I called in to get my dryer fixed they came the same day and fixed it the same day. Price was affordable and reasonable. The technician also did great at giving me some tips for future maintenance. I would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you!

I called to describe my issue and just got a really bored and uninterested employee that didn't really take my problem with my refrigerator seriously. While I understand it's Valentines day and perhaps because I'm an unknowledgable female, the problem I described may have been obviously electric/power related in my house but I had advised I already confirmed if my outlet worked and the outlet worked fine upon plugging other things into it. I even had used my switchboard in the house prior to calling. I was told to try another outlet and call back if it still doesn't work. I don't plan on calling back for services but it was a pretty disheartening conversation. Maybe it was a bad day but having a fridge break on you sucks and the attitude wasn't particularly helpful.

Called them for a dryer issue. Luis was VERY professional. He showed up on time (same day service!) and did the work promptly. Was very communicative and his price was reasonable. Rowan was great. Excellent communication, quick service. My washer stopped working out of the blue and they came out the very next day to diagnose the issue, order the part and fix it. Would recommend 🙂

Our dryer this weekend unexpectedly pretty much fritzed out. It was 6pm and we had laundry to do, Luckily they were able to come down within the hour and diagnose what was going on. We could have had them order a part. Install within the next few days. But we decided to opt out on a new dryer. It was time anyway. However, I would still highly recommend them as they do diagnose for only a fee of eighty five dollars at this time. And even then the work they would of done if we had them fix it wouldn't of been so much.

Called for help with my dishwasher. Let me start by saying my first tech Rowan was fine. He diagnosed the issue with the solenoid and recommended the part to purchase. I purchased and replaced the part, but my dishwasher still wasn't filling with water. Called for Rowan again, apparently he's"not available" for 3 weeks. The owner himself came out instead, never introduced himself so I don't know his name, just insisted I pay him another $85 immediately before he even put his tools down. He took the shortest of looks and diagnosed a leak, which was actually just caused by the machine leaning on the drainage cup as it was tipped upright, and it resolved as soon as he'd gone. Didn't even try and run the machine. Then said that I should have replaced the whole motor unit ($300) as the part Rowan recommended ($60) was not adequate. Then finally he told me not to waste mine or his time, and just go buy a new machine because mine is old. Uhh, if I wanted to buy a new machine I wouldn't have called you guys, twice. Then he promptly grabbed his tools and skedaddled. Fast forward a couple of Google troubleshooting searches, and ensuring the machine was standing upright, and my dishwasher is working just fine again. Thanks Rowan. You should start your own business. As for the owner, whoever you are, you should be ashamed for charging me $85 and basically doing nothing. You stole my money, but hopefully this review will be karma enough for you to lose it back again and then some. Buyer beware!
