At this point I would offer zero stars if that was an option. Our freezer failed the first part of September. This company was listed by our warranty service. Things looked promising at first as they sent out a technician that appeared to be very competent, the date was September 5. We were charged for this 'diagnosis only' visit but were assured that the charge would be absorbed when we had the repair done by them. The representative of this company promised to send the diagnostic report to our email. We watched for it for several days. Our warranty company required that report. Today is September 16, we still have not received the report. We have been making numerous phone calls. Nothing. Frustrating.
