Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - Airport - 24th Street

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this hole. We stayed in room 104. I have a brain condition and need an ADA room. The room is not ADA acceptable, there is not enough room to maneuver even my compact wheelchair. I was excited about a pool- nope the lift is broken. My companion had to assist me in and out by the stairs. The pool is over chlorinated and I needed a shower to get the chemicals off- nope shower doesn't work. No stopper for the tub. No hot water. Rusty screws on the shower seat. Guy at front desk was no help and didn't even offer us a different room. Definitely reporting. Oh and there's drug addicts and dealers roaming the property at all hours. The night we stayed there was a group of prostitutes rotating the use a room a couple doors down from us.

Avoid at All Costs – You've Been Warned My job has been booking rooms at this Motel 6 for almost a year now because it’s close to the airport. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing it has going for it. Every single room I’ve stayed in had a serious issue—no hot water, no heat, no A/C, dirty rooms, unwashed bedding, and even a used condom left on the bed once. Totally unacceptable. To top it off, there are three Hispanic girls who run the front desk like it’s a full-blown Mexican novela. Drama, attitude, and zero professionalism. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist here. They’ll charge you full price while most of the amenities don’t even work, and if you bring it up, don’t expect any help or even a basic apology. After months of this mess, I finally convinced my job to switch motels. I’m writing this just to warn others—don’t waste your time or money here. There are way better places nearby. This one’s not worth the headache.

Room and property were pretty clean, its a quiet location, public transportation very close by and its located close to the airport! Which is great, because I missed my flight and i was able to book the hotel last minuteI Have hardly seen any homeless around, compared to many other motel 6 locations. staff was very nice and helpful. And even better, they didn't require a security deposit!

Dont any bad reviews fool you! I love coming here but I keep forgetting to do a review every time. Whenever I’m in Phoenix, I make my way to this Motel 6 just for the service, price and quality of the rooms. They have rooms for smoking and non smoking and if you need anything, just let the front desk know.

I had the most helpful and wonderful service lady help me out. Her name is Rubi, and she was super helpful with my family and I's need. I will be coming back to this location just because of her. The hotel was nice too, and the pool was just right.

We chose this place because of the short distance to PHX Arena. The rooms are ok. Service was great and way better than I expected

I personally love this location motel 6 because it is so convenient to the places I gotta be. The staff here, they are not only friendly but awesome. I never have a problem getting room either. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Recently stayed and even though i was given the handicapp accessibility room it still was lovely. The ac worked perfect I stayed cool all night. The shower pressure was the best part of my stay. Great stay nice room and peace and quiet.
