Molly Maid of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley

I called Molly Maids with short notice. They scheduled me the next day. Which is greatly appreciated. Judith and Blanca arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning the house. I highly recommend Molly Maids and will request Judith and Blanca again.

Our two service providers handled the move-in cleaning of our new home efficiently and professionally. Reasonably priced service too. We will be using Molly Maids for ongoing service once we are fully moved in.

It came time for me to hire a service to clean my home. After several calls to different cleaning services, Molly Maid was the one and only one to return my call. I asked several questions because this was new to me, and was very impressed with the professionalism that was given me. I have had Molly Maids over a year now, they do a great job, always there if I need them for a quick clean after visitors, and has always showed respect for my home. No problem in giving them five stars.

Team 1 Jasmine and Margarita did an excellent job cleaning for my move out. They were extremely fast and came early.

Have been using Molly Maid twice a month the last few months. It appears they kind of strive to hire the best. My fav team is with Jasmine as the team leader. They've had other teams like her. She is excellent. Excellent. Used time well. Did everything right the first time. If she has extra time, she covers extra areas. This is twice in a row that I've had her as team leader. Carpet and floors are my biggest issue. She goes above and beyond my expectations. The other team member was excellent too. The areas that I asked for help with were cleaned perfectly. Never a streak in the mirrors. Didn't have to ask for assistance with this one glass door. She covered areas that were above and beyond. I'm told Im retentive when I clean. I'm not. But I do believe in cleaning perfectly. Do it right and you don't have to do it again for a while. For Jasmine and her team the fee is very fair. Once I was kind of disappointed with the work from Molly Maid. I called the office. On the next visit Jasmine was support. Everything was much better. Jasmine just does everything to the standard I would if I could move better. I do request the Jasmine team.

OMG! I cannot say how thrilled I am with Molly Maid! Judith and Blanca did a FANTASTIC job, and I was SO pleased! They literally did not miss a thing. Everything is so spotless. I hate using anything and messing it up. I plan to use them again and again. Thank you!
