Desert Hand and Physical Therapy

I started this review several times, but could never get it to truly express how great this place is. The entire staff was amazing. From Sylvia’s warm greeting every time I checked in, to Leslie running around and making sure everything was running smoothly. Troy was patient and kind, but more importantly he knew when and how to push me during the recovery for my broken wrist and arm. All under the watchful eye of Lisa. More importantly was the professionalism I witnessed every session. Some of the patients were absolutely ridiculous with the way they treated the staff. They were much too demanding and at points demeaning. But none of that mattered to this group of professionals. Thanks to all of you for all of the work you did for me. I hope to never need PT again, but if I do you can bet I’ll be back.

The scheduling dept and working with Therapist Lisa and other staff have been super helpful in my recovery. I look forward to my treatments here three times a week. They listen to my concerns and educate me about my condition. I would send my family and friends here for therapy.

My wife had broken her knuckle and was in pain after the first cast was put on. Once we had saw the Orthopedic doctor they recommended that we come to Desert Hand and Physical Therapy. Once we arrived the staff was excellent and Lisa did an amazing job creating a custom splint. Great work and thanks for taking us on short notice. I would highly recommend using them when needed.

At 92 years old, my husband struggled to recover from a crushed hand. Lisa was invaluable in her guiding & helping him to do the difficult & sometimes painful therapy to regain the use of his hand. Leslie’s bright smile & encouraging words supported him through the difficult journey. I highly recommend them. The entire staff is caring, professional, & highly skilled.

An excellent experience at this facility. My doctor recommended a thumb splint for arthritis issues. He sent me to Alicia and she measured and molded the splint to perfectly fit my needs. The entire process was quick and seamless. She was professional, experienced and friendly. Great staff. Highly recommend.

Before coming to physical therapy, I was very skeptical. I wasn’t sure if I would receive proper care or even begin to see results immediately. Shortly after attending desert hand and physical therapy, my hand has began to Regain mobility and strength. I highly recommend this facility. They treat their patients like Family, Making it extremely comfortable and welcoming. They’re very professional, loving, and kind. My therapy at Desert Hand was very positive. My condition improved substantially. The people who worked with me were knowledgeable, fun and friendly which made the experience enjoyable. I recommend this facility to anyone requiring hand therapy. It's where I'll return if I require it again in the future.
