Banner Physical Therapy - University Medical Center Phoenix

The Banner Physical Therapy facility in Phoenix has turned out to be an awesome and delightful place to accomplish needed therapy and treatments. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and respectful looking to satisfy my every need. My appointment was handled in a timely manner and my technician, Allison, proved to be knowledgeable and quite professional. We arrived at a reasonable treatment process and if any further needs were exposed, she offered to consult by phone and make room for any further appointments. I highly recommend this facility for their caring and professional service.

I have received physical therapy in the past but this is the first time I feel confident that I can manage my back issues because of the incredible Sabrina. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I really felt like she was truly invested in my recovery and her positive attitude motivated me to keep going. Because of her, I am pain free when I sleep, I am able to sit and stand much longer that I used to and if I am in pain, I now have the skills and knowledge to recover much faster. I was afraid that if my pain couldn’t be controlled that I might need surgery(which I wanted to avoid at all costs) but I really believe that if I apply what Sabrina taught me going forward, it’s an option I won’t have to consider.

Nicole is fantastic! My first visit with her went well, she was understanding and supportive and explained things well. The front staff though needs some work. Pretty rude if you ask me. On their phones, talking amongst each other and not realizing I was standing there to check in, and then STILL talking to one another while handing me paperwork. They were very distracted and not at all attentive to the person in line (me) and it was very unwelcoming as a new patient.

Won’t be coming back to this provider lack of no follow up, difficult to get an appointment and talking to the two individuals at the front who like to chit chat annoying, will be taking my care else where because I am uncomfortable with the hands on touching like don’t touch me while I’m exercising unnecessary touching is not needed!!! I don’t care if it’s for physical therapy or not like

I can't express how much Banner PT has helped with my recovery....my entire right side of my body was contracted after getting TBI...and the entire team has focused on getting me better...all of the therapists are good at what they do..I especially thank Brendon,Mallory, Christine,Cat and Allison

Well experienced staff, especially my personal therapist Cory Ferguson. The facility is well equipped and clean. I made excellent progress with the guidance and supervision and motivation to go the extra step to achieve my recovery from my injuries.

Our Dr. sent referral to their office and after 3 weeks we never got a call to set up an appointment. After getting the number from my wife's Dr we called and the lady that answered didn't care to look up up my wife's information. She said we called the wrong number. After calling around on wild goose chase we called back and the same lady answered. She said she would look up my wife but hung up. Called back and a gentleman answered and put us through to the same lady who set up the appointment. Not good customer service and hopefully not a sign of my wife's upcoming appointment
