We’ve called on Urban Appliance now for at least 3 appliances and will continue to call them when needed. Always great service. Most recent job was our commercial freezer. Motherboard & compressor replacement $$$. For us it was worth fixing over replacing. Thank you IIya, we appreciate you!

We had excellent service from our Appliance technician Ilya. He was Extremely polite and communicative and was able to fix a big problem we had with our refrigerator. It was very reasonable too. We would absolutely use him again.

Knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and reasonably priced. My LG washer was making a funny noise. I called on a Sunday and was scheduled for an appointment the next day! The technician arrived on time, provided a thorough evaluation, explained the problem, and gave an honest recommendation regarding repair vs replacement. Looks like replacement. The service fee for the visit was fairly priced. Great company and I would highly recommend their services!

Last night I realized that our freezer in our garage was not working...In a panic, I called a few companies at 8pm and Urban Appliance Repair were the only one that answered and sent Ilya to my house within an hour. After diagnosing, he came back today with the part and now it's working again and I am not going to lose a freezer full of meat. So impressed with the quick response and great work done by Ilya!! Thank you so much!!!!! You have a customer for life!

Our 19 y/o refrigerator decided to quit on us on the Saturday night before the Tuesday we were scheduled to leave on vacation. We did a web search for a repair company that would come out on Sunday morning and "booked" an appointment with the automated system of a company that promised a repair tech would be there at 8 am Sunday morning. Not surprisingly they were a no show, so my wife kept calling other appliance repair companies on Sunday morning until she got to talk to a live person. That company was Urban Appliance Repair, who said their technician Ilya would be here before noon. They were as good as their word and Ilya arrived as promised. Unfortunately, our refrigerator's main circuit board was bad and Ilya didn't have a replacement so he went to their repair facility and later Sunday afternoon came with used boards that he thought might work, but they didn't do the job. I packed our refrigerator with dry ice to save the contents overnight and Ilya took our board to get it repaired. Ilya came back Monday afternoon and installed the repaired board in the refrigerator and it was working fine when we left for our vacation Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening, I received a call from my daughter, who was house/dog sitting for us, letting me know the refrigerator was "beeping." I called Urban Appliance right away and got a live person even though it was around 7 pm. They told me Ilya would be there between 9 and noon the next day. Again, Ilya arrived as promised and had a brand new circuit board with him, which he installed, and the refrigerator is working like new again. I think it's fair to say that Ilya saved our vacation, and he was very conscientious about getting our refrigerator fixed. He really took ownership of our problem and solved it. Urban Appliance Repair has a new customer in us. I highly recommend them.

Urban Appliance Repair service was excellent. Ilya serviced our fridge/freezer on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem and replaced the computer board in fridge. Urban Appliance was the only company who offered Sunday service hours (I called about half a dozen companies before I found Urban). Ilya did a great job at a very fair price. Urban is our new go-to appliance repair company.

I called Urban Appliance Repair to take a look at our custom built-in fridge because our it suddenly stopped working! I figured since it's about 17 years old MONOGRAM refrigerator, it might be time to get rid of it and buy a new one! Unfortunately most built-in fridges are huge and cost at least $10,000 brand new. I found their name by doing a simple Google search. A gentleman by the name of Ilya came over the next day! I was very impressed how quickly they were able to book me an appointment. Ilya tried to troubleshoot the issue and while he didn't solve the issue on his 1st trip to my house, he told me that he felt confident that he'd be able to fix it. He came over again, installed a new compressor and booom!!! Problem solved! You never realize how important your fridge is until it stops working! I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED with how Ilya and Urban Appliance Repair fixed my fridge issue. Oh and just to give you an idea of how awesome Ilya was, our Dish Washer happened to stop draining water and the garage disposal stopped working at the same time that our fridge stopped working! We literally felt like someone put an "Appliance Hex" on our household! After he fixed our fridge(which took about 30 minutes), my wife kindly mentioned to him, if he has any experience with Dish Washer/garbage disposal repairs, he said "Definitely, let me take a look".... with 10 minutes, both Dish washer and garbage disposal were fixed and running smoothly again! He didn't charge us anything for the Dish washer/ garbage disposal issue! I rarely leave reviews online but in this case, I 100% wanted to! If you ever call them, ask for llya! Cheers
