I just ran across these reviews. I cannot believe what I’ve read. First, I should tell you as a full-time Consumer Advocate dedicated to holding businesses accountable, I've encountered my fair share of legal challenges along with really bad lawyers .. I go after bad business for a living. Because of what I do for a living, I’ve been sued well over 150 times over the past 28 years in about 38 different jurisdictions around the USA. Over the years I have been ripped off by many law firms that have over billed me, billed time for things they never did, over billed me for phone calls exaggerating time spent on the phone, told me lies and never did what they promised and made mistakes when filing things with the court. Unfortunately, this is common with many firms. If the firm does not make things right with you for mistakes they make costing you money, you know it time to get new lawyers. I always pay my legal bills within 12 to 72 hours of receiving them. I can truthfully say, Dickenson Wright is as honest as they come. That's why I was compelled to share my positive experience with Dickinson Wright. Having worked with their offices in Arizona, Ohio, Michigan, and California, I can confidently say they are among the most honest and professional firms I've encountered. Their commitment to integrity and client service stands out in an industry where such qualities are not always guaranteed. Something very important I’ve learned. No lawyer in the world can ever promise a positive outcome unless they have a crystal ball, some physic powers or have a connection with a judge. If they do make a promise that they can win that sounds too good to be true, hang up the phone, if at their office, tell them you left your stove on at home and need to get home now! All lawyers want to win. If they lose, it makes them look bad. That goes for the honest law firms. All lawyers want to win for you just as much as you want them to win. Unfortunately, there are really bad lawyers out there that don’t give a hoot about their clients or what people say about them. After much research about Dickinson Wright, with over 500 attorneys across 23 offices, including locations in Phoenix, Columbus, Detroit, and Los Angeles, that I have experience with, their widespread presence and consistent performance speak volumes about their credibility. They are one of the very best law firms I have worked with for my business. I cannot say enough positive things about Dickinson Wright law firm. No person or business can ever satisfy 100% of the people 100% of the time. Especially lawyers!

Family Law Attorney Leonce Richard has some outstanding reviews, therefore, I felt comfortable hiring him. However, I am at a complete puzzle as to how anyone involved in a court case could hire him and be pleased about it! He is experienced & legally knowledgeable; however, in my opinion, he does NOT belong in the courtroom. To say he "argues" in court is a gross overstatement! He barely utters any verbal points or support for his client. Never preps his client for what might happen, what might be points brought up in court & how to answer questions, etc. His legal knowledge is good & he has been an attorney with Dickinson Wright PLLC for some time and that's where it ends. In my divorce, I was sued 4 times in 8 years by my ex-husband, leaving me in almost a continued state of litigation for 8 years. With each trial, Mr. Richard knew & remembered less and less about the initial divorce until the 4th trial when he literally sat there and uttered NOTHING...not a syllable, in my defense. By the time of my 4th trial, EVERYTHING I was awarded in the first court trial was taken away from me because of so many points that were never covered & reinforced since the initial trial. At times, I tried to add information at trial and it was mostly declared as "hearsay" because Mr. Richard never submitted the information to the courts pretrial. The list of grievances goes on & on. Again, in my opinion, Mr. Richard does not belong in court since he does little to nothing to protect & defend his client or discredit with legitimate information the opposing client!

DO NOT USE this company. Steve wolfson and Robert Schwartz are currently under investigation for knowingly helping an alcoholic man defraud the courts to keep his children so he wouldn’t pay child support. After bilking the man because of his disease for over 500k, they fired him and made "rising star"….wonder why…. These a white collar criminals. Keep your family safe and stay away from there guys. Will charge you 225 dollars to read and respond to 1 email for half an hour after making mistakes on your legal documents.
