They know how to get big crowds checked in. In my case, it was early with upgrade. Friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the facility. Very nice executive lounge. The pool opens early for lap swim. Rooms are refreshed daily. Nice Lobby Bar and restaurant bar for social time. There are lots of good restaurants within easy walk. See you again soon for the next convention

Great hotel in downtown Phoenix. Walkable to the Diamondbacks baseball stadium and only a 2hr drive to Sedona. Huge banquet facilities which were able to accommodate our group of 500 easily. They allowed us to put our branding everywhere which was a nice touch and really set a good tone for our conference. Guest rooms were comfortable with good views of the city. Catering services were good but the quality of the food didn’t blow me away for the price. The AV group they contract with is phenomenal. Bar staff deserves a bonus for the amount we made them run. Overall this was a great event and the Sheraton was a large contributor to the success of it.

My daughter and I got into Arizona to the Sheraton very late about 2 a.m and we were greeted by Nicholas who was so amazing and wonderful!! We need more people in the world like him and he should definitely be recognized! We had such an amazing stay from a wonderful quiet room to enjoy a great restaurant downstairs. We didn't have to worry about the cleaning people coming in or being loud when we said please do not disturb, which made all the difference when my daughter needed to come back in the afternoon to sleep. Everything was so wonderful!! This by far is our favorite hotel and we can't thank you all enough for a smooth wonderful stay of 6 nights! Thank you! We will definitely be staying here again soon! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

My partner and I stayed here for a conference and had an exceptional experience. We arrived quite early, and the staff assured us they would do their best to get us checked in with a very reasonable early check-in fee. Impressively, we got our room within an hour of arrival, well before 10am. Room: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens in high quality. Although the hotel is an older property, the staff maintained the room very well, keeping it clean and inviting. Service: The staff at this location went above and beyond. They safely stored our baggage and provided excellent recommendations on where to go while we waited for our room. I want to express my appreciation to Maria at the front desk. She helped me check out and explained the itemized charges with professionalism, clarifying where the late check-out fee was first applied (from the conference registration). Her genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable was evident. I also want to acknowledge the help from IT staff Ryan that he helped me get a conference wifi access code in advance so that my group could run the hybrid meeting smoothly. Amenities: The hotel's fitness center is well-equipped, and we enjoyed the 4th-floor pool at night, complete with a delightful light show. Despite the stress of my conference duties, the hotel's outstanding service helped me stay calm and made our stay very enjoyable.

Convenient location for downtown business. Parking garage is easy to access if you choose not to valet. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. The pool is huge, but was less refreshing and more lukewarm while we were there. Adding water would’ve helped. We were there for two hours with only a few other guests. There were towels on chairs and leftover cups/drinks, as well as food trays, that sat there the whole time. Honestly, if I was an attendant I’d leave them too. Having to wear all black outside in 109 degrees is pure insanity.

Stayed here for a week with my husband. Our room was never cleaned, the toilet clogged constantly, and I had to take the elevator to warm my food up as there was no microwave in the room. Nothing like taking a stroll through a beautiful hotel with an hot meal burning your hands. Even cheap hotels have a microwave to use. On the plus side our view was amazing, the rooftop pool was nice and the bartender there was great.

From the moment I stepped into the immense lobby—bright, inviting, and buzzing with energy—I knew I was in for a treat. With plentiful workstations, cozy café seating in & outside, private soundproof booths perfect for calls, and a central community table, it felt like the hotel was built for both productivity and connection. ||My room had sleek earth‑tones, modern design with a large TV, a mini‑fridge and workspace—perfect for recharging after a long conference day. ||The rooftop lap pool with a full bar on the 4th‑floor deck was a nice option if you have time —great for casual laps or lounging with cocktail in hand overlooking the skyline.||Dining at Carcara and the Breeze Bar was equally enjoyable. The southwestern‑inspired menu and creative cocktails delivered delicious & satisfying options and the vibe was both chic and relaxing for a professional or personal crowd. ||Location is good for walking or catching a Waymo - automatic taxi! You’re steps away from a lively array of downtown restaurants and cultural spots.||A couple minor watch-outs: valet/self‑parking can get pricey and Wi‑Fi access is complimentary to special guests. Special conference attendees were given a $25 daily spending allowance at the restaurant, coffee bar or club bar but no free breakfast is offered. ||Sheraton Phoenix Downtown delivers a stellar blend of style, amenities, and location. Whether you’re in town for a convention like I was, work, or simply to explore vibrant downtown Phoenix, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and a lively atmosphere. Just budget in advance.
