I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ramos Law to anyone needing their services. While they couldn't continue my case, they were very helpful as we developed my file and mapped a few things out. Laura Handke is exceptionally bright, kind and informative while Marcia Ramos was extraordinarily helpful in managing the day to day requests, keeping things organized and was very responsive - within minutes most of the time - so I never had to wonder if she saw my emails. They both have gone out of their way to try helping me transition to another firm and I am so grateful they have made my file available to other potential attorneys. If I have a need in the future that this firm can manage, I will absolutely seek them out.

Ramos Law is great! Anthony, Charissa, and the rest of their team was very professional, supportive and helpful. No person or business is perfect but they're fairly close. Like probably not going to invite them to my wedding but would help them move a couch even in the summer, and I'm in Arizona, so that's saying something. Well here's an update to my earlier review. It's been just about 2 months since I sent in my late wife's hospital records proving by Arizona Malpractice Laws that the hospital and infectious disease doctor were at fault for my wife's death due to negligence, failing to follow Antibiotic Stewardship Practices and Failure to Diagnose. I contacted the firm to get an update on their evaluation of the possible case, not if they're taking the case just to see if things were looking good so far since it's been almost 2 months and I would hope they would have an idea up to this point but no one will contact me on the update. I don't know if Ramos Law is always like this or not but I would think that it's not unreasonable to get an actual update after 2 months. I will give one more update once I hear from them. I'm hoping this is not normal for them and I'm just hoping that it slipped through the cracks which definitely can happen with a large firm like Ramos Law which is then very understandable.

When I first contacted Ramos’ Law Firm about my Deep Vein Thrombosis I contracted from the COVID-19, vaccine, they were extremely helpful. I was transferred to Dr. Ramos, who immediately took my phone call and explained to me as to how my case would be handled.
