Mi experiencia con Roberto siempre a sido delo mejor desde que empezó hasta ahora mis hijos perrunos el se los e llevado mi inolvidable Pocho que ya no esta en este mundo mi amor..y ahora mi bamsi lo dejaron hermoso....siempre mis respeto para Roberto y su equipo

We have been going to art of pet grooming since Roberto was cutting from home. Over the past year and a half we’ve noticed changes to our three dogs haircuts not coming out usually to the Roberto standard. I don’t know if there was a change of management or owner, but it has really reflected in the quality of grooming in the recent years. Today when I took one of my smaller dogs who does not like to fully stand for his grooming and will sit during them. which has not been an issue in the recent years. I received a call that they were refusing to service my dog due to him having an "anxiety attack". I ultimately was charged $45 for a bath and a dry according to the man on the phone when I did pick up my dog, he was not fully dried at all he was very damp. I was very upset and distraught and felt betrayed after all these years of my dogs, being groomed and having no issues with Roberto. I’m starting to believe there was a change in owner without notice to the customers. Due to the change of everybody’s demeanor from the front desk to the groomers quality not being up to par. I have been on the fence of not bringing my dogs here for a while now, but the loyalty that we have with Roberto kept bringing us back. It’s a shame after this traumatizing experience we will not be here again. A little update I was able to get him into another groomer today and he did not have an issue at all.

I've taken Athena here for about 3 years now..... They always did a great job. The picture with the bow tie was a year ago. She gets the teddy bear cut around the face and short all over the body with flared out tail. She gets the mud bath which makes her coat so silky smooth and whatever they use on her She comes home smelling SO amazing. I have been debating writing this review and if I was going to take her back or not because of that mud bath. I have not been able to find another place that does it but I've finally decided I'm not taking her back. Thinking back on how scared she was when we got there and her anxiety was so crazy out of control. I was so confused cause she's been going there for so long but this time was different. She DID NOT want to be there. When I picked her up.......they had cut her pony tail off "by accident". Apparently misunderstanding. I was so upset I just walked out. I didn't say anything. They blew up my phone apologizing and offering to give me a full refund which I can appreciate and respect but it didn't fix the experience. I was sitting in my car crying and then went inside when I calmed down and got my money back. Accidents do happen and I'm a pretty understanding person but even the time before that they messed up cutting around her pony tail and I had to cut her hair myself to fix it, so... Everybody seems new there, it's not what it was and Athena is a licensed service animal so if SHE has anxiety going in somewhere....something isn't right. It saddens me to say goodbye but I'm hopeful we will find somewhere else.

Excelente servicio! Mi mascota recibió un trato increíble en esta estética canina. El equipo es muy profesional, cuidadoso y paciente. Mi perro salió limpio, bien peinado y feliz. Se nota que aman a los animales y cuidan cada detalle. Sin duda, volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%
