Muy mal atención al cliente fui hoy a cancelar la membresía porqué ya no la necesito y una señora de atención al cliente de esa tienda me dió un número de teléfono según para qué llamará y cancelarla y además me dió un número que no era , yo tuve que investigar el número correcto por internet , según la señora ese trámite solo se puede hacer por llamada pero resulta que la persona que atendió mi llamada me dijo que si se puede hacer en persona ,la verdad estoy súper desepcionado y mi consejo para cualquier persona que quiera agarrar una membresía por favor pienselo dos veces antes de hacerlo porque estos te ponen muchos obstáculos al momento de querer cancelarla

Micah was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked around the store showing us the different options and features we were looking for. He explained the importance and value of different products. We found some amazing deals and are very happy with the selection and quality of our purchase.

Sucks big time. Sales person keyed in the wrong item despite us warning her several times about the colour required. Still, wrong colour and textile delivered after 2 weeks of wait. The receipt does not state the colour. There’s no way we will know other than to trust her. Delivery guys dropped it off as drop off service chosen, they said they were 3rd party and unable to take them back despite me spotting the error.
Called customer service and they said they have emailed the store for them to resolve this error.
After 1.5hrs of no contact from the shop, I drove there to have them process the exchange and correct couch to delivery the next day. Still we need to move the heavy sectional set indoors first. We waited 2 weeks for nothing as the correct couch was in stock.
Update: the delivery guys on the second day were more mature than the previous guys, collected the incorrect couches, swapped it with the correct ones.
Product arrived with a broken plastic foot ( we bought replacements from Ace) 2 of the 3 faux leather sectionals were scratched despite the heavy wrapping. (Either at the factory or was returned and repacked) We were too tired by then to carry the very heavy sectionals back to the store for the 7 days free returns.

I purchased furniture from here a couple years ago along with a care free plan. My experience with my first purchase was great, everyone was friendly and delivery and their white glove setup was super convenient. The warranty is great for fixing or cleaning the furniture which was used more than once. I was trying to get the legs fixed but they replaced it instead. I went to the store, picked out my replacement and they delivered and set it up for free. It was surprisingly simple and easy.

It was my first time in living spaces and I had a great experience. Looking for nice comfortable couches and they had the ones that we had been looking for. Eric was helping us and he was very kind and helpful. Was patient with our kids as well that’s a plus and offer us something to drink. Eric answer to all of our question and concern we had as well.

Jazzy was absolutely amazing. She is friendly, knowledgable and has a great eye for what will/will not look good together. She made the entire process of (basically fully) furnishing our first home something special. Thank you Jazzy for your patience and kindness, it will never be forgotten!

What ever you do, go buy elsewhere. The transparency here is so false. They claim not to work on commission but they sure do act like it. We were interested on a few couches. We were window shopping and loved a pair. We didn’t have the correct measurements for our living room so we didn’t want to get them. Here is where the first red flag was. They told us we had 24 to change our minds on an item, to go home and measure the our living space, to make sure that our door opening was safe for delivery too. We signed every, they pressured us that we would love them, and we signed. We went home and measured and guess what, the couches were going to be too big. We when the very next morning, not even 16 hours since being there and they had so much to say. With an attitude this time. But they were so kind when they wanted to sell. I spoke to the manager and she was rude, talking about restock fees. The couches were not even made yet because they were not in stock, we were told they were when we signed. And then they said that it was okay since we wanted the sofas exactly like the models. Well guess what we had them delivered because we were not about to pay $500 dollars to have them “restocked” they were not even build. Talking about we already started to work on them when they had said that usually it takes 2-3 weeks for them to get them done. Any ways, we had a balance of 2,100 for both couches including the free care plan. What a scam. We were told we had 18 months to pay the full balance. We had almost finished paying the sum when 19 months hits, they charged us $1000 for a flat fee according to synchrony banking. Just save yourself the head ache. The couches already started to wear down and we don’t have kids or pets. We will only sit on them when we have adult guest over and that’s once every quarter of a year. Trying to get the tear in the couch covered is another headache. Anyways, don’t spend your money here.

Tons of options on the floor! Sales people are helpful but ZERO pressure. Looked things up for me, checked on delivery dates. When I said I was still looking elsewhere all he said was “Of course! make sure you get what you like!” He also gave me a sheet with pricing and dimensions. I returned the next day and bought the sectional! Very happy with Living Spaces!!

I ordered a large sectional and ottoman and at delivery, the ottoman had a white spot on the blue fabric and a big line down the center. I called and complained so they sent out a second ottoman, which was worse than the first. They took it away with them and left the original. So today they delivered the third one and the manager at the warehouse unboxed it and checked it to make sure everything was OK with it so when they delivered it I had a big stain on the top of it. So I refused it. This is getting ridiculous. I told them that I am over it and I want my money back and of course they’re going to bring out a fourth ottoman.

I came to browse the Ashley storeroom at 8p.m. on a Saturday. They let me browse. No pressure! Sales rep “Jesse” helped me decide between two sofas I liked. My main concern was that my cats would tare up the couch. He emphasized that the couch with a much tighter weave would be most durable. I am happy to say he had great advice! I love my new sofa.

Applied for a loan to furnish a new apartment, got approved for 10k. Went through basically to my purchase amount 2 weeks ahead of time.

Furniture was still delayed. They forgot to order my couch ($1,500) and my total was nearly the same i was originally quoted by the sales rep. Initial purchase took nearly 3 hours because of “system issues”.

Cant get through to the store no matter what and calls get forwarded. Tried several times on several days and never actually had the store answer.

Jill was attentive and helpful. I knew what I was looking for and she didn’t try and get me to go in a different direction. I found 2 pieces I loved and had to think about it for awhile because the main piece wasn’t going to be delivered on the date I had hoped, but I came back and told her let’s go for it! The measurements are perfect, it’s a gorgeous piece and I can’t wait to receive both pieces when they’re ready. Thanks Jill!

My boyfriend and I just moved here. After a month or so of looking around, Bob’s is the first place where we actually felt welcomed. Jason is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and was ready to help us at every step. Often times, it feels like you’re either overwhelmed by sales reps or can’t seem to find one in the whole store. That was not the case here! Everyone was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We had both the privacy and confidence to look around and explore, as well as the help we needed throughout our time there. In addition to the high quality of staff, the furniture is of a wonderful quality as well. I highly, highly recommend the Desert Ridge location. Jason, you were amazing and we love our new couch! Brad, you ought to be proud!

We bought a recliner last week. We were told that the delivery was on Saturday nothing than we received a text that we would receive it on Sunday no one showed than they changed to Monday between 1 and 5 it finally came at approximately 5:15 by 2 guy’s that did not speak English not impressed. Chair is nice but not happy with sales or delivery of products.

Went here to refurnish my entire apartment after a move from Flagstaff and Dave was lovely! He made sure I was adequately assisted throughout the entire process and was a delight to make conversation with. He definitely has a heart of gold.

The prices are exceptional and the quality doesn’t miss either. If you want high quality furniture with a good 5 year warranty for accidents (even pet accidents!) for a good price this place has you covered!

FALSE ADVERTISING. I placed my order on April 17th. What I received was a foam mattress with no springs—completely different from what I saw in the store. When I reached out, I was told the mattress I selected was still being made and they were waiting on a shipment. A month later, on May 16th, they finally deliver… the same incorrect foam mattress.
I call Bob’s Furniture again, and only then am I told that the mattress I originally chose has been discontinued. So not only did they take my money without telling me the product wasn’t available, they waited a full month to inform me—after delivering the wrong item twice.
If the mattress isn’t available, it should not be on the showroom floor. Period. On top of that, the staff tried to convince me that the mattress they sent was the same or somehow “better.”
The mattress I received is hard, thin, and not worth $400. Don’t waste your time or money here. They’ll take your payment, send you whatever they want, and hope you won’t notice or complain.
Look at these photos and tell me if they are the same thing. Completely ridiculous and a waste of time.

Came in with my boyfriend to find the perfect mattress for our first apartment. Rita right off the bat was amazing, attentive, informative & friendly. She showed us multiple options as well as made sure we were well aware of prices & the best deals we should go with. Will be coming back!

I visited the store with the idea of possibly finding a new office desk and maybe a couch in the future. If you’re after high-quality furniture, this might be a decent spot to check out. However, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. It felt like walking into a car dealership with a pushy salesman tailing you the whole time. I was followed around and even after politely saying multiple times that I was just browsing. To top it off, being laughed at by staff after making it clear of my intentions? Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected. When I do decide to buy it’ll be somewhere else.

Came to look for a couch and right away was pleased with the selection they had. We never felt pressured to buy anything. They answered all our questions and found the best option that worked for us. Will definitely keep coming here for our furniture needs

Really nice place, when there to get our bed, the prices are kinda reasonable, it just some are not cheap at all, but all in all, i think it’s all come down to what you’re looking for, plus, they can even finance you, that the great part, and you do monthly payments.

We walked in to get couches and found ones that worked for us; and at a good price. They are stylish, sturdy and comfortable. The staff at the store were very nice. Maricela helped us kindly. The delivery staff were fast and polite. They put the couches right where we wanted.

Just finished our first purchase at Nick’s Furniture, a new bedroom set for our guest room. Working with Aymen, it was a breeze! Aymen was very helpful and he was able to get us a terrific price with minimal delivery charges. We saved over $1200 over the exact same furniture at other stores in town. The furniture arrived in perfect shape in time for our first house guests who loved the furniture. It totally transformed our guest space! The delivery team was exemplary. They had de-boxed the furniture prior to delivery and promptly brought everything right into their final resting spots, working very hard and swiftly on a hot day. Hat tip to the delivery team! The furniture looks outstanding, and we plan to be back for additional purchases in the near future!

I purchased a sofa, TV stand, coffee table and end tables. They delivered my furniture within the time frame specified and everything was above expectations. Jayden was my salesman and extremely polite and helpful. I’m definitely going to buy anymore furniture from Nick’s. In fact I’m thinking of getting the love seat to match the sofa. Nicks was a pleasant surprise. Just moving into the area and needing some furniture. The quality, prices, friendly service, and excellent delivery were better than anywhere in our home state.

I had ordered a six drawer dresser and two bedroom night stands. I had called and had my order taken over the phone by Berenice. Salesman was nice, furniture was cool, was delivered on time, but I’m not a big fan of signing me up for 2 different loans with 2 different companies. (American First AND Koalifi) I thought I was buying about 3000 dollars worth of furniture for memorial day sale, but I’m now paying 700 monthly until 2026 in loan repayments!!!

If I had known I’d be throwing 700 a month in the river every month for a year, I would have never signed up for it. Especially Koalifi who not only has the most evil interest rates in history, but they just randomly take out 300 dollars whenever they feel like it with no notice that an upcoming payment is due. When you call customer service, they can’t find your account, even after you provide your D.O.B and last 4 social.

If I had that much disposable income monthly, I wouldn’t even NEED to take out one loan, let alone two. I get it, I signed the contract, you guys have me stuck paying it, but you guys need to be way more upfront with that or hire someone who explains it better. My dining room table is awesome, but I can’t afford food to eat at it. 🙁

Take it from me folks. Buy their furniture, it’s a great experience! Just never finance with them.

I just want to say that a few days ago I came in about 5 minutes before close and Sergio C. Stayed to show my wife and I some of the furniture. He was very kind, polite and professional.. I wasn’t able to make the purchase that night but I promise Sergio that I would be back. And today he and his team help my family and I out with more than we bargained for. The new couch I received has a very noticeable stain, right out of the box. I called to see what could be done and no one ever called me back. The prices weren’t any less than other stores. Especially after adding the $110 delivery fee with assembly still required.

Owner is very engaging and accommodating and the sofa and recliner with our TV stand were all fairly priced. Bought my first new couch over a month ago now from Alec. I’m very happy with the couch and the buying experience. He is not a pushy with sales, gives you the information on the product and lets you decide. It’s a great couch at a great price, (cheaper than used ones I could find on OfferUp and other sites) glad I found this place.

Thanks to Phoenix Sofa Factory my wife and I were able to buy our dream couch from here, we had to wait 3 weeks for delivery because they didn’t have the whole set in store but it was just in time when we got our house. It’s very comfortable and big just like we expected! Would buy from them again!

I got on OfferUp, searched up sectional and got recommended a few of PSF products, I seen two I was interested that were around what I was looking for. There is no expiration date of the “cash price” or no dates that it is valid though or anything that specified the deal was no longer valid. Drove an hour to the location mentioned the post like the ad stated to, only to be hit with “that’s an old post” the price is $599+ tax, False Advertising at its finest. As buyers we cannot see how old the OfferUp post is or when it was posted, we see recommendations for what we are searching for.

I will say the man there stated he was able to lower it to $499+tax which is still over their advertised ad, when a person sees an ad and goes out of their way to go and purchase, anything other then the ad price is unfair.

Very happy with my experience here. Found really amazing discounted couch. Friendly service. I’ll be back to see if they have another piece of furniture that I want. I recommend them.
