My daughter Tricia attended a first-ever UCP of Southcentral AZ Prom Event in Scottsdale. Any opportunity to dress up fancy schmancy and meet new friends is her forté. To boot she said she watched a marriage proposal. Thank you UCP for special night out!

Too be quiet honest, I could go on and on and on about everything I love about UCP. My daughter started here about 5 years ago, went through all the stages of classes from infants all the way to pre-k and she also benefited from the therapies they offer as well. Feeding, speech, PT, occupational. Very convenient its all in one. The therapists would just get her from class and walk her back. Communication was always on point, they send pictures throughout the day so I always know what’s going on. My daughter has now graduated and is off to Kindergarten which they have prepared her for. HUGE thanks to all the staff all the way to the receptionists. Everyone is always so pleasant. The spirit and dedication to every student is what makes this place so special. I have NO complaints. The teachers have made a lasting impression on my daughter. I will be forever grateful for the experience and for being lucky enough to have found such a great place <3

We’ve had all three of our kiddos (6 months to 3 years) at this daycare, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is so attentive, the meals and care are excellent, and the option to have them pulled out for OT, PT, and speech therapy was a huge help. The admin team is very communicative, and the daily updates gave me so much peace of mind. I always knew my kids were safe, happy, and having fun!

I started taking my one year-old to feeding therapy with Kim and after about four sessions he was making such huge improvements in the types of foods he would tolerate. He was no longer gagging or throwing up. I am just so incredibly grateful to Kim for all of her amazing advice, and patience, and skills while working with my son. We no longer need to attend therapy, which is a great thing, but we will miss seeing Kim and we thank her for everything! The facility is immaculate and the staff is always accessible and friendly. I loved my experience with UCP.

This daycare has been such a rare and special find. They provided expert care for my newborn with an NG tube, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff is well-trained and incredibly compassionate, especially in supporting children with medical or developmental needs. What really stands out is how inclusive the environment is — children of all abilities learning, playing, and forming friendships together. It’s beautiful to see complex needs being met in such a warm, joyful, and therapeutic setting. I’m so grateful for the care and community they provide.

UCP was probably one of the best things I could have done for my son, he was behind on speech and when he finally began being more vocal his pronunciation was very difficult for him, and with the speech therapy as well as the daycare program being offered at the same place was so convenient. The staff all take their jobs very serious and give personalized attention to every child they have there. They always give you a rundown of how their day went and work with any struggle your child may have, weather it be medical or personal. I would recommend them to anyone who has a child and wants a place they can feel safe taking them to and knowing that they are in the best of hands. I am so greatful to all who work there and everything they do!

I absolutely LOVE UCP! You have to know how scary it is to hand your babies over to strangers and trust me as a mom of 7 who has been a few places. This is the first time in which I know they are safe. That is because they communicate with me sometimes too much. lol I don’t have to wonder if my kids are okay or need anything. and I’ll admit I will at times forget to bring things needed and they are quick to tell me not to worry they got me! I’ve had 4 kids attend and 2 from birth. I’ve bonded with everyone who works here❤️

Absolutely fantastic rehab care for family. From check-in to assigning a clean room, excellent meals, easy patient portal with so much to see with every step of care. Very friendly and compassionate staff with doctors, nurse and medial aids, social case worker Maggie was phenomenal, records with Virginia with great customer service, Anda helped make important connections with other medical professionals. Can’t be more grateful for exceptional rehab care to getting family moving and back to recovery. You’ll be amazed by all!

My Wife did her research, and she could not pick a better place for me to recover in. Everyone at this facility was caring and professional from the day I entered the building and went home one week later. The nurses and doctors and the complete staff were a (10) plus. The meals I received each day were excellent,
as I give the kitchen chef also a (10) plus for (3) delicious meals each day. I cannot say enough positive things about this health center, as I received the upmost professional care from everyone.
If anyone is looking for a health care facility, do yourself a favor a check out Acacia Health Center. Thank you for such wonderful and professional care on my recovery.

I’ve been a patient here for about two weeks. This is a beautiful place. Staff is very attentive and professional. They truly care about your well being. Brandon and Marwin in therapy have been great and helped my rehab. Angel the nurse, Elani, Veronica, and Maggie the Social Worker are exceptional.

Outstanding facility! The staff here truly makes a difference because they genuinely care for your well being. All the staff takes the time to communicate well. The facility itself is kept at a very high standard. Thank you to all the staff who helped my recovery. Tammy and Mayette took such good care of me. Brandon & Herman from therapy helped build my confidence. Marcela had great communication and helped coordinate my discharge. So many other names that I can’t recall but everyone was so helpful.

I’ve been a patient here for over four weeks. Ive stayed at other facilities in the past for previous back surgeries and nothing compares to Acacia. The staff here truly care and you can tell are not here just for a paycheck. Everyone here is so caring to put it simply. Mary the Nurse, Angel, Jack, Hiley, Herman, Marwin, and Maggie all stand out to me but I hate to say names because honestly everyone I came in contact with is exceptional. There’s not a single person that doesn’t leave my room without saying, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” 5 st

As a nurse at Acacia Health Center, I can confidently say this place is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is warm, caring, and supportive, not only for our patients but for the staff as well. What really stands out, though, is the teamwork and dedication of everyone here – we work together seamlessly to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. It’s a privilege to be part of such an incredible team that is genuinely committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we care for.

Acacia helped my boyfriend as well as me fit through some very difficult times. The staff was caring and compassionate. Highly recommended

The residents and most of the staff create an atmosphere that is priceless. My mother moved into her room back in January and I had my concerns at first but my mom is very happy now. She hated it at first because it was a big change for her but now she has the best of friends which makes a world of difference.

Recently she suffered a stroke and I believe she is still here today due to the quick thinking and help from her friends at Madison Meadows, One of them caught her before she fell to the ground.

My time at Madison Meadows has become a very positive turning point in my life. After my husband died last year, I felt like I had nothing to live for. My daughter moved me into Madison Meadows against my wishes. I was so broken and still grieving. However, there were so many kind people there who were to able to empathize with me and I soon developed amazing friendships with both staff and residents. A staff member, Rudy, became my first acquaintance. He was so energetic and positive! Just being around him helped to lift my spirit immensely! Office staff members Hilary and Schuyler were attentive to my needs and were always there for me, as well, no matter what the question or problem might be. There soon became many others who have now become lasting friends. I have now reached a point where I am ready to move on with my life. My most heartfelt thanks go to everyone at Madison Meadows who touched my life and helped me to heal and find reasons to love life again!

Kerry and I met with Hilary to learn about the community for my father. The people that we encountered were super friendly, Hilary was very friendly and knew each residents name, and was Pleasant. One of the things that stuck out the most was all of the events that they have. Their menu looked appetizing as well. I was a fan.The place was clean and the apartments were very cute. It felt very welcoming and it’s at the top of our list for now.

The management team at Madison Meadows has improved the quality of living here vastly. Our G.M. Schuyler Johnson is doing over and above to help residents and is always available to try to help with problems and concerns. Hilary Samples our Mktg. person is also always available to talk to and listen to complaints. Taunya Wirtz manages the dining room wonderfully and looks to constantly make improvements, and she too is someone we can always turn to voice issues, complaints , etc. She is extremely friendly and will always forward problems brought to her attention to the G. M. While I’ve only had one interaction with the new Office Mgr. she too was very helpful and attentive to my specific problem.
However, unfortunately the same cannot be said for our supposed Chef. The menus are not at all to my liking, and ndsnd the same is true for the majority of residents. I am finding more and more the need to go buy food and eat in my room due to the unappetizing food selections. We never see the chef and have no interaction to discuss our complaints. A change in the kitchen and specifically the chef would go miles in improving the overall quality of living at Madison Meadows.

Great staff. However, the facility can use a bit of TLC. It feels more like an empty event hall with the ambiance of a DMV than a comfortable, residential home. Fresh flowers, art, and relaxing music would be a boost. Healthier food choices seem necessary too.

They stay up to date with communication, no rush. You get an answer to your questions. They do care about the residents and the place. They are straightforward about services and costs. It is a genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming community. A rare find.

I have been here a month and Madison Meadows is everything they advertised it to be. I could not be happier! My apartment is clean and the accommodations are fabulous. I met with Schuyler the general manager and he is hands-on and wants to know what he can continuously improve upon. I appreciate the fact that it is independent living, which gives me my freedom. The staff from top to bottom is excellent. Better yet we are about to go through a renovation, which makes everything I like even better. I am so thankful my daughter found this facility and let me choose it! Again, I could not be happier, and I will be here a long time!

I love the Sunny Slope senior center that has an amazing staff, activities they offer and even the lunch selections are pretty cool!! I enjoy going on field trips to your name it and we’re there! The fun craft creations the staff offer is so satisfying and new to all of us I’m sure is very special and useful. The also staff listens to our suggestions to field trips we the people would like to venture to! I am happy that there is a rec center with a huge gym on sight that offers indoor walking, pickleball, ping pong , basket ball, and a workout space with weights! Thank goodness for Sunny Slope Senior Center.

Amazing staff and cool games! Staff were awesome, tables had a lot of space, great community center, doesn’t provide snack, they provide breakfast and lunch and if they have leftovers they give it as snack. If you don’t enjoy the snack then you can bring one. They allow phones in game room.

Recently I have visited several of Phoenix’s Senior Centers. All the employees have been friendly and helpful.
Even though I am a senior I don’t want to admit I am.
They all have many activities that offer a variety of interests to satisfy most everyone.
If not make a suggestion to the staff.
And so far all the centers that I have been to have a lending library. So read a book, watch a movie or listen to a CD and then bring it back and pick something else to read or watch or listen to.
So get in your car and drive over and bring a friend and make a few new friends and have a nice day.

The staff is GREAT! It is so clean and well taken care of. I only play Pickleball there, but have toured all facilities and all are well kept. It’s a very impressive place……and Georgi takes very good care of us. Love it!

Pleasant enough place. Kind of quiet, not much going on late morning when we were there. Great volunteer told us all about it but the place didn’t excite us much. We’ll likely try another senior center with more obvious activity.

Great place to meet others with a wide selection of activities and several field trips. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to talk to fellow participants. Lunch available Mon thru Fri.

Everyone is very helpful. Several types of classes. Staff is well informed of services and are willing to provide information. Community trips are available.

Was walking past establishment when I was, what felt intentionally run over by a vehicle exiting. The staff initially indicated that they could provide law enforcement with a list of names of the members who had left during the time of the incident, but could not release that information to me. Once law enforcement arrived the staff stated they do not keep track of members coming in an out of the facility. The staff therefore chooses to protect its reckless members rather than have the individual placed off the road. In conclusion the staff encourages the protection of its members rather than the safety of civilians. The staff is potentially responsible for any future casualties.

Adam Diaz is a very friendly place for senior to go to meet other seniors I like that they’ve got a nice gym Assorted activity and field trips throughout the month

Great center! The manager and staff are the dream team! They’ve transformed the center and I recommend Adam Diaz to anyone in the area needing to connect to the community ♥️

Sinner needs more volunteers volunteers that’s nice to us need to put flyers out through the neighborhood to try to get new people to come to the center it’s awful when you can’t get five people to go to the movies new secretary is very nice and thorough

This place is currently closed but when it was open great atmosphere for senior citizen good food, computer usage

The Steel Drum band and private birthday party had the place all to ourselves!

Attended a seminar here, good room, good audiovisual equipment, the chairs were uncomfortable for sitting for 4 hours, but a good overall experience. This facility is large with lots of space for community to gather .

I attend meetings in the hall area, which is spacious and has a stage and audio facilities. In addition there is a gym, game room for kids, and several multipurpose rooms for classes as well as a lounge.

Great place for exercise and activity programs. Staff and members are very friendly. Met so many wonderful people.

Many activities daily or annual membership required. Annual is best. Membership will give individuals access to as all of the Phoenix senior centers.

Very nice and clean senior center. I was there only for a tai chi fan class and only saw a few rooms. Plan on going again to see more.

It’s hard to believe I’m a senior. I always thought that the Senior Center was for older people! Now at 63 and semi-retired, I’ve been waiting for my daughter Annabella to head off to college before starting something new. Then a sweet neighbor, Linda, invited me to a local event at the Senior Center and I’m so glad I went. I loved it so much, I joined for the year!

Lillian and Dolly, who run the center, do an amazing job, and I’ve met some incredible people. One lovely woman is 104, sharp as ever, and still playing Bingo and doing Word Searches. Another friend, 97, just renewed her driver’s license and still plays a mean game of Bridge!

Every time I walk through those doors, I feel so blessed and grateful. I’ve learned to play Canasta, Pinochle, and even gave Mah-Jongg a shot. If you’re a senior and looking for something new, come join us! We have Bingo every Wednesday and Friday, I hope to meet you! ❤️

The staff is fantastic lots of friendly people. They have bingo and lots of activities, provide low-cost lunches on some days, take day trips to places in Phoenix, and some lunch outages to local restaurants. come and join someday they had a rummage sale Friday lots of good stuff it was fun.

They do alot for Seniors great faculty . Classes trips vans to pic if ur stuck to drive.

The things I saw was terrible. Employees coming in With substance and I will never trust my Boy with no one. The Racial Profileing and I’m feel sorry for the members. I guess you must be in thier system of corruption.

Wonderful day treatment organization that gives adults who have special needs a safe and caring place to learn and use new skills. Staff is very helpful and professional.

I was an employee in their warehouse job program, the employees were nice Leslie and Megan and all of them, I got an job with their help but after, I was left in the dust, alone 3 months after I quit the job because I didn’t have any help and the job was hard, so I joined a new program with another agency that is much better, but thank you guys for the help while I was there but, my life hasn’t changed a bit since your
program just put me out in the world with no help.

This company is the worst they hired me then fired me because i did want too interact with the instructor Nicole after she told me i was disturbing the class then i just was quite and the lady Nicole felt some type of way ask me why i haven’t talk too her all day i was like i have nothing too say too you and she basically fired me for not talking too her but i was talking too debbie the other instructor then following me out making up stuff as im walking out the facility i wouldn’t recommend this company too anyone .

My friend works there and she was hooking up with her co workers.. definitely not somewhere I’d want my family members to be tookin care of.
