My Bosch refrigerator quit cooling Friday night. Since it was 15 years old and I am over 80, I decided to replace it. Saturday I went to Spencer's with the printed specs on my built-in refrigerator and photos. The salesman said it was a perfect fit, but it was an inch too tall. They had to cancel the delivery and refund me the payment on Sunday. A trusted neighbor told me Phoenix Appliance Services and I set up an appointment for Monday. Emil arrived on time and texted first. He said my old unit was better built than the new one. He was skilled and identified a power inverted as the issue. Tuesday he installed the new part on the compressor, cleaned the condenser coils, and even figured out how to reinstall the produce drawer dehumidifier (I had removed it when cleaning the unit). Emil and the company were outstanding and I saved nearly $3000.

Gentleman who came out was very professional and polite to fix dishwasher. Tried to do anything possible to fix without just recommending replacement parts or a new device. Said we may need new part but recommends trying after his deep clean out and turned out to work and didn’t have to buy expensive part.

I've used Phoenix Appliance Services for many years and have been extremely happy with their service and pricing.They've repaired every major appliance i have. I'm happy to see them grow from a one man operation, to having several repair men and office personell. They are fast to respond and schedule, usually the same or next day. When I've had a fridge or freezer not cooling, they've always come the same day. They always arrived with the right equipment for the job, and if a part is needed, they are quick to obtain it. I wouldn't think of using any other service.

Phoenix Appliance Services was super responsive and professional. I understand paying the fee to come out to inspect the service item and then it gets deducted from the repair service. Unfortunately my wine refrigerator was not repairable sadly. He came out several times to attempt repair and gave me advice on another unit if l decide to purchase another. My technician was also respectful of no shoes in the house and wore shoe covers. Technician was kind, responsive, respectful, educational, I would recommend Phoenix Appliance Services and use in the future.

They came out in reasonable time, but the part the tech replaced had a crack in it. Then he didn't have another with him so said he would come out the next day. Which gave me time to check on pricing of the part come to find out the part sells for $60 online and $70 in store. When I called other places to get pricing I was quoted almost $100 cheaper than them. When I confronted the tech about the price he told me "its the labor that makes it that cost" I let them finish the job only because I needed my washer fixed that day but paid $360 to have them repair it. I honestly will never use them again as they are extremely over priced and charge unreasonable labor rates. Your better off finding another repair company with better pricing.

This was the easiest and fastest appliance repair I have ever had! Dru went above and beyond explaining what was wrong and how to fix my dryer. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using Phoenix Appliance Repair again!!!

Scott, your tech gave me a reminder text which was helpful. He was able to correct my problem and provided advice as how to prevent this problem from repeating. He informed me if this problem repeated, that the followup appointment would be free. I am very happy with this service, will use Phoenix Appliance Services again should I have an appliance problem. Also, I'll recommend your services to my friends. Thank you for making my day a pleasant one.
