360 Physical Therapy - Phoenix, 24th Street

Marlene and Peyton work so well with my mother always challenging her to do better but in a way that makes her want to. Previously, my mom didn't want to come to PT, was resistant and would get angry because the previous therapists made her feel like they were condescending toward her. I so appreciate Marlene's and Peyton's sense of humor and the way they interact with my mom in such a way she feels respected and motivated. I hope they keep them as Mom's team as she finally is making progress and has a much more positive attitude because of their approach, technique and warmness toward her.

Best physical and occupational therapy in the valley. Their therapist are very knowledgeable patient and willing to work with each individual for all their needs and I have experience with several therapy locations and 360 is the best in the valley. They have the best therapist and the best equipment and knowledge to get you back to normal as quickly as they can and I am very impressed with everyone in the office.

Edit: Unfortunately I must update my review. I was assigned a new therapist, I am new at this and figured exercise assigned to me would make me better and went ahead and did the bike and pushups and ended up not being able to walk for days with burning shoulders. My periformus muscle had never hurt before but since my last session I’m in agony. I literally cannot take a step forward with my left leg without crying. I had to take my opioid pain pills even. My spine is trash, I have 6 slipped disk and my condition is extremely delicate. I feel like the new therapist just found stuff for me to do, rather than help me do the correct nerve flossing and stretching. I discontinued treatment and start new physical therapy soon. I learned to say "NO" from now on if something is not right. For that I’m grateful. Both therapists I’ve seen here have been absolutely wonderful. There is very cool calm laid back vibe here. Payton is my PT and he has a very good understanding of how nerves work and helped my excruciating pain go from a 8/10 to 0. I can’t express how thankful I am that got me in next day when I called in distress last week. I would give 100 stars if I could.

360 at 3700 N 24th St is a wonderful place to get the Physical therapy needed to help heal my body. This location has a very peaceful environment, and the people who work here truly understand the meaning of working with people...with human beings. They are respectful, they listen and they follow what my body says it can do. We work as a team. I maintain control of myself and my therapy; I have never felt like I am there for them to practice and experiment on. I recommend 360 at this location.

It's a nice place 2 recover and get good advise about things 2 help yourself get better. My Dr Will and his assistant helped me alot with my issue and gave me things 2 do at home 2 make recovery faster. Thanks guys for all u do.

Highly recommend this place for physical therapy. I have come here for various health problems that were resolved with positive outcomes. The staff is very professional and attentive to your overall questions and concerns. Many thanks to Payton and Wil and others.
