I’ve been shopping and getting maintenance here for many years. Stopped in today to upgrade my bike and the team of Ethan, Roger Reed, Mike and Eric made it a perfect experience. No BS, just good folks and great prices!

Buddy's collection of vintage motorcycles is super impressive. All the people in the dealership were very nice and helpful. The gentleman who let us in the museum portion was extremely knowledgeable about every bike in there and made our visit most enjoyable.

Things Happen! I recently rented a motorcycle from Buddy Stubbs and while the experience didn’t go as planned, I have to give credit where it’s due. The bike I rented unfortunately broke down not long into my ride. Obviously, that’s not something anyone wants to deal with—especially when you’re out trying to enjoy the open road. It was frustrating in the moment, but what impressed me was how the dealership handled the situation. As soon as I called, Larry (in charge of rentals) was responsive, professional, and genuinely apologetic. He arranged for a pickup quickly, and had the bike picked up and stored until it could be returned to the shop the next day. Not only did he make it right, he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Larry could not have been more helpful. Things go wrong sometimes—it’s how a business handles those moments that really shows what they’re made of. In my case, Buddy Stubbs earned my respect and future business by taking care of me when it counted. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for turning a rough start into a solid experience.

WOW! Nice Big dealership. And open 7 days a week We had great service getting tires replaced. Checked out their in house museum, very nice. If you are in the area, this is one of those dealerships that is worth just dropping in and checking out.

The museum is absolutely full of historical bikes and memorabilia. The museum guide was quiet until we asked a question. Then he showed such enthusiasm and we got so many cool stories from him. It was well worth taking the time.

I was new to the area and for the life of me could not find what I considered a decent motor facility. I called this dealership a couple times to seek some guidance and knowledge through their experiences. Six or seven months later my motor didn't sound right, so I took it down to them. Their service writer Matty and their mechanic Todd God Rest his soul came right out to the cement apron and started listening to my motorcycle. Todd ruled out the bottom end then he ruled out the clutch primary bearings but he said he would have to do some Diagnostics to figure out the rest. I gave him the bike and they figured it out and fixed it! I swear this bike runs as good now as a day I had that motor built. These guys are unbelievable and they treated my bike like it was the only one they had to work on. The only thing I can say is I will never ever go to another Harley dealership As Long As I Am in the greater Phoenix area! Oh and just to put the cherry on top of everything. I had an ESP aftermarket warranty on my bike. Buddy stubs accepted the warranty, fixed my bike and work with the warranty company to pay them in full. I know I will never find another Harley dealership as thorough and considerate as buddy Stubbs. If this isn't the template that every other dealership should follow I don't know what is. Best experience in my life!

Not only was it my first time buying a bike from a dealership, it was the smoothest process I've had with anything I was in and out within 30 minutes. It only took that long cause my daughter couldn't pick out a shirt she wanted, but all in all I would recommend them to anybody
