ATI Physical Therapy - Phoenix

I stated therapy after having surgery on the top of my foot. I had staples and screws inserted. I could not walk without my foot hurting. After 2 months of therapy I'm able to walk, do my exercises with little pain. I feel that I made great progress. Cortney and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed to do to get be back on track towards healing. I enjoy my therapy sessions. Daniel was always there helpful, making sure that everyone was doing their "work out" and not standing around.

The physical therapy itself was great! It really started to help my shoulders and back. My issue is this, when I first started with them I was told each visit would be a $25 copay with my insurance. After 3 weeks I was then told that I don't have a copay and it's actually an $85 deductible. That went from $75 in 3 weeks to $255. Way higher than I was originally told. They shifted the blame back on me saying, "You should have double checked with your insurance". That's not professionalism, especially when they originally told me that it was $25 through my INSURANCE. They should have said, "we won't know when your per visit fee will be until the insurance processes the claim". Then I would have done more research into it.

Therapist are professional and the atmosphere is relax and professional. They really focus on your recovery with apps and sessions focused on where you are in your recovery at any age

Everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. My therapy work was always tailored to me, modifying with every improvement. I was able to see significant changes, like increased range of motion and strength, that I feel are entirely the result of the care I received.

Amazing staff!!! Friendly and welcoming. Courtney Ed Ivanna Stephanie Daniel and more that are top notch at what they do. They are trying to get to the root of the issue and will discuss every possible option for recovery. Each and every one of them are AWESOME!!!

Everything is ok except, my time that Iam aloud to be there for my appointment. Its a hour correct? I was told half hour, that didn't sound right. I take dial a ride for my appointment. So with that should be no problem..

All employees at ati are very friendly and considerate of their clients. Very clean and happy place. One of the places where I don't see nor here of employees whispering about other clients.
