The Westin Phoenix Downtown

We stayed in the corner king suite and it was very nice. Lots of room for us and clean. Great views of downtown. The shower has the highest pressure of any shower I've ever experienced... amazing! High-end fixtures, high end bathtub, nice views from the bathroom.

The room was spacious and beautiful with a view of the city and lovely at night. Very convenient for everything you want to do downtown. Even though we went to the bar/restaurant multiple times for sheer convenience, the drinks should be better including specialty coffee. The pool has a lovely view. We extended our stay one more night and we will be back because it’s convenient for ASU downtown.

The one-stop solution for a perfect vacation or business trip. The staff at this property are incredibly humble and polite—it’s hard to put into words how welcoming they are. The property features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a lounge, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar—all under one roof. A special thanks to Mr. Justin Aldrich, who goes above and beyond to make my travel experience seamless and luxurious. I’ll be staying at this property for all my future visits to this city. Highly recommended—whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or family. This hotel is in the middle of downtown and easily accessible to any of the nearest attractions and even the best its just less than 10 min away from the airport. Highly recommended. I stayed here for a conference & it was a very nice hotel. My room was pleasant & comfortable. The shower had a rain shower head with plenty of hot water; the bed was comfortable, with plenty of quality pillows; and it had a massive window with a view of downtown. In the middle of downtown Phoenix, there was plenty of noise. Traffic noises & loud music were loud & occasionally woke me up but that would be my only complaint. ||The hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants. If you can get access to the Westin Lounge on the 11th floor, I highly recommend. It gives access to free hot breakfast, fruit, yogurt, & coffee in the morning then they switch it out to provide fruit, healthy snacks, cans of soda (with Bubly), & more—definitely a perk.

I enjoyed my stay at The Westin Phoenix Downtown. Justin Aldrich and his team were very friendly and respectful, ensuring that I was well taken care of during my visit. Tyler Sammons, who was working the front desk at the time, was particularly helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was there to assist me with a cheerful smile and demonstrated a strong knowledge of his responsibilities. The valet service was impeccable; I never had to wait long, and my vehicle was always ready within minutes when I called. This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly, the location was great, and there were many resturants in the area.

Great location in downtown Phoenix, close to everything, bars, restaurants, etc. Very nice rooms with ample space, clean and modern. Well stocked M-Club but beware, they are closed on weekends. I had good interactions with everyone I came across, specially Kayla at the front desk. They managed to secure an early check in for us, much needed to get ready for a wedding.

The staff at this hotel are top notch! The food in the restaurant was delicious too! Deisha was very pleasant in checking us in and the manager Justin Aldridge went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!
