Disappointing Experience – $700 Lost in Just 2 Hours I hired this immigration firm and paid $1,600 upfront for their services. After an initial welcome call, I decided to cancel the contract approximately two hours later. Despite the short timeframe and no substantial work being done, they only refunded $900 and kept $700. When I asked what exactly justified keeping such a large portion for just a brief intro call, I received no clear explanation. I understand that businesses have policies, but charging $700 for what essentially amounted to an onboarding call is unacceptable and feels extremely unfair. Be cautious and make sure you’re 100% confident before making any payments. I expected transparency and integrity, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
