I have used Mr Appliance ( Chase) several times for appliance repairs. One time with a fish wager he advised me after evaluating it was more reasonable to buy a new one . The second example was an older refrigerator it was not cooling correctly. After evaluating everything he advised it was worth fixing. We arrange a time convenient for my schedule to repair it. He gave me the total price. He shows concern for your property and applied shoe covers when entering your home, his prices are not estimated they are the price out the door and he is timely. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair!

Chase was professional and very knowledgeable about all appliances. He explains things in a way a homeowner can understand and offers options/suggestions. It is very easy to schedule an appointment online and so convenient. Appointments are confirmed via text as well as arrival time. Great service. Highly recommend

We had a problem with a 2nd refrigerator. I called got an appointment within a couple days. On the scheduled time and date Chase the tech arrived and diagnosed the issue and corrected it quickly. This company is the best - and Chase is amazing. Very honest , thorough, professional and on time ! The service window is smaller so you don’t have to waste your entire day waiting - you receive a text and an email when they are on their way - communication is awesome. We always use this company when needed.

Chase from Mr Appliance has serviced my refrigerator (multiple times, due to the brand, not his work) and dryer. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and doesn’t try to oversell you on what is needed to fix the issue. I highly recommend him!
