We took Transporte Xpress from Puerto Peñasco to Phoenix Airport on the 11:00 am shuttle and arrived around 5:00 pm. The drivers were polite and we never felt unsafe during the trip, which we truly appreciated. However, the vans seriously need improvement. They are old, very dirty, and the air conditioning doesn’t cool enough — which is a big issue on a long ride through the desert. The seats are uncomfortable and worn out, there’s no place to rest your head, and several seatbelts were not working properly. There were broken seats, exposed wires on the ceiling, cracked windows, and the overall condition of the vehicle was poor. The company really needs to invest in maintaining and upgrading their fleet. A safe and comfortable ride shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I’ve had to use their service as emergency only and the service is horrible. The vans are dirty, missing seatbelts, NO AC DURING THE SUMMER….they said if the van is full the AC won’t work?! WHAT?!! Oh! and if they feel like it they’ll make you get off and have you wait in the heat for another vehicle to show up and pick you up to take you to your final destination. They take ZERO responsibility. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. NOT SECURE!!!! NO LOS USEN!!! MAL SERVICIO!!! VANS COCHINAS Y SIN AIRE!!!

I used this company several times now. They have always been friendly and professional. The process is simple: arrive before your trip, purchase your ticket and relax during the ride. As a single woman traveling alone, I was really worried about going to Mexico by myself but all the drivers made me feel safe and were very polite. They all speak Spanish too if you have family who only speaks Spanish. The office staff is bilingual so that’s great! They were all friendly and made traveling easy & enjoyable. I highly recommend this shuttle service and will use them for all my trips to Mexico

Unreliable. They switch times whenever they want. Told me at 8 am then they said 9 am. Show up and they tell me 11 am. They said they can pick up in Yuma but then told me there was no more space. Mediocre service that you have to deal with because they're the only option. Their excuse was that "I should be there early, there are people here since 6 am" even though I came a DAY EARLIER to inquire and called in the morning to confirm. Never again

El peor lugar de transporte las benes no tienen refrigeración venía empapado en sudor y me estaba ahogando y demoran demasiado dejando gente hasta el centro de yuma se desvían mucho y todavía le suben el precio a los boletos primero hagan las cosas bien por favor

Pésimo servicio la última ves que se requiere servicio a este lugar se prefiere pagar más dinero en otro lado los conductores mediocres hacia los clientes de eso tragan y no se comunican con el cliente
