sure enough, it came right off. No apology, just annoyance. Another time, they accidentally kept the keys to a different car I had in the cup holder. I didn’t even notice until hours later. And again, no scent in the car, just the smell of cleaning chemicals. That beautiful fragrance I used to love has completely disappeared from my post-membership washes. At that point, I canceled my membership. I still have washes left through next month, but the quality and customer service have been so disappointing that I no longer look forward to going. It’s frustrating because I know what this place can do they just don’t seem to put in the same effort anymore unless you’re a one-off customer.

Absolutely great service! Steven helped me out, showed me whats what. I'm new in town so I wanted to take my business to somewhere that seemed like they would care for my truck and I found the perfect spot! The value is great and the wash came out amazing. This will be my car wash spot from now on.

I stopped going here 2 years ago due to the amount of times they messed up, damaged cars, or simply just didn’t do the job they were paid to do, and every time it’s the same song and dance oh the person assigned misunderstood what they were doing. Apparently managers at this place don’t have to follow up or manage their employees but regardless. Today I had my detail guy have a family emergency and my only option left was Jackson’s well I deserve this $240 for an interior only detail 4.5 hours and they literally swept the car (poorly) and didn’t even shampoo the carpets or clean the seats. When I brought their manager over he said "oh yeah this isn’t done you want to leave it over night? " no I don’t want to leave it over night do you have magic elves working after hours that will actually do the job? Can I just get a refund and be on my way? Nope sorry no one here is authorized to do refunds you’ll have to come back tomorrow. This place is literally the worst business in all of Arizona. FYI they used to do oil changes stopped going there for that after they failed to put the skid plate back on my car two separate times. Also this is the second time they have just not detailed my car after paying for it. It’s my own fault for going back.
