Great find! Lots of options, for everyone. Really helpful staff, and a bar to hangout and study, relax, chill with friends, etc. lots of gift options, from wind chimes to candles, socks to gems, tarot cards to games. Fun to just walk around and see the diversity of books and people. Worth stopping in!

Great bookstore. I actually like their other location even more—despite being smaller, it feels like they have a wider selection of games and puzzles, plus the area offers a bit more to do. What really stands out is how much they give you for used books. Getting over 40% of the retail value for something you no longer want is hard to beat.

Always curious to check out a small business. The selection and atmosphere however – very politically charged. Not really a big variety of books either like the mystery,history, science sections and anything for school is lacking. I just want to enjoy books and not focus on what’s going on in the world from time to time- it’s good for very liberal folks though. The selection is small. They do offer trade ins- though I have not done that with this business. Did not check out the coffee area but that’s a great combo to have for a book store. They serve alcohol but this place is super expensive – like $13 a beer. They also offer theme nights/nights out. The prices are steep (like Walmart/target/amazon are cheaper) but you can expect that from a small place. Lots of little knick knacks around the place- good gift giving potential but really pulls away from it being a book store about books…. Workers were average but felt like they were trying to rush everyone around/out. Very “buy something quickly or get out”. It’s not just a used book store- I’d say it’s 75% +new. Realistically it’s 3 stars but the 4th is just because we didn’t try any of the extras so I can’t judge/account for that.

Great bookstore with incredible ambience. Worth paying a little more over Amazon to support local place that also serves wine, beer and coffee. Cozy spot.

Changing Hands Phoenix is a cute independent bookstore. The largest sections were sci-fi, fantasy, young adult and kids. Not my thing, but probably good for teens and kids. Might be fun to stop by and browse on a date or something. There’s also lots of trinkets and things for sale, and the bar takes up a lot of the store.

I was disappointed to see how small the history section was, and they didn’t have much variety. I have a running list of things I look for and they didn’t have any of them.

Also, the used books are interspersed with new books so you can only tell because of a little sticker. It seemed that most books were new and therefore pretty pricey. Some of the “new” books had slight defects but were still priced as new. I’ve found cheaper copies of some of the used books elsewhere.

I really wanted to like it, but it seems to be more of a hangout/gift shop than serious used bookstore.

I loved this place! They have a great selection of books and the place is well organized. The bar is very clean as well. They had a lot of different craft beers to choose from as well from IPA to Lager over a dozen on tap. I ordered a white mocha and a brownie and they were very tasty! I will definitely bring my kids they will enjoy this place. 5 stars all the way.

Very neat store, lots of cool stuff!! Service was great i had a shirt made came out pretty nice but 1the words was misspelled on it butter corrected without any hassle!! I would definitely recommend me them to anyone !!!!

If you’re lookin’ for a real-deal Arizona souvenir shop that won’t break the bank, Eyeconic Arizona Souvenirs in Phoenix is about as good as it gets. It’s got all the charm you’d want in a local shop—cute setup, friendly folks, and shelves packed with everything from cactus-themed trinkets to high-quality gifts that actually feel like they belong in Arizona, not just some generic tourist stop.

What really sets this place apart is the price. You walk into most souvenir shops and feel like you’re gettin’ fleeced, but here? You can grab a handful of gifts and still leave with money in your pocket. It’s refreshing, to say the least.

Now, if there’s any knock against it, it’s the size. It’s a little tight inside, and if more than a few folks show up at once, you’re gonna feel it. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, too, especially if you’re not lucky enough to grab a close spot.

That said, for what it is—affordable, well-stocked, and full of character—it’s a solid four-star spot. If you’re in Phoenix and want something better than airport-priced junk, this is worth a stop.

Was looking for sports team wear. Very small selection but did buy an ASU hat. Looks like it was there for some time, as we took the sticker off and there was some fading. Otherwise nice store.

This is a great store to stop at on the way out of town. So many types of souvenirs available. It was so hard to decide what to get because I wanted everything!

This is one of those places you wish you could live nearby! It honestly feels like accessing an art museum for free. The energy you get from walking around is very refreshing; the meticulous intricacies of the art are visually stimulating, and the staff are pleasant and hospitable. Anna was especially accommodating. If you are looking for a particular piece, she will do her best to ensure you find it.

Awesome store and amazing team. Everyone is helpful and friendly, I’ve traveled all around the state looking for specific stuff and this is the most reasonable priced store with a great selection and quality.

It’s also nice purchasing items from a mom and pop shop. They’ve been around for 4 generations.

If you haven’t been to this place, you’re missing out!

This place is AMAZING! You can find just about anything. So much stuff, it’s overwhelming! So colorful & vibrant. All kinds of Mexican imports; from planting pots of all sizes, and I do mean that LITERALLY! To fridge magnets, aprons, tequileras, bowls & plates, serving platters, outdoor decor, etc. It is a place you must see, you’re definitely bound to find something that suits your style. I experienced pleasant & friendly customer service. Only downside is that the isles a VERY narrow, some even impossible to get through and crowd control is tricky. **99% of the products are breakables!! They definitely need a warehouse, Costco style, for all these gorgeous nik-naks. Definitely coming back. I DO NOT recommend you bring children to this place. Parking is right off the street, location is easy to find, close to freeway.

This place is amazing. So much in so many spaces. Just plan on spending time and finding treasures. Loved it.

Our first visit today. They could not have been nicer. Helped us find the appropriate pot. And then when we got home found that the sculpture we wanted to put in the pot didn’t fit. We took our sculpture back to the shop and they cut it for us. Amazing service. Highly recommend them!

Beautiful decorations imported from Mexico. They have indoor and outdoor decor. From keychains to sugar and flour containers from Sonoran art Jalisco, Oaxaca, Guerrero etc. Pre Hispanic inspired art handmade jewelry, refrigerator magnets. Stop by is close to the airport. They also carry Talavera art. I’ll be back to pick up Tile’s. Thank you for your friendliness.

I received these gorgeous flowers on June 24, and it is now June 27. These flowers are no longer vibrant and alive despite following up with care; changing the water and removing dead petals. I expected them to last longer because of the price and quality they receive. No food or a care card was provided which I think would’ve made a difference. Overall if you’re looking for a beautiful short term arrangement I believe One of A Kind is for you, if not I recommend heading to Trader Joe’s and making one yourself. Plus it’s cheaper….

Daisy truly went out of her way to make the flowers special. They were for a truly good friend’s Ceremony of Life. They were beautiful! Daisy communicated with me every step of the way, to include sending me photos of the finished arrangement, and delivery notes. I definitely recommend One of a Kind!

I could not say better things about my experience with One of a Kind. They were on time and made my gift to my girlfriend so special. Not only were the flowers great, but they also made the letter even nicer with cute stickers that she loved. One of a Kind did an A++ job and I will be ordering from them again!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with sending flowers to someone. The company is super responsive, I love that they sent me a picture of the gift, and most of all – everything was beautiful! The recipient of my gift absolutely loved it! The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company!

I have been searching for a local florist who puts the time and energy into each creation. She reached out the day before going over details, and was very creative. My wife has never received a bouquet as beautiful as the one she has created. Needless to say, I have now found my florist for birthdays and anniversaries!!!

It’s quite pricey, but the vibe of this place is great and well organized! It had dressing rooms and a really cool area to sit around with friends to watch them try things on, which is always a plus. The parking is not great though honestly, it was difficult to park because of the size and angle of the spaces.

One of the best curated vintage shops I have ever been to! I love 60s/70s psychedelic, renaissance, prairie styles and the selection here was top notch. They also have a lot of 80s, 90s/y2k, and even some antique items. Yes the items are pricey but the prices seem fair and well-researched to me – the prices are comparable to what you would pay for similar items on online platforms like eBay, with more desirable and rare pieces commanding higher prices. If you want cheap clothes, shop at SHEIN.

I recently went to Antique Sugar for the first time–and not only was the overall atmosphere of the shop a fever dream of vintage vibey heaven paired with a spot on playlist, but the pieces they carried inspired all the serotonin boosts of excitement for me. You can tell they put great care into the selection of their pieces, the overall quality of the clothing and the shop itself, and definitely the experience of the customer (not to mention the pricing is fair and reasonable). I also had the GREATEST pleasure of meeting the co owner, Anna. We ended up yapping for 30+ minutes about life and I left feeling so grateful that places like this and people like her exist. So to make a long story short, stop by or spend an afternoon here, you’ll be so happy you did.

I absolutely love the shop! Although,I have bought two items from them and both of them had damage. It’s totally okay for vintage items to have damage, but I think it should be disclosed on the tag or the price should reflect this damage. Especially because I had to dish out money to fix these, each repair cost me about $15-$20 and their prices are quite expensive even on half off days. After finding out that the item is damaged, it can be a little disappointing after making a big investment. I might just have bad luck, but it was unfortunate that it happened both times. Despite this, the owner was very helpful and resolved each issue, which made up for the stress. Other than that, this store has an absolutely fantastic selection, I love shopping here, and I will continue to shop here, just some things that need tweaking in my opinion.

Stopped by Antique Sugar on the last leg of my trip out west. First things first: parking is a nightmare. If someone with a pickup truck is even thinking about parking in the lot, good luck squeezing in or out without a mild existential crisis.

That said, I ended up coming back twice, in the same day, which tells you something. The prices are on the steeper side, which had me hesitating on my first visit. But after spending the day bouncing between other thrift and vintage spots in Phoenix and coming up empty-handed, I dragged a friend back for Round Two. This time, I found some killer pieces that totally made it worth it.

Definitely a curated, quality-over-quantity vibe here. There’s nothing like it in my area of VA. If I’m ever back in Phoenix, I’m planning my trip around a 50% off day!

I was certain I stepped into the holographic universe when I entered this shop, as it is rare to find vintage so pure and true. My skepticism subsided as each footstep met concrete and drew me closer to the robust landscape of vintage clothing. Teetering between disbelief and acceptance, I felt increasingly more alive as I browsed through rack after rack, piece after incredible piece. I felt the call of the clothing, I felt the warm embrace of true vintage history teaching me, showing me, asking me to take it in…and finally I did.

I loved this place! I was looking for a vintage mystery jewelry box for so long and the people here made me a custom one after asking me like likes and dislikes in vintage stuff. The stuff I got was so amazing and I loved every single piece! It was so worth it too being $35 for all the things I got! I also got a bracelet with my initial on it and I love it so much it’s my favorite!!

Wonderful experience! I was looking for a gift shop to find quirky Arizona souvenirs to bring home from my trip. This place had such a fun selection. The owner was so nice and helpful. He has a great sense of humor and gave us insight on what we purchased. Ended up with some shot glasses, scorpion suckers, and this magnet he said was made especially for them. So fun!!

Good stuff, been there a couple of times and bought shit I didn’t need. Have a good collection of 3D post cards which are slightly pricey but ok to try once. Worth a try. friendly guy at the counter (sorry for forgetting his name)..

Had a great time chatting and being shown around the store! Chad was so friendly, funny, and genuinely seemed happy we were there.

There was a huge variety, tons of fun things to look at/play with, and great stories from Chad. We ended up talking life, pranks, jokes, and more. I showed him videos of me pranking my boyfriend and we all laughed together. It was a merry time!

I appreciate a quiet shopping experience sometimes but I always appreciate great conversation and getting to know new people more. We bought some silly gags like a hidden spider box, fake cockroaches, funny pins, and a classic snake in a can. We can’t wait to have fun with these!

My boyfriend and I will always remember this unique shop and cool owner, and we will come back!

This is such a unique place. The owner is fantastic and a joy to talk with. He helped me find a lot of gifts for my list and everything was a huge hit! I gifted myself as well. Because there was so much I just loved! I can’t decide what I love most, the local items from local artist or the the fact that this store does so much to support those artists while making the item available to those of us who fall in love! I passionately encourage people to shop here and go with an open mind because it is a fun experience!

Wonderful gift shop with local artists creations and unique gifts from around the world. Something interesting at every turn and the owner can show you more of things you’re probably interested in that you may have missed. They sell period panties for nerds!!!! This store is very LGBT friendly, there’s colorful things as well as lots of gothic dark things. Lots of local artists jewelry. Lots of sculptures.

What an adorable shop with jewelry, clothes, cute quirky gift options as well as even some food items like chocolate and marmalade. The girl working the counter was friendly and shop very clean and organized. Prices vary for all price points. Parking lot was quite busy, but not too hard to manage.

My favorite go to shop for gifts as well as indulging myself. Lauren and her staff are wonderful. They are helpful, friendly and just fun to be around. Their products are unique. If there is ever a problem, (once) it is quickly handled. Love visiting this beautiful store.

Reeeeally cute boutique! Lovely gifts and locally made items. It’s a great place to get a housewarming or birthday gift. I really like the kid section for cute clothes and books. This is my go-to spot for clever greeting cards as well. Everything is on the pricey-side but that’s because it is all high quality and gorgeous.

Nice shop! I purchased online and everything arrived within a week, neatly packaged and with a thank you note. Would shop again and highly recommend! They also have local products, which is wonderful.

The dreamiest space & locally owned shop in Phoenix! Quality, small batch goods thoughtfully curated by Lauren and her team! Always changing and always something new to see. I can always find a sweet gift for a friend or myself!!! Honestly impossible not to buy one of everything! Start with an AJs iced tea or coffee and head to the shop to wander through. They always have fun community events and partnerships happening. So proud of Lauren and all she’s done within the small biz community in Phx! This is a must stop!

Cannot believe I hadn’t ever been in this place before. It’s a hidden gem! Amazing and PERFECTLY curated assortment of local and/or indie goods, including a great selection of bath and body products, clothes, and kids items. Laura (or Lauren? someone very kind, with an L name) helped me find a great hostess gift — they were incredibly friendly and had great suggestions!

Nice selection of zoo merchandise! Of course, with zoo merchandise everything is a little expensive than what you would pay for outside of here. But going to the zoo is an experience for us so we like to buy a little souvenir if we can. The day we went was a bit cold so we stopped in to get some sweaters. The staff was super nice and helpful and the store was very clean

Be prepared to walk. Lots of Fun!!! The food was good a lot of things to keep you cool like I see and ice cream. It can get really hot so make sure you have a lot of water, sunscreen and a hat.

The Phoenix Zoo gift shop is currently under construction 9/18/2022. At the moment they are located inside of the first restaurant at the park. While they may be in a smaller temporary area, they still had some cool odds and ends to find. I personally got a hand made ornament made out of a local tree, and a thick stone like shot glass that is large enough to be used for espresso. There were also lots of kids toys, and fun trinkets to remember your time at the zoo.
For any Girl Scouts, or lovers of Pins and Patches, they also sell those. Along with cool magnets and shirts, all of which say Phoenix Zoo.

Their merchandise is good, creative and found fun gifts for grandchildren’s birthday in near future, but they need more choices in moderate prices and small kid friendly items for under $3-5 to satisfy a kids need to take home some little souvenier. A very good zoo nevertheless, with loads of interaction for families( but plan ahead to spend at least another $10-20per child) carousel cost
$2 w membrsp or$3per child and parents can stand for free to help hold on…also try feeding the stingrays..they suck small fish out of your fist, stay calm it does not hurt.

I love the Zoo! It’s amazing and we always stop through the gift shop on the way out to help support our community in any way. People stop complaining about the price of admission as you walk in with 5 star bucks drinks costing way more than the ticket! This place rocks and it’s worth EVERY DOLLAR!

Stuff here is nice quality but pretty expensive. At the end of the day, the price is to keep the animals fed, so it’s not too big a deal. If you’re strapped for cash, though, don’t bother even going inside.

Came here after a mid experience with another boutique. This was what I was looking for.
Fun cool kids for young at heart people. Women’s clothing and accessories are gorgeous and unique. Something I haven’t seen as a tourist in other places.
Stickers, pins, even if you’re a native looking for cute gift ideas, go. The service was nice and sweet but chill. Didn’t feel forced like I was shopping with a friend.

Such a sweet shop in downtown Phoenix! Very nice selection of jewelry, clothing, baby, and lots of other gift type items. I enjoyed that most of the products were locally made especially the jewelry items. Customer service is tops and it’s a great spot to shop small and local.

Great little shop. More than a few times when I’ve needed an emergency gift this place saved the day. I need to go back to get a few things I saw for myself. Their complimentary gift wrap is awesome.

I am truly satisfied with Bunky as a store on the first floor ! I have purchased five different items for my daughter and have had those items shipped from the store. What a service ! Greats sales and timely mails !

Bunky’s website is perfect for gift giving. I find too many retail sites do not even provide this option. Their shipping was expedient and communication excellent. I love being able to send a gift from a local Phoenix boutique to far away friends and relatives.

Bunky continues to be a favorite local place. They always have such wonderful things and their staff cares about your experience. Most recently, I called to ask if they still had an item my friend loved when she visited- not only did the person find it for me at the other location, but she called her coworker to coordinate a special touch for the friend I was shipping the item to. Together these two people made a truly special moment for my friend at her baby shower. I can’t say thank you enough.

I love coming to Bunky for gifts. They have the best stuff! The customer service is always amazing as well.

It’s a cozy small store that is aesthetically decorated. From the storefront window, they have cute colorful mache-like balls with pink, red, and purple hues. Inside the store, they have books, clothing, and also some merch themed to to their exhibits (in this case, they had some Kawaii items because of their Manga exhibit going on). There are clearance items too. I didn’t recall seeing any snack items sold although I did see a sign mentioning that any snacks purchased aren’t allowed to be eaten in the museum. They want to protect the artwork and keep it clean…
Overall, no complaints. Cute gift shop.

Cool stuff to look at but they all come at a high price. Little affordable things for kids to enjoy.

Every time I go to the Art Museum I stop in to the store a large selection of art books for all ages and some just plain interesting and sometimes unusual stuff LoL

Super fun I went with my girl and her friends along to take in and observe friendly staff willing to give there opinions on there favorite art as well.
