Spooner Biltmore

Services are good, but the billing is frustrating. I was told I would pay 110 a visit, which was true for the first several visits. Randomly then hit with almost 300 in fees. Idk if this is leftover "non-member" charges from previous visits or because I let them cup me once (they did not mention there was a fee). Either way, a lot of this seems pretty deceptive. I wouldn't go here if you are out of network with your insurance.

I enjoy my therapy sessions at Spooner Biltmore. The staff are knowledgeable and goal focused. They allow the clients to work at their own pace and are very encouraging.

The therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, personable, and encouraging every step of the way. The facility is up-to-date and the entire staff is friendly. I highly recommend Spooner Biltmore.

Abel and Jared are wonderful. I have progressed faster than I thought I would and Abel listens to me and what my body tells me. I recommend Spooner highly!

Spooner Physical Therapy Biltmore is Definitely One of the BEST! Cory and his Amazing Crew always has me on track to get back to where I was before my injury.

I truly appreciate and like how all the staff at Spooner is very friendly polite and helpful with your physical needs they let you know right away your health problems meven helpful with you at home by doing exercises and always friendly and patient with youand nice answering your health problems right away it is very nice and clean they ask questions about your physical health needs they call and text ,and email youto remind you of your appointments they even offer you water they are wonderful I would recommend anyone to go to them for physical therapy they are located at the Biltmore very nice quiet and clean andsafe area were they are located at the Biltmore mall

Spooner staff is very professional, considerate and kind. My PT Brook has helped me through some very hard times. I am so happy to have her as my PT
