Kathy has worked extremely hard to take care of our account and make sure that all of our needs are met. We don't expect perfection, but we have come to know that we can count on Kathy to take care of our cleaning needs from windows, to cobwebs, to floors to power washing and beyond. We have worked with several other companies in the past and prefer Citywide because of Kathy.

As a subcontractor who has enjoyed working with Anahi, I can vouch for her outstanding customer service abilities. In order to give her clients the best service; she demonstrates a sincere curiosity and attentiveness towards them. In addition, her attention to detail is genuinely remarkable because she takes her time to learn about her clients needs. Her commitment to her clients and contractors is really admirable and respected.

I normally don't leave reviews however, I felt compelled to do so after the great experience I had with Evelyn Reynolds and her crew. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and up to standard. Additionally, she exhibited a professional demeanor and was extremely easy to work with. City Wide is definitely in good hands with Evelyn and I'll happily recommend.

As a community manager who utilizes City Wide for daily janitorial services, I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone I come into contact with. Whether it’s our amazing Juliana who keeps our community looking spectacular for our residents and guests, or Evelyn who pops in weekly to ensure everything is being done right. We've had a lot of interesting experiences with different cleaning crews over the years, our main issue was consistency with the quality of service we were receiving. Since switching to Go City Wide, we've had nothing but consistency and quality. Evelyn is fantastic and stops by frequently to ensure we are happy and that things are being taken care of. We've been using City Wide for our Preschool cleaning for about 5 years. Anahi is our Account Manager and she is awesome. She checks on us regularly and always addresses any issues in a timely and professional manner. We get hit up by cleaning companies all the time but we stick with City Wide for Anahi, the price and the professionalism.

We are a huge operation with 400+ employees in a 24/7 operation & a 30 bay shop. We simply don't stop. Elena comes in every day, twice a day with a giant smile, the work ethic of a mule & the speed of a hummingbird. She is absolutely fabulous! Jeremy Walker manages our site & I have never asked either one of them for anything that they haven't pounced on like a chubby kid on the last cupcake! They do it with a servant attitude & a customer centric mantra! ALL OF MY FOLKS LOVE & APPRECIATE THEM & THEIR EXCELLENT WORK! I have been running this facility for some 18 years & due to poor performance have had to upgrade from other cleaning services. City Wide was a great get & they will be around for as long as I am at the helm! We owe it to our employees to provide a clean, safe & comfortable environment. That is exactly what they do.
