They've been great for me. Low amenities but not what I went there for. My dog and I need somewhere to lay down, relax and start putting life back together.... And in that aspect they have succeeded that by just giving me the low level of stress. Which I needed. My dog is happy and that's all I need in life right now
I endured one of the most degrading and hostile experiences of my life at Extend A Suites. The staff members responsible, especially Melissa, need to be removed immediately, and the entire organization must be retrained in the most basic standards of ethics and humanity. Anything less would be an endorsement of the vile mistreatment they inflicted upon us. I am a disabled veteran, and my fiancée and I had been staying here when a medical emergency forced us to go to the hospital. We returned late... by a very short time, like under an hour...to make our payment, but instead of being met with even the slightest understanding, Extend A Suites staff immediately threw us out in the most ruthless fashion imaginable. I was still gravely ill and barely able to stand, let alone move. My fiancée was left to struggle alone with all of our belongings, two small dogs, and even a 2 day old puppy. Anyone who has stayed at an extended stay knows that possessions build up, and it was physically impossible for one exhausted and Ill woman to remove everything in the mere 30 minutes the staff kept screaming she had. She collapsed under the weight of the luggage, damaged her lower back and the staff just stood there doing nothing but shouting at her to leave faster. The animals, who posed no danger, were not even allowed to remain in the cool room while she moved our belongings. Instead, Extend A Suites staff forced her to tie them outside in 110 degree heat. Extend A made her leave very expensive and vital possessions outside unable to be watched when she had to work on moving other belongings from point A to point B and a lot of stuff was stolen. Things that were irreplaceable. Medication I desperately needed was locked inside, and when I returned to plead for access, the front desk attendant, Melissa, publicly shrieked at me and threatened me until I was forced away in humiliation. Several other customers witnessed this disgraceful scene and were as outraged as we were. They have told me they intend to file complaints of their own. I have since been urged to seek legal action, which I fully intend to pursue. The conduct of Extend A Suites was absolutely mortifying, ruthless, and inexcusable.
The rooms floors are incredibly dirty. The rooms ain't nothing fancy. I've only seen two roaches and my family has lived here for months now. The cleaning staff can't clean. You definitely need to clean behind them. The office staff is friendly helpful and nice. Their rates are nice. Ps wear house shoes in your rooms that's how nasty the floors are. Your feet will be black. I even cleaned our floor with a carpet cleaner and it was still disgusting.
Hey folks this is the best most inexpensive hotel that you can get on the i-17. They don't boast for much but boy they sure got it all tied up. I could have went through booking and the room per night would have been $42 per night. When I showed up because I didn't book your booking I paid a total of $50 something per night and no deposit. Air conditioner was great there was a full size fridge the bathroom is clean the bed was clean. There was new interruptions no unexpected noises. And again $129 with no deposit for two days two nights. Hard to beat
Positive: Nothing, the place was horrible. Negative: The carpet was torn and filthy black. The sink was falling off. The shower had blue stains. The seat was chipped in several locations. The bed was hard as a rock. Shady guest hanging around the stair cases. I didn't feel safe.
I got to this hotel and checked-in. The lady behind the desk had glowing green eyes and a piercing stare. I asked for my hotel keys, but she couldn't find them. She awkwardly said that it was her first day on the job, but behind her a picture which above stated 'Employee of The Month' held her sharp look beneath it. I thought it was odd, but ignored my inner monologue for the time being. Eventually she found the keys. I made my way upstairs. Each step creaked, and the hallway smelt of burnt moths. My room was a deep wine red, and when I lay back on my bed it seemed to swallow me up. I felt like a little man in a glass of wine. Anyhow, after unpacking some of my things I made my way down to the pool. The night sky was inky black, the air crisp and sweet. The chlorine washed away my hours of driving, and made me feel so clean. But as I climbed out of the bright blueness, my head jolted back. She was just standing there. Silently. I said "Hello? Is everything alright?" but all she did was stand there and glare. A few minutes went by before she wandered off. Later on after a bit to drink I headed to bed. As soon as I got into my room; bam! -There she was! I couldn't seem to escape the gaze of this woman so I did what any sane man would do and asked her out to dinner. She said a quiet "yes". Fast forward and it's been 14 years now and we're married with 3 kids. I wouldn't trade her for the world. What a hotel, and what a night.
On August 18th, 2025, I witnessed one of the most disgusting displays of cruelty and incompetence I have ever seen from any so-called "hospitality" business. Extend A Suites was beyond unprofessional—they were heartless, vicious, and downright inhumane. A disabled veteran and his wife had just come back from the hospital—the poor veteran was so sick he had to be taken back almost immediately. Instead of being shown the smallest shred of compassion, Extend A Suites's staff treated them like garbage and threw them out in the most callous, humiliating way possible. My family and I were absolutely mortified. This failure of a motel was supposed to be an extended stay. Obviously, people staying on a more long-term basis are usually going to have a significant larger amount of belongings in their room and it would be humanly impossible to remove everything within the motel's 30 minute "time limit". Yet we watched as the staff barked at the wife like drill sergeants, screaming for her to hurry up, as if she was some kind of criminal. She was sick herself, barely holding it together, trying to drag heavy belongings while also caring for two small, harmless dogs and puppy that was only 2 days old. Any normal human being would understand that’s impossible. They demanded she remove the dogs and puppy from the room, forcing her to tie them outside in 110 degree heat while she struggled to move things on her own, even refusing her a cup of water when she asked for one since she wasn't allowed to go back into the room for any. She pushed herself to the brink, going as fast as she could, while the staff stood there heckling her. The abuse made no sense especially since the young lady was nothing but respectful and cooperative. She had no choice but to leave expensive items behind which were stolen. Of course Extend A refused to take accountability for the situation that they created. The young lady eventually collapsed under the weight of the luggage, sustaining a serious lower back injury. Additionally, she was forced to tie their two small dogs and a tiny, fragile puppy outside and leave them unattended because she was simultaneously being forced to remove the excessive amount of luggage in an unreasonable amount of time, endangering her and the small animals. Extend A Suites continues to withhold the rest of the belongings the wife was unable to move in that short amount of time, and from what I understand, are holding these items hostage including medications essential to Mr. Ty’s health, putting him at severe risk. When he attempted to retrieve these life-saving medications, the front desk employee, Melissa, screamed at him in front of other guests and threatened immediate removal, further escalating harassment and intimidation. Know this: neither I, my family, nor my friends, relatives and even acquaintances will ever set foot in Extend A Suites again. They monstrously dehumanized and abused a disabled veteran, his wife, their pets in front of witnesses. It was despicable, barbaric, and unforgettable.
