Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - West

I got there and was greeted good. Took care of me. They do have a security guard that watches the parking lot all night. Room was good and simple. Slept and rested up. I do recommend this motel 6.

I couldn't check in. This was a while back, but I had booked a room through Expedia, and NO ONE was there to check people in. We had a whole gang of people outside, waiting to get our rooms. This never happened. As my toddler was with my wife and I, we couldnt wait longer than we had waited (over 90 minutes), so we had to get a room somewhere else. To add insult to injury, I got burned on the money. I had already paid, but could never reach anyone by phone to reverse the charges. I wouldn't know if the rooms were good or not, but I can say this: I don't know about now, but when I went, management was clearly an issue. Very very uncool to leave people hanging when it is late at night, and customers are tired and irritable after just having finished road trips. Hopefully they got their stuff together during the time in-between, but given the fact that they never reached out to me, knowing that they took my money and left me unable to check in, I wouldn't recommend them.

Great place. The front desk rep was very pleasant and great to talk to! Room was very clean and the location is very quiet. The best motel 6 I've stayed in a long time.

I love this motel 6 and the personnel specially Jeet. He took care of me answering all my questions he was very kind and knowledgeable he made me feel welcomed and safe during my stay. Ed front desk is also very nice and helpful providing fast service. I’m overall satisfied thank you Motel 6

Been there a couple of times and I haven't had any problems. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's not but that's with any place. Front office staff was nice and accommodating. They were very respectful. The prices are fair. It may be a bit outdated, but it is what it is.

Positive: Location Negative: Dirty room, hair all over linen and towels. Busted television and sink. People smoking all over the place in hallways. Busted air conditioning cant tell what mode its in because someone punched in all the controls.

Hello! I did not want to make this review because the staff was nice but… The bed sheets in the room that I stayed in smelled so bad! They smelled like a homeless person was living there. Lastly, no shampoo or conditioner for shower was provided.
