Would not recommend this business solely on the judgement of their staff. Someone on their Pre-litigation staff is overall distrustful, shady and dishonest. Pre-litigation is for parties to attempt to resolve a dispute through negotiation, communication, and evidence gathering, aiming to reach a settlement without resorting to litigation. Which this description is the opposite of the morality displayed by this individual employed here. Go anywhere else and work with more reputably moral people.

Don't deal with insurance companies yourself! My experience with Zachar Law Firm has been nothing but positive. I was referred to Zachar Law Firm by another attorney. Because of COVID (and the other guy's fly by night insurance company), my case did take a while, but I was confident that Kathryn Leonard and Kelsey Sturgeon were working diligently to get as much of a settlement as possible.
