Dolphin Pools Construction

As first time pool owners Dolphin Pools definitely exceeded our expectations! We could not be happier with the end result of our pool and additions to our backyard. Joe Ayers was our sales rep/designer and not only is he great at his job but just a very friendly personable guy! Special Thank You also to the other staff involved in our project - Nick, Brenda, Danny and Maria. They were all great as well. They kept us in the loop and the project on schedule. We reached out a couple weeks after completion and Maria and Nick responded promptly. Thanks again, you are a great group of people and we absolutely love our new pool and backyard additions! Dolphin did a good job building our new pool. Our designer, Jean-Luc, went above & beyond during the permitting process for which we were very grateful and he was in constant communication with us. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the final result exceeded our expectations. While there were a few minor issues along the way, Dolphin was generally responsive and ensured the work was finished as per the design and plans. We now have a functional and attractive pool that we are enjoying using!

Building a pool can be stressful, but I went into this project with the intention of practicing patience so both myself and the contractor could have a smoother experience. I'm so glad I did, because overall, Dolphin Pools made the process a very positive one. I worked with Andrew as my salesperson--he was professional, extremely responsive, and stayed with me through the build as an excellent liaison. The only surprise was learning that Dolphin requires cash payments (no credit cards), which I wish had been communicated upfront. Other than that, Andrew was fantastic. Dolphin uses subcontractors for each phase, so the timeline isn't always fast--you get excited when one phase is done, then have to wait a bit for the next. Patience is key! Brenda was amazing at keeping me updated and doing her best to help with scheduling. She's warm, friendly, and truly keeps you in the loop. Tania was also excellent with communication and customer service. Our project manager, Adam, was great--he gave helpful tips and communicated well. Big high five to him! And Jake Wozniak really stood out when a few hiccups came up; he stepped in, solved problems quickly, and made sure we felt taken care of. She didn't show the same level of care, warmth, or communication as the rest of the team. Unfortunately, the last person in the process, Maria did not live up to the standards of her colleagues. Maria doesn't communicate well. She's blunt and cold. She doesn't seem to care. Had I let my interaction with her determine my experience with Dolphin, I'd be rating this differently. But because the majority of the team was outstanding and I truly love the result, I'm still giving Dolphin 5 stars. Pricing was very fair, the pool looks incredible, and I'd recommend Dolphin Pools without hesitation. Hopefully this review helps highlight how exceptional most of the team is--and maybe encourages some extra training for the final phase of the process.

We had Dolphin install and build our first pool during the summer of 2023. Our salesman, Joe, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and designed our pool to our satisfaction. One year later, Joe is helpful with answering questions . Trevor, our building superintendent, was great as well and communicated details of the pool building process. Tania was great at communicating next steps in the pool build. Approximately one year later, Dolphin has been great on answering or fixing any concerns. Maria has been outstanding and patient and quick to address our concerns. She’s been fantastic. If I ever were to build another pool or recommend (my next door neighbor built his pool with Dolphin), I would go with or recommend Dolphin Pools.

Very happy with Dolphin Pools. Les our sales representative was amazing and answered any questions we had even after his part was done. Adam was our main guy that oversaw all the construction and he was very communicative and fixed issues when they arose. You hear so many horror stories of putting in a pool and we did not have that experience here. They also completed our project in a very timely fashion. We love our pool! Thank you!

Overall, we had a great experience with Dolphin! Our designer, Dustin, was wonderful at designing our pool and fire pit just like we wanted and suggested ideas that we hadn't even thought of. He was super quick to make adjustments and answer questions for us as well. The construction process overall was smooth. Anytime we had a question or issue, our construction supervisor, Nick, was quick to respond and get us answers. The only negative I can say is that it can feel like you're getting information from a dozen different people throughout the process and sometimes it seemed like they were not on the same page with timelines or not realizing whether or not certain steps had already been completed. When we had those problems, they were always resolved quickly, but it was a bit of a frustrating element of the process. If you're looking into builders for a pool, I would definitely recommend Dolphin!
