Kenje has been a wonderful representative of Amenity Pool Services. His customer service is unmatched and the quality of his work is so obvious. Not only does he take the time to educate us on how our pool works, but he also makes himself available anytime we have questions. His ability to communicate is fantastic and he cares for our pool as if it’s his own. Thank you for doing such an amazing job Kenje. You are so appreciated!

Kenji is a wonderful gentleman and a "spot on" pool tech! It is apparent that he has been assigned to our route to fix serious service errors by the previously assigned tech--Kenji has all of the skills necessary to provide 1st class customer service--I only hope that Kenji will not be pulled from our route to fix service problems on other routes. Matt has been servicing my pool for a while now, and he consistently brings a level of reliability and professionalism that’s hard to find. He’s attentive to detail, communicates clearly, and is quick to flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger issue. On top of his regular pool care, Matt recently noticed something urgent happening at my home and didn’t hesitate to reach out and make sure I was aware. His awareness and fast action made a huge difference in a very tense moment. He’s not just someone who shows up and checks a few boxes—he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the well-being of his clients. After a bumpy start Steve reached out and explain the communication breakdown and apologized for the mix up. Today he came personally to evaluate and fix our pool that was in bad shape. He went above and beyond to make sure that the negative thoughts were erased and we appreciated the attention we received. Thank you all for making this wrong right and we know who we will call for our future pool needs. Great job guys! Our pool will be okay now thanks to Steve's quick response and solutions.

I have not been home much lately for the last two months and our pool guy came Friday I believe or maybe it was Tuesday to fill in for Friday. He did an excellent job. I haven’t really had time to come out and look at it until today, it’s totally awesome. I think you need to keep this one.

I am very happy with my pool cleaning service. My pool technician is Mike Montgomery and he is awesome. He is very diligent, efficient and professional. He does an excellent job and goes above and beyond to make sure any problems are addressed promptly. He is very patient when I do have questions or concerns.
