I have been using Phoenix Pharmacy for a while now and am very satisfied. It is a caring and supportive pharmacy that goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. They are very clear about restock and refill expectations or issues, and make good suggestions as far as medications and lifestyle choices. If there are any issues, all you need to do is communicate with them. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, the Owner and employees are good, reasonable people. This pharmacy is worth giving a chance to if you’re looking for a local mom and pop pharmacy; and especially if you need medicine compounded. Thank you for being so caring to your clients.

I’ve been contemplating writing a review for months now but kept giving additional chances for improvement on Phoenix Pharmacy’s part. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year or two now and have had constant issues with my prescriptions! Whether it’s my meds not getting filled while on auto refill, getting meds I’ve repeatedly asked to discontinue. I am having to call in at least every other month, sometimes every month because my meds aren’t being filled properly, I have spoken to the pharmacist, pharmacy techs on more than one occasion for the same issue and still continue to have the same problem. I switched to them from Walgreens hoping for a better experience and so far have only been disappointed.

They always have meds that major pharmacy have to order and they are faster then major pharmacy as well like same day next day even for meds that seem to be hard to get without waiting
