Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Jason ROCKS! My boyfriend and I just moved here. After a month or so of looking around, Bob's is the first place where we actually felt welcomed. Jason is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and was ready to help us at every step. Often times, it feels like you're either overwhelmed by sales reps or can't seem to find one in the whole store. That was not the case here! Everyone was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We had both the privacy and confidence to look around and explore, as well as the help we needed throughout our time there. In addition to the high quality of staff, the furniture is of a wonderful quality as well. I highly, highly recommend the Desert Ridge location. Jason, you were amazing and we love our new couch! Brad, you ought to be proud!

We bought a recliner last week. We were told that the delivery was on Saturday nothing than we received a text that we would receive it on Sunday no one showed than they changed to Monday between 1 and 5 it finally came at approximately 5:15 by 2 guy's that did not speak English not impressed. Chair is nice but not happy with sales or delivery of products.

Went here to refurnish my entire apartment after a move from Flagstaff and Dave was lovely! He made sure I was adequately assisted throughout the entire process and was a delight to make conversation with. He definitely has a heart of gold. The prices are exceptional and the quality doesn't miss either. If you want high quality furniture with a good 5 year warranty for accidents (even pet accidents!) for a good price this place has you covered!

Loved everthing about your beautiful store. What sold me on buying with you are the people! All are so kind and attentive and easy going and ready to listen and work really hard to make my ideas take shape. Your store will be my first stop in the future. Thank you so, so much. FALSE ADVERTISING. I placed my order on April 17th. What I received was a foam mattress with no springs—completely different from what I saw in the store. When I reached out, I was told the mattress I selected was still being made and they were waiting on a shipment. A month later, on May 16th, they finally deliver... the same incorrect foam mattress. I call Bob’s Furniture again, and only then am I told that the mattress I originally chose has been discontinued. So not only did they take my money without telling me the product wasn’t available, they waited a full month to inform me—after delivering the wrong item twice. If the mattress isn’t available, it should not be on the showroom floor. Period. On top of that, the staff tried to convince me that the mattress they sent was the same or somehow "better." The mattress I received is hard, thin, and not worth $400. Don’t waste your time or money here. They’ll take your payment, send you whatever they want, and hope you won’t notice or complain. Look at these photos and tell me if they are the same thing. Completely ridiculous and a waste of time.

Came in with my boyfriend to find the perfect mattress for our first apartment. Rita right off the bat was amazing, attentive, informative & friendly. She showed us multiple options as well as made sure we were well aware of prices & the best deals we should go with. Will be coming back!

I visited the store with the idea of possibly finding a new office desk and maybe a couch in the future. If you’re after high-quality furniture, this might be a decent spot to check out. However, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. It felt like walking into a car dealership with a pushy salesman tailing you the whole time. I was followed around and even after politely saying multiple times that I was just browsing. To top it off, being laughed at by staff after making it clear of my intentions? Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected. When I do decide to buy it’ll be somewhere else.
