I am fortunate to not have pre-cancer or spots needing to be addressed. All personnel were efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend. In these days of medical mafia taking over practices, it is a pleasure to still deal with an independent office.

The nursing assistant was very nice, personable, and explained everything from beginning to end for my visit.

Teresa was super thorough with my skin concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. She listened to what my concerns were and took care of the concerns I identified and even found more to take care of!

She also removed a concern from my nose and sent it in for a biopsy, I am thankful and grateful. No one has offered that as a solution and I appreciate her care and ability to take care of the issue immediately in office.

Friendly, comforting, Professional. Dr is pretty kool with the cryo blaster. The doctor did tricky work around my eyelids. I felt confidence in his efforts. Results were wonderful. And the Doctors assistant was professional and friendly too. Front office was gentle during intake and scheduling. I’d be happy to return.

I had a rapidly growing lesion on my scalp. I called in to set up an appointment. Explained the rapid growth and they gave an appointment for the next day and removed it immediately. Staff was courteous and great.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. And the Doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues I had. They even gave me my phone before I left because I forgot it in the consult room 10/10 experience would recommend.

I came in for a tattoo removal consultation with the option to do the treatment. Kimberly was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I used ice before the treatment and it was far quicker and easier than I expected (still painful but not as terrible as I’d imagined). The whole experience was professional and efficient and I’ll continue treatments there!

Danielle Was an absolutely amazing injector. Not only did she have a great energy and was beyond knowledgeable about the products and explaining the process, but I am beyond thrilled with my results. My lips look amazing exactly what I pictured in my head. I have received several compliments from friends. We have a plan for the next time which I really love. The entire staff from front desk to the medical assistant, are warm, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend Danielle and suddenly slim Med Spa. I will be flying in to see them again!

Cool sculpting is a waste of money! Wasted $2600 for two sessions on my double chin which really wasn’t that bad. After the treatment there is no difference at all and the only option given to me was to get another session just to keep wasting my money. Sahara was very sweet but please do your research first. Don’t waste your money.

Danielli is the top in her class. I have been going to Suddenly Slimmer for about 5 years now. After relocating from The Bay Area, I was super skeptical about who I could entrust one of my most important attributes to, my face….and to this day, she is the only one I trust. I have been treated in Beverly Hills & The Bay, and have never been impressed. She delivers the highest quality not only in care, but professional service. The fact she actually loves what she does and has a passion for it – is just an added bonus. I would list all the treatments I have had, however, I don’t know all of them. That’s not my specialty, that’s hers. I am adding a photo, I am 52, and prefer only the most le natural look. If you are looking for someone that cares about you, and your looks passionately, you have found the woman of your dreams.

Danielli is truly an artist and has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and does a fantastic job explaining facial structure to help you achieve whatever you are looking for. Danielli has been my nurse injector for over 3 years doing facial balancing with filler as well as Botox and every single time I leave so very pleased with my results. She is so knowledgeable and always explains in detail what she’s doing, and answers any questions with kindness and knowledgeable explanations which makes for a smoother more enjoyable experience. I’ve made them my primary medspa and have dealt with the wrath of the devil since. They eat your money and don’t care about your goals. I’ve spent well over 4.5k on services $3600 on cool sculpting & every time I go in for a service, they say they’ll follow up with you so that your treatment plan is being met, and don’t. I wouldn’t still be visiting them if I didn’t already invest so much. I have one more appt to make to use up my voucher that I obtained because they rang me up wrong almost eating $800 and not saying anything about it until I caught the mishap. Then I am looking to go elsewhere. Jana is great but she has a very lousy staff & I’m at a point of asking for my money back even if it means hiring a lawyer. Terrible business. As far as cool sculpting goes, Sahara is awesome but make sure you’re properly consulted. They want me to go in for another session when I was quoted specifically for 2. Now they want more money for a 3rd session so that I meet my goals. Total scam.

Danielli is so talented and a master at the art of injections. I received Xeomin and she is educated about all the different products available. I always feel so confident in her expertise and professionalism. She really takes the time necessary to prepare and consult with you beforehand in order to get the best results for what type of look you want. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable also!

What a pleasant experience! I’d like to point out that this is my first time getting any sort to professional, facial treatment. I have been interested in facial/skin care for a while now, and it was about time I started looking into ways to improve my routine.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. I noticed that the front waiting room, despite being more of doctor’s office, felt more like a spa than anything else. My appointment was started promptly, where they explained fully the facial I was about to receive, and what would be following it. Sheena, my aesthetician for the day, and she was fantastic. She was quite exuberant, and was so pleasant to interact with. She also explained each step of my facial, which product she was using, and how each one works. I will say the there is a portion of extraction, while a bit uncomfortable, was definitely necessary. After the treatment was done, my face felt so fresh, light, & light, and also had such a glow to it.

Following the treatment, I spoke with Shea who also explained a little further in detail about different methods/treatments for continued care. I was then taken to a room to get a Visia Skin Analysis, which shows variations in the skin, any particular areas of opportunity, and ways to prevent certain forms of damage.

Overall, my experience was great. There was so much ease in talking with the staff, especially if there was anything I was interested in, they listened and then elaborated in detail. I appreciate them so much for their time, their work, and showing me a great experience for my first time. I intend to look further into future treatments and how they can help me looking younger, longer!

I was gifted/won a service here which is how I discovered AZ Facial Plastics. I received a facial from Sheena last week and it was exactly what my skin needed. This isn’t the frilly and relaxing kind of facial; she put high quality and grade serums on my skin as well as doing extractions. I have hormonal acne and have hyper pigmentation but my skin has been so clear! The first day I was a little inflamed and was scabbing from the extractions, but healed up quickly and the past week my skin has been glowing. I had a great experience… my student stylist Keelan was very respectful n extremely professional n polite! He was very pleasant ! The Teacher on the floor Curtis, was so helpful in explaining the task on hand to my student stylist. I also seen Curtis helping the other students… i was very impressed with his knowledge n patience in explaining n showing the students! Great experience n I will definitely be returning!

My son Lucien wanted a haircut & style with a fashion color for his birthday. I took him to the Paul Mitchell School Phoenix the Valley’s premiere school for beauty education and cosmetology. They also offer salon services where their students learn and instructors teach the necessary skills to work in a salon setting. Now, a cut style and fashion color takes a little while the whole process was about 4.5 hours, but the student stylist was very careful and thorough she gave Lucien a wonderful cut and color. The staff was very friendly we paid $150, but when calling around various salons, I was getting quotes of $250 and up, so they really are a good value. The students are closely supervised by the instructors, and I would say they are every bit as good most Valley salons.

Kalaaya did an incredible job with the shampoo and deep conditioning treatment—my hair felt so hydrated! And the scalp massage? Pure heaven!!! Highly recommend her if you’re looking to treat yourself and your hair!”

I went in for a tattoo excision. The staff was amazing. Truly, they all remember you and ask relevant questions about your life (even not related to the procedure). My surgery went very smooth and was completely painless, both during and after. The stitches came out of my hand about 3 weeks ago and I can already close my hand and do pull ups. Hello, I’ve posted a one year update, I want to be very clear that I have used NO scar creams or anything to help the scar disappear (I like the scar). They recommended that I use it, but I didn’t. One year later and my hand feels completely normal, I haven’t had a single complication or complaint from start to finish. This was my first time getting Botox. I got the 40 unit Groupon. My tech so was so nice and knowledgeable. I could start seeing results right away but it took about a couple weeks for it to fully kick in and it definitely worked. I was very impressed and will be back!

My RN is knowledgeable and patient while explaining my procedure. Her technique is confident and quick. I experienced little to no discomfort. I usually bruise from my injections. I have no bruising. I will definitely return for further injections/procedures.

I’m new to Phoenix and spent months searching for the right stylist. After reading countless reviews, I finally decided on Alejandro at Salon D’Shayn and I’m so glad I did.
From the very first consultation, Alejandro came across as both personalbe and highly knowledgable about hair coloring. He has now colored ny hair three times , and each time he has made excellent suggestions for blening shades that look natural and flattering. What impressed me most is taht he was completely accomodating when I explained that, due to allergies, I hve to use specific product that most salons refuse to work with. Instead of resiting, he was professional and supportive, which made me feel comfortable and cared for.
On top of that, his haircuts are extremely flattering and he has a great eye for detail.

I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

D’Shayn’s services are excellent. Every one is so professional and kind. The vibe and environment are welcoming, hospitable, and they really cater to the clients. I have received several haircuts and hair styling and recently a hair coloring job and everything has been A+++ quality.

I went to get my hair colored for the first time, and she helped me pick the perfect color, was very kind and professional and did an outstanding job. I am so happy and so grateful for this place! Vanessa was rough with my hair, and didn’t even give me what I requested. My hair came out completely different from what I was imagining. Asked for ombré, and I was charged $600 for hair streaks. I could have dyed my hair like that at home for $10 or less, speaking from experience said I already had red hair streaks and was trying to go for something different. I wanted blonde and light pink, and got vibrant magenta highlights instead. Highly disappointed especially for the price.. stylists should be expected to do their job instead of blaming customers for not complaining, by the way. And they seem to forget that this is not their hair, so they should abide by the customer’s request instead of making it their own vision.

Edit: Stylists are supposed to collaborate with clients—not just do what they think is “best” and justify it after. You framed it like I had “agreed” to the pivot, but based on everything I have written and my own experience, I felt pressured and was not given alternatives. Consent under pressure isn’t real consent—especially when you’re paying $600.defending your stylist for taking over the hair color is unprofessional and not in favor of the customer’s wishes. No one told me about this “policy” and I was going out of town. I was picturing something completely different and like I said, not everyone knows how to approach issues with their hair color when it’s already far too late. I have found someone to dye my color the way I want since then. And yes, my hair is very healthy, thank you for your concern. A professional stylist would not dye your hair a completely different color and then say it would fade to the color you want. That’s not how coloring hair works. it’s a cover-up for not achieving the goal in the first place. They would get it as close as possible, and what came out was completely different. I used to do red streaks at home and it looked almost the same. I didn’t know the extent of her professionalism, however. Or yours, for this matter. If you can’t handle negative reviews and make your entire Google search a condescending smear campaign against one customer out of thousands, you shouldn’t be in business. Being repeatedly told “I’ve been doing this for so and so years” doesn’t equal the integrity of the stylist. It wasn’t what I was looking for and I have every right to my freedom of speech. Your experience with someone you know well, doesn’t equate to my negative one. Adding my photo for updated work compared to the photo from 6 years ago is at least an upgrade , but it does not invalidate any points I made or dismantle them. However — it is weirdly violating privacy without my consent especially with my name being posted, again without permission. It’s trying to reframe the situation in your favor defensively and silence an unhappy customer, and it’s not a good look. Your request to make this “private” was dismantled the moment you decided to take petty (illegal) action to offload your insecurity to one customer out of thousands of ones who are actually happy with your work. It actually loses your credibility as a salon. Best of luck, Shayn.

I’ve had my lips done before and but this is my new favorite place! My daughter recommended it to me because of the great prices and overall experience, my injections name was Jonathan and he was fantastic always asking me if I was doing okay in the process of putting in my lip filler and my consultants name was Lizzie and she was also phenomenal. I was extremely nervous but the hospitality is so good that they made me feel as comfortable as possible

John was super great he’s very comfortable to be around and has great energy so I definitely felt less nervous getting them done. Dr. C of Phoenix Wellness and Rejuvenation just administered Dysport, RHA and Sculptra! WOW!!! She is a an artist that’s mastered her craft. Her work is meticulous! She skillfully injected the right amount of product, checked her work throughout the appointment and made me laugh:) I was expecting to be in a lot of pain!
