They provide really cheap laundry service too. Drop off and pick up.

Yo Lisa was great to us and was constantly doing something to keep the place spotless all while making sure the public that wasn’t there to do laundry didn’t bother the clients that were using the service. Lisa you go girl

This is a great definition of hospitality. A young lady named Lisa was so attentive to our needs. When our coin got enter incorrectly she came over immediately and got the machine going. She also gave advice that our load would fit in a smaller washer and saved us 40% from what I would have paid.

Had a great experience at this laundromat. The new manager, Shannon, has brought her own unique vibe and is a great addition to the team—it’s super nice, clean, and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about the space and the customers. Definitely recommend!

It’s been decades since I’ve used a laundromat. This place far surpassed all of my expectations. When walking in my first impression was “Wow”! You walk into a well lit, clean and fresh smelling facility. The attendant was very approachable and friendly. All my questions were answered both factually and professionally. Reflecting back they were probably dumb questions but they treated them as important. I was able to fit all my clothes into their largest washer. Using double precast, double wash and double rinse cost a very reasonable amount of $7. The cost to dry all my clothes was only $2.50 for 30 minutes.

Customer service is very rude and calls the owner for patrons that play music while doing laundry. Don’t waste your money here if you don’t have to.

I reached out as a local HVAC company, trying to connect respectfully. After introducing myself and explaining the situation, he mentioned being super busy. I offered to call back at a better time, but he hung up on me. It’s disappointing when professionals don’t treat each other with courtesy. I wish them the best, but it didn’t reflect the community values I believe in. The worst part is, I actually go there to do my laundry.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for about a year. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. One morning I came to wash clothes and I was babysitting my grandson who at that time was not walking. I am thankful that we got here early and there weren’t too many people because I had him in his walker. And he loved every minute of it. So much space to move and he was fascinated to see the washers going. The people that were here washing their laundry were so kind to my grandson who absolutely loves people. I thank the staff for letting us feel at home. The facility is clean every time I come. I recommend this facility. They get five stars in my book!!!

The place is clean and fresh, they do a really great job of keeping it clean. Prices are a little on the expensive side for the washers. I did notice homeless people wandering in and out and I do not like that. Lots of parking out front but the handicapped parking is way off to the left, but it is wheelchair accessible from the parking spot. Friendly staff and helpful.

I like this place it feels fresh very clean but the workers don’t speak English just to put that out their but I like it very peaceful to but once we put $1 on the card but it didn’t transfer so we told the lady if we can have the $1 back and she declined but since it was only a dollar we didn’t really bug but I had only spoke about this cause I’ve seen the other reviews about the machines eating the money but their is also snacks and drinks and the machines are fast

This place is always clean and the staff is very nice. Nobody bothers you so you can do your laundry in peace and I love that. And you can’t go wrong with the weekly deals they have.

Clean, quiet, & spacious. They have a variety of washers for all sizes of loads. & dryers are only $0.10 & for huge loads like blankets/rugs; those dryers cost $0.49 cents. Been coming here for months now.

This is a great place to go do laundry. You have option of either using quarters or paying online through Pay Range Always clean. Prices reasonable. There is a 24-hour attendant. Employees always pleasant and helpful. Last time I went had problem with a dryer not getting hot. Reported problem and next thing I know she is handing me a refund which I totally did not expect. Kudos

Very good experience! This was the most loyalist place there is, they clean your clothes really good, ive been going here for a while now and it’s one of the best, I highly recommend going here if you ever have any dirty clothes or anything!

Update from 6 months ago: I’ve been coming here for 4 years now I absolutely love it there is an employee always cleaning up and wiping down the washers. They have be upgrading a lot they now have pay range you access the washers/dryers through phone, they have nightly deals and the owner is so wonderful he is always going above and beyond for his customers! He is so friendly!! Best laundry mat on the east I’ve been to.

Absolutely love this laundry!!! Above and beyond for sure!! Recently been using there pick up and wash,fold services. It’s so convenient when I’m busy. Services start at 1.65 lb. You can accumulate points with every dollar spent which you can use credit on future orders.

Today we came to do laundry and oh man this place is good they have tvs is cool inside clean , lots of places to go have lunch while your stuff gets washed.

11pm is correct closing time, get here BY 8 (Last wash load). This is to insure all customers have enough time to finish by 11 closing.

It’s okay for the fact of a quick wash for 1 or 2 loads. They don’t accept qaurters, so you will get a card here to pay for wash-n-dry it’s 32 washers and 42 dryers. Very small, to my opinion

I like doing laundry here. I’de check the dryers though, I put in two bath towels and two wash cloths, 20 minutes on high, slightly damp when time ran out. This is a regular thing with these dryers. Not a complaint, just a heads up. Staff here is very friendly! Thank You

I visited this place for the first time today and omg. The prices are SO cheap it’s insane. I was so happy to find this place!! Nice and clean too and the employee who helped me was very nice and showed me all the machine options and how to get a laundry card. I’m definitely coming back here instead of using my apt’s laundry room ever again!!!

The washers ave huge! And the price is good for the amount of clothes can wash. I used the $9.50 one but it was about 4/5 loads it carried and i think it coukd of carried more..!!! 75cent dryers for 12 minutes! The lady who was there gave me a tour and showed me the prices/sizes on the washers dryers! Definitely going back!

I go to this laundry place every Friday. Ever since new ownership the place has improved 100%. I always see mike cleaning all the machines and windows and floors. I hope he gets a raise because it is now the cleanest laundry place in Phoenix.

Wow, total transformation, everything is Electronic. card is free if you register it, the vending machine is takes card as well as they have a bitcoin deposit here and you can also buy soap here with your card. its also very clean, the machines work great. I’ve been coming here for years maybe since 2017ish on & off, I usually come when I have a lot to wash so I can get it done quicker rather than spending an entire day doing back to back loads. I haven’t been here in a while so I was surprised to see they recently upgraded a lot of the washers and switched to card which makes it a lot easier to pay rather than putting $6-$8 worth of quarters in one by one lol. Jacky helped me figure it all out tonight and she was extremely sweet and patient explaining the process. I received an $8 Bonus (you get $4 for every $20 you add, I put 40$ so I got $8) they also have other bonuses like $10 extra when you spend $50 etc. free money is always appreciated so thank yall for looking out for the community!
Cleanest laundry Matt I’ve ever been too honestly, my clothes smell really good. The dryers are really good too, no damp clothes. And it’s really cool because when you register for a card, you enter your phone number so you get text messages when you’re clothes is ready! Also, Jacky mentioned she cleans the washers every night with vinegar it honestly means a lot that she takes the extra time to keep the machines clean so our clothes is nice and clean! I’m not big on reviews but I took a few mins of my time to leave this review because Jacky really went above and beyond for me and it just made my expierence so much better and I just wanted her to know her kindness really went a long way. *Update* 2nd time I went here, a methed out homeless person stumbled in . This is kind of a bussin place for homeless in that hatcher area, so just be aware . It hasn’t stopped me from going, though. Just wanted to state that. Anyways, on towards the review. –>This place is awesome! Great prices, compared to others in the area. Standard and industrial washers for very decent price . I think it was like 150 or 2$. Amazing !!! I like this place because it’s super close to me .I’m near Peoria and Cave Creek. For a while, I was going to 32nd and cactus . I love this laundromat! 20% off washers on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Absolutely immaculate as they sweet, mop, and clean everything as you do your laundry. If you go earlier it’s less crowded, but even when it’s crowded it’s not bad waiting for a machine. I go to wash oversized bedding in the XL washers. Everything comes out SUPER clean and fresh!

I did notice it’s pretty warm in there in the summer, so go early while it’s cooler. Their crowd meter is pretty accurate. Be prepared for fees when you use their laundry card machine with your debit card. Overall great place!

Nice and clean laundrymat that I have ever seen. Staff is very helpful and nice. No coin machines. ATM is inside to buy a laundromat card (50¢) and to charge the laundromat card, to use on there machines. Washing machines are clean and washes clothes very clean. Dryer leaves clothes looking nice and feels clean. Weekly promotions of 20% off on some days. I will definitely be back.

En la puerta tiene última lavada 9:30 pm en la página horario de 7 a 9, cuando llegue unos minutos antes de las 9 la señora dice ya no puedes lavar se cierra a las 9, entonces le digo que hay que cambiar si horario de la puerta y ya molesta si me dejó lavar , pero que incómodo , me dice pues venga más temprano por qué también ya limpie las lavadoras y ahora la quiere ocupar , cuando un día antes pase checando la hora de cierre por horarios laborales, que ganas tiene uno de llegar hasta la noche si tuviera más tiempo con gusto. Así que cambien sus horarios porque todavía me dijo hay algunas personas cierran a las 8:30 la puerta.

Cleanest in town. Always reasonably priced, always thoroughly washed and dried! I’ll never go anywhere else.

Not the biggest laundry place, but they keep staff at all times that maintain the equipment and floor very clean. They also offer wash and fold service. As of October 2024, they charge $1 per pound, which includes laundry detergent and softener as well.

Rude worker swiped their hand at me twice when asking if that had a restroom. Other than that this place is solid. I may remove this review later if the employee is properly trained or disciplined in the future.

Amelia wasn’t a “Karen-n”at all. She was professional, insisted on cleaning up a mess I made, offered to help with a dryer when she found out my laundry card went “missing”, and even offered me a donut. I told her she was too sweet, she needed a raise, and thanked her for everything. She responded with, “no english.” LOL Guess actions do speak louder than words…

Purchased the $50.00 option for the coin less card and it didn’t work. Emailed back and forth with corporate and they said my refund was coming … 1 and a half months later nada!. Very ironic as soon as I but into their higher option product it doesn’t work … Scan artist,!

Love this place, used to come here before the renovations and it was okay,now after the renovations it actually has gotten a lot better, worth the 5 stars. They now let you use credit/debit cards to reload so you don’t have to worry about having cash, they do charge the 50 cent fee for the card but it’s reasonable and not expensive at all. They do have different specials around the store which are definitely helpful if you have a lot of laundry to do, the machines also wash really well, when I came in it was a Tuesday around 3pm, there was only about 2 other people in here and the attendant was very friendly. The machine to get the card/reload is also self explanatory so idk how someone would have an issue unless they can’t read… Anyways clean facility, will be my go to laundromat!

I come here every week. I love the staff at this location, very friendly and helpful, always doing their best to keep the laundromat clean and in heat working condition. I’ve been to other locations and I like this one the best!

This place was our favorite place to do laundry until they hired Caesar. He is rude, will clean the bathroom to block usage to it( like 10 times a shift) has blocked senior citizens, children from using it for hours. He acts like he is tweaking and smells of drugs. Do not recommend this place when he is here

The staff was pretty friendly. They recently installed new machines, so they are me expensive and the machines charge more money to use warm water instead of cold. BE CAREFUL OF THE DRYERS!!!!! They are EXTREMELY HOT. Please only put enough coins in for one round of drying if you don’t want your clothes to shrink or catch fire as one person has mentioned. They take quarters and not a card.

I love when Char and Corey work. They are always around when you need help and they keep the laundromat clean. They are nice and friendly and always greet us with a smile.they are always available for any issues or questions we have and aolve it with a smile!

The prices have went up higher just in the last year or 6 months because they got a card machine and I guess they’re paying for the card machines. Nothing else is new only one big table to fold your clothes and four or three folding tables and I wouldn’t go over there after it gets too late it might be less busy but I don’t feel secure there. There’s no attendance there at night so if you have problems with the machine which they never tag that is not working and you put your clothes in and your money and it doesn’t work you can’t get your money back

It’s a non-English speaking laundry mat,so it was a little hard to communicate,the place was clean, the dryer machine seems a bit pricey.

This was my first time ever doing a service like this. Our laundry unit is broken at our apartment so we needed to wash some clothes to get by for the week. We didn’t even take all of our laundry. The clothes came back nice and clean but I have a few issues with pricing transparency. I went in and asked several questions and then came back with my clothes. When I came back I found out the return time was 3 days not including weekends which wasn’t told to me the first time, none the less we got our clothes back earlier than expected so that was nice.

I was told it was $2.75/lb right now but they didn’t weight my clothes before taking them so it comes down to you just have to trust them. But when I came to pick up my clothes the price changed to $3.75/lb which eventually someone came up to clarify the price. That didn’t sit well with me as a first timer. I think the clothes should be weighed before you leave so you know what to expect to pay when you come back- that’s just a consumer opinion as I don’t know anything about the dry cleaning business!

The photo you see below cost of $90….. a throw blanket and about 2 loads of laundry. This is a Luxury service for sure and if you go I recommend maybe signing up for their membership because it is a bit cheaper than what we paid as we were just trying out the service wash and fold service to see if this was something we may utilize in the future.

I would not do the wash and fold service again but maybe id get a few items dry cleaned as they were very kind, it was very clean , and our clothes came back nice!

I highly recommend. brought them items that I picked up from another dry cleaner that same day, that were basically still filthy and pressed lol. And they cleaned the items properly. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, and they get it done right the 1st time.

Since I’ve retired have not had as much to dry clean and recently went back because of a promotion going on. I had forgotten what a great job they do and will definitely start to use them again.

First, I was charged an extra 15 for same day. Then when arrived for pick up I was missing an item with no explanation as to why. The the price! Holy cow, 12 items was over a $100!!! I guess my fault for not asking. This is more than double what I pay at my normal cleaners. I thought I would try them due to same day service and better hours. I think I will make do after this experience.

El servicio es bueno la calidad buena pero la atencion al cliente mala de parte de la manager mis prendas llegaron en tiempo y forma eran unos pantalones de trabajo al ponerlos en los ganchos el carton blanco los mancho con el color del carton les comente y medijeron que lo resolverian volviendolos a lavar pero despues me habla la manager diciendome que mispantalones tienen manchas por todos lados y que soy el primero que se queja de eso le dije que si vio el carton y los pantalones ella dijo que no y luego me dice que si que los tenia en presencia de ella y que no se quita nada dela mancha ledige que estaba bien que esperaramos a revisar despues de lavar los pantalones y que veriamos me dijo que no me cobrarian pero yo ya habia pagado solo era que resolvieran el problema volviendolos a lavar en fin meregresaron mis pantalones igual mas arrugados al parecer no los lavaron y asi me los regresaron por que llegue a mi casa los lavamos y se soluciono el problema melos dieron en otros ganchos de plastico si no fue el gancho por que cambiarlos mi mensaje es por que hacer algo tan pequeńo mas complicado por el precio bien valia la pena tener mas atencion a mi peticion .

This dry cleaner is meticulous and has given care to all the items I have brought in. Recently Chantelle (sp?) has worked on a couple of high end items purchased NWOT that were covered in strong fragrance and unwearable. She is a magician using the wet dry cleaning method and I could not be more grateful, thank you so much Chantelle!!!

First time came here, it was the younger guy was very helpful this time omg never again!!! The older attendants need to have deep attitude adjustments. The dryers .25 for 5 mins and 4.50 for washers that the attendant will hover over you like you ain’t a grown adult doing your own laundry. For what I spent to do my laundry $35 I will go somewhere the hell else.

This laundromat has been my go to for over 10 years no matter where I live in the valley. Today when we came in we had an unfortunate series of events happen. However the owner went literally above and BEYOND for us. This is the cleanest laundromat in the valley. And would highly recommend this place to anyone. 10/10

This is an unfortunate review to write Because the first time I went to Papa’s laundry, the attendant was so helpful – going way beyond what I would’ve expected. This time was different.

When I used the restroom, I noticed that the soap container looked like it was broken. Subsequently She came up and asked me what happened. What do you mean I asked? She said the soap container was broken. When I adamantly denied that I broke it, she walked away, saying no one else had been in there – So she basically accused me of lying.

Well, somebody else must have been in there – because I didn’t break it.

I won’t be back – That’s a shame because this place looks like it could use more customers. While its very clean It’s a bit out of date – does not have many big machines, and is still coin operated. It could probably use all the customers you can get

They are so nice and helpful here! I came here with a LOT of laundry. Like 8 45gallon bags of laundry with 2 hours to close and they made sure everything was done as efficiently as possible. They helped unload and load my car. They loaded the dryers and washers. So friendly and upbeat!

The first 3 times I went were great! I was greeted by friendly helpful staff. Today I went and the lady came over and told me I needed to use 2 washers. This is the exact same load I’ve been doing the past couple weeks. I packed my stuff up and left. I don’t needed added stress to my life or to spend more money.

Clean, friendly and they still use quarters. It does look a little old but it is very clean, including the restroom. Machines worked well. Loved they had washers with an extra rinse option.
