Provider Emily, PA was excellent and listened to everything I had to say. Her bedside manner was both professional calming, and reassuring. I left there feeling like someone finally listened to me and heard my voice and concerns. She took away all my anxieties about seeking help and gave me options that I was comfortable with. My care was excellent. I am so happy I found a place that I can trust with my mental health and helping me have better quality of life than I have had in several months.

Emily Lyon at the Phoenix location was incredibly kind upon meeting her she instantly made me feel at ease and gave me a sense of comfort during my visit that I was desperately looking for. The office staff were incredibly kind and helpful too, I couldn't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me with getting checked in but I do remember his kindness and his gentle approach and his glasses lol I definitely appreciated the atmosphere and the feng shui of the clinic itself, very balanced clean and calming. I was very pleased with my visit and I do look forward to seeing them again.

MHCA has it all! I was tired of going from place to place but this place has all the treatments u need in one place! The psychologists are able to just walk a couple feet to talk to the other therapist and they all collaborate to work together to help you be the best version of yourself. I also really enjoy using the red light therapy or chamber and enjoy that it is included in my treatment plan. I saw immediate benefits and change in my mental health. Seriously this place is awesome.

I adore every professional I have encountered in the Phoenix office. I would highly recommend Mental Health Centers of America to anyone considering switching providers or looking to begin treatment. Emily Lyon, PA is exceptional.

MHCA truly has a heart for the community. Their involvement in local organizations and consistent generosity shine through in everything they do. You will need to go through two assessments before seeing your actual therapist. After that you will be told there is a $60 surcharge for therapy that insurance doesn’t cover. This fee is so they can communicate with one another? Not sure why that isn’t included with the therapy itself. If you cancel less than 48 hours out you will be charged full price. They’ve been late for all four of my appointments so far. I was overcharged and instead of reimbursing me, they credited my account, I called and left a message at 8am and explained I would be working and to please leave a voice message. No message was left and I was unable to get in touch the whole day. They offer 20% discount if you pay three months in advance but you have to agree to it before even meeting with your actual therapist. It’s hard to find good therapy and I was optimistic about this place but it’s pretty clear they only care about their own self interest and not the patients.

My experience at MHCA was amazing! The entire staff is kind and considerate and the facility is top notch. I would highly recommend!
