Great sushi spot! I really enjoyed the rolls and sashimi I ordered. Our waiter was very helpful in recommending the best roll and even suggested adding a touch of lemon on top—it added a wonderful, refreshing flavor. Definitely planning to come back again!

This is our go-to spot for weekend day trips in the city! The sushi is always fresh, great customer service, and the drinks are great! I recommend arriving right after they open on a Saturday afternoon, grab a table inside, along the windows.

We all love sushi and this was some of the best we’ve ever had! The ambience was chill. The service was fantastic. The first time we tried to come here on a Saturday night there was an hour and 45 min wait so we decided to go elsewhere, but this time there was only 30 min wait. They do not take reservations so that’s something to keep in mind if going on the weekend when it could be busy.
We will definitely be coming back to Harumi!

Good sushi!! Waiter told me they get their fish from the same supplier as Nobu. You could tell how fresh everything was. Their rice is all purple and honestly more tasty than regular white rice. Uni was fresh like butter, so you know this place is good. The quail egg was a nice touch. The staff are all very nice

Just wow. The Bar is exquistely decorated, just beautiful and tons of light. You forget you are in downtown Phoenix for the tome you are there
Food was superb. I had the seaweed salad and the three salmon dish. Just amazing. Tasted the squid salad and it was fantastic. You can feel the quality ingredients, even in the drink I had. Service was exceptional, perofessional, polite, and diligent. We received the food quickly. The atmosphere was delicate and just nice. Expensive resturnt, but good for a special event or a time of celebration.

One of my friends highly recommended this place so I chose it to meet up with an old colleague. The vibe was very upscale which surprised me lol however the experience was really outstanding. When I ordered the OMG roll, they had a whole performance that went with lighting the plate on fire! Not as pricey as I thought it would be based on how upscale it felt. Great place for sushi date night!

Food delicious and fresh! Service, amazing. Went on a Saturday night, waitlist only, no reservations. We waited about 25 minutes for a party of 4, but we grabbed drinks at the bar while we waited.
Took a ride-share b/c downtown parking is difficult. There was definitely a wait for the bathroom, but it looked like non patrons were using the bathroom. We frequent harumi b/c the food is consistent and delicious and the staff- amazing!!

Okay place. The restaurant was packed during lunch hour. The deviled eggs came with only 3 halves. I thought it was a joke and the photo is how the dish came. I did not eat any eggs before taking the photo. The deviled eggs themselves were fabulous. Smooth and creamy. I could have eaten 30 of them. The pan roasted salmon was okay. The portion size was a little small and the salmon lacked any real pizzazz. The topping on the salmon added some needed moisture and some flavor. I like that they serve real broccoli and not broccolini. No complaints on the broccoli. The service was mediocre. We waited probably about 25 minutes for our food and the bartender serving us was mediocre. They do not take cash, which is just an inconvenience to the customer. The prices were on the higher side and outpaced the quality of food and service in my opinion.

This place is fantastic! The atmosphere was just right, the staff were all attentive and welcoming, the service was top notch and most importantly the food was incredibly flavorful. We especially loved the French dip and the key lime pie was the best we’ve had. One nice touch as an example of the service: my wife ordered a martini and halfway through our server brought a fresh, chilled glass for her and poured the drink into the fresh glass for her.

Steak and frites are great. Steak ordered medium rare comes out crispy on the outside and perfect in the center. Great salads and sundaes that can all be made gluten free.

Hillstone is so darn consistent it’s impressive ! Had dinner here last night and it was excellent. The decor and ambiance was just as expected— fantastic ! The service was also impeccable ! We ordered the artichokes, chicken kale salad (not pictured), martinis, rainbow roll, and hot fudge sundae. All were perfect! Highly recommend.

I have seen a lot of videos recently about Hillstone and had the chance to try it this week! It definitely lived up to the hype. This restaurant gives off an upscale feel and is perfect for catching up with the family, a dinner date, or a relaxing dinner with friends.
We started off with some sushi rolls and artichokes, both were great but the Pressed Sushi was a new concept that I loved! The seafood they used on their sushi was very fresh and flavorful. For my main I got the Prime French Dip which was the best French Dip sandwich I have ever had! The Au Jus was delicious and the roasted prime rib melted in my mouth. For my side I tried the Tabbouleh and it had so much flavor, I loved the corn and mint. Not pictured, the Asian Noodle Salad was fantastic, I’d go back just for the salad itself!

First time experience with some work colleagues. Definitely an elegant place. Every single staff member was amazing, friendly and helpful. They changed out out fork and knife after the appetizers. I had the salmon, the lentil sauce/cream was the most delicious sauce I’ve had on awhile. A must stop if you are looking for an exquisite dining experience!!

The only place I go for sushi these days. I love the daily specials. Great happy hour deals from 4-6pm. Service is very kind and professional. Qualify of the sushi is ultimately the best part and the main reason you wanna go here.

Staff was friendly and super funny!
Thought we would give this place a shot and it came up short of great. Fish was dry, and lacked that good buttery taste. Also the hamachi was dry.

I had high hopes for the restaurant but the fish was mediocre. Ordered the chirashi and was well presented, but the fish were not great. The tuna was bland and had quite a bit of gristle.

I do not like giving bad reviews but will not be going there again. This is my opinion and I urge you to try it. Make your own decision. I may have got them on an off night.
Food presentation was on par. However, taste was lacking. While we all know sushi rice is sticky, this seemed to be left on plate for an extended time. Fish seemed to have a slime on it, and the tempura was greasy.
Service was good but you seemed to be left alone a lot. Plates were just placed on table and no time was a simple explanation gave. Example “Here is the Dbacks roll enjoy”. Seems petty, but we ordered over 10 rolls.
Finally, please go yourself. I hope to hear you had a great experience and mine was just a bad night.

Let down here. We went here for lunch and got quite a spread. About 2 out of the actual 6 rolls we got were worth ordering a second time. The Miso was bland and the overall quality could use improvement, especially when it comes to the tuna. For the price, these rolls should be good quality. I would skip this one.

I was not sure what to expect from sushi on Tatum. I was wonderfully surprised! The food was excellent with a very wide variety of dishes. The price point is very inexpensive. In my opinion. You pay by the color of the plate. You just grab what you want off the belt and knowing about 5 or 10 minutes the beginning of the belt is going to return to you. On the belt is not only a wide variety of sushi choices, but salads, drinks and desserts. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for an inexpensive very casual place for sushi. Also there were young kids in the restaurant and they looked to be having a blast!

This was my first time eating at a revolving sushi restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The different variety of choices really blew me away. From the seaweed salad to the squid salad, to eel sushi and other goodies. I will definitely be eating here again! Mahalo nui loa.

I just wanted to compliment the staff for being extremely welcoming. They are quick to assist you and make you feel comfortable. And the food is superb! We have loved everything in the surprise bags at the end of the night, which has gotten us to try new things! We will be returning again and again

We drove 45 minutes to come here because conveyer belt sushi is a good time. Watching the assorted sushi and rolls go by was fun to see. The baked scallop roll was tasty, especially since we ate two of them. My favorite was the crab salad stuffed salmon rolls. Yum yum. We shared a kirin which was the perfect compliment to our meal. My one complaint was that the music was too loud, but that’s really neither here nor there; my lunch companion and I could still hear each other. It was totally worth the 45 minute drive.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. It was above standard and the fish was fresh. I really liked that they sold 3-5 piece rolls that were all $4-$7. It provided a nice variety of rolls for a great price. I would definitely order from this restaurant again. It’s probably even better at the restaurant.

Love the sushi, they have a huge variety. The sushi comes around on a conveyor belt like thing and you choose what you like or you can order from full menu. Only downside of all the times we’ve been there is it’s crowded. They could use more space to seat customers and no where to really stand and wait. Everything else is wonderful.

The sushi is very fresh and tasty. The servers are always very friendly and attentive. What is even better is how fast you get the order even when its busy. I knocked off a star on the atmosphere, because it would be nice to have more privacy per table. Otherwise it is comfortable. We come back each time we visit the area and always leave satisfied.

I came here after seeing a post about their happy hour deals, and it did not disappoint! It’s located in a plaza with other retail stores, so there was plenty of parking when I went.
I went specifically for happy hour and they had a good selection of rolls and appetizers — from miso soup to gyozas. I ordered the cucumber salad, spicy tuna roll, two pieces of tuna, and a deep-fried roll with eel inside. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The inside is cute, clean, and cozy — perfect for a casual sushi spot. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Sushiholic absolutely lives up to the hype. I came in because of the great reviews—and they did not disappoint. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, hands down. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. This place deserves every one of its 5 stars. Highly recommend.

SOLID CHOICE! I was driving around Old Town Scottsdale when the thought of sushi hit my brain. I did a quick Google search for something near me and this place popped up. I usually don’t have good experiences with that method but this time it worked. The vibe is cool even thought it is in a strip mall. The interior is authentic. All the employees were super attentive, fast, and nice! The sushi and mixed fried rice were really tasty. This place was all the right combinations -> Good food, great price, and A1 customer service. I will be back for sure!

Out-of-this-world sushi! We frequent plenty of sushi places and this place has instantly made its mark as our favorite. Chef Sep is an absolute master of his craft. The spoon samplers are more than worth the hype! My mind was absolutely blown, this is what my sushi world has been waiting for! Sep worked his magic and brought us the most mouthwateringly delicious seared salmon wraps in carpaccio, and used the extra sauce to create a unique and zesty dip for our rolls. Everything on the table hit the high note! We’ll definitely squeeze in one more visit during our visit to Phoenix.

Neighborhood sushi restaurant in a little strip mall. Food is decent versions and fresh ingredients. Only ding is that they don’t offer real crab dishes. They do have fresh wasabi you can ask for (not the paste). Gets crowded at high times. Can be loud also but in off hours, quite pleasant noise level of music and talking. Parking is a challenge in the lot due to the number of businesses and lack of spaces. The service varies but the last several months have had great service.

Sushiholic is a standout sushi spot in Arcadia that never disappoints. Their rolls and sashimi are made with impressively fresh, high-quality fish, just buttery and flavorful in every bite. Unique dishes like the Yellow Grapefruit Bite and Monkey Brain appetizer really showcase their creative edge. Everything moves quickly thanks to attentive staff and an energetic, inviting atmosphere. Prices are fair, the portions are generous, and with happy hour running most of the afternoon into the night, it’s great value too. Casual enough for a casual night out, but still exciting enough to feel special. I’ll keep coming back for sure!

My favorite AllYouCanEat sushi establishment in Arizona. Friendly staff and clean fish! You get about 2 hours to indulge in the food and atmosphere they have to offer. Wonderful artwork on the walls. The ocha ice cream is so creamy and light and delicious. As a long time sushi enjoyer I have learned that fresh wasabi is worth the extra charge it can really enhance your sushi enjoying experience and luckily they got the good stuff.

My husband and I have gone to Sakura many times and I have to say, we are always pleased.
From the staff greeting you when you enter, to the extremely fast service, and to wonderful tasting sushi…we really have enjoyed this place. It’s our favorite date night. The all you can eat price is fantastic.
One of my favorite parts of this restaurant is the gorgeous art painted on the walls.
Some of our favorite rolls include the Fire Dragon Roll, Philly Roll, and Sakura Roll. My husband likes the fried rice and I enjoy the Seafood Soba too.
Don’t forget about the ice cream at the end! They have an amazing green tea ice cream 🙂

This is my fourth time ordering from this place and the rolls are always on point. Fresh, just the perfect size, delicious flavors, nice selection. All around good!
I have only eaten in once and I had a pleasant experience as well.

We went here for a family dinner together. Our service was quick, our server did a great job at getting the food out pretty quickly and the other staff did a great job making sure dishes were cleaned off the tables in a timely manner. There were six of us at our table and the place was packed, there was only one time they forgot to bring an order that was put in for the all you can eat thing otherwise we were happy with the service. The food was good, I really enjoyed everything I received except for one item & that was only because the menu didn’t describe what was in one of the rolls and I didn’t realize an ingredient I didn’t like was in it.
We all ordered different foods & everything was cooked to the right temp and was delicious. We would be happy to come back again in the future. The restaurant was clean & comfortable.

Loved it.
I have been craven sushi for a few days. Found this spot in a google map search. It had good reviews. We went, the food was fantastic and fresh. We must have been hungry because I forgot to take my pictures of the food. You did see the pictures I did take? Lacking, but trust me, it’s goooodt. This is all you can eat, made to order sushi and other items.

First visit, a Friday evening, the dining area is very small. Thankfully, we arrived before the early dinner rush. The service was fine. The food we ordered was not your typical ramen or sushi. The spicy miso ramen had chashu(pork belly) but it was overcooked. If you don’t like a lot of spice, they will bring it on the side so you can add the spice to your liking. The ramen’s addition of corn was an unique twist on your typical ramen. The Vegas roll was pretty good. A couple of us found it to be too cream cheese heavy.

Oh, where do I begin?
This little hole-in-the-wall Japanese restaurant is an amazing place to eat. I like and love this place. I sneak away to this place at least twice a month sometimes more depending on my schedule and mood.
It is small in size but it feels like home and comfortable at the same time. It is quiet and I like that because I don’t like competing with the music or television.
When it comes to service they are more reserved, to say the least. I don’t see smiles often or even laughter among the servers. They sometimes welcome you and other times not. However, they are respectful and do ask if everything is okay and if the food is to our liking.
When it comes to drink refills I always have to ask. They don’t assume or politely ask if I would like another. That annoys me sometimes but good food overrides that sometimes. That’s the reason for my 4 stars for service.
The tables are small and they have big plates so be prepared to do tetris with your food. Since it is a small establishment you will have to sit at a table for 2 if there are 2 of you or a table for 1.
I do have my favorites and I think the pictures will show that to you. I highly recommend this place.

Food was absolutely incredible.
Easily the best sushi in town. Easily the best Ramen in town as well.
Place is a bit small and saw people having to get on a wait list, or leave.
This place is a 10/10. Enjoy the food!

Food is good but the girl who greet us need to work on her customer service. She seated us at the table and the table was wet and my fiance ask for napkins , she gave us a napkins came with her attitude, just gave us and walk away.
The waiter was nice and helpful with our orders.
The place is very small and you will expect for a wait time sometimes 25 – 30 min depends on how busy they are.
We tried the potatoes croquettes, california roll and dynamite roll. Potatoes croquettes was ok. Wasnt that good. But for next time im in town will try to come back and try different.

So, my first time eating at this particular restaurant, They offer a ” ramen bowl”. but it’s not ramen noodles.. It’s just regular thick noodles… half of marinated egg, two thick pork meat..The broth has zero flavor ..There’s no seaweed or nothing to enhance the noodle bowl…I’m not from AZ… So I know how the noodle bowl is supposed to really taste like..This isn’t it. Great customer service ..

The tonkotsu ramen had a depth of flavors with a lot of miso and garlic on the front. Chirashi pork was nice and soft. I would have liked the egg to be a bit more soft boiled but it was still very good. The monkey brains were a bit disappointing because I was expecting a stuffed and deep fried mushroom based on the description but the portion size and flavors were good. Service was outstanding. Patient with new customers, good knowledge of the menu, and above all a great sense of humor. I would definitely go back.

We had an amazing experience with our server Derek. He was very welcoming from the start. He was knowledgeable about the food and drinks. He remained attentive throughout our entire meal. My family of 6 was able to sit comfortably and enjoy a delicious meal together. We have two under two and 2 teenagers. Our kids enjoyed their meals and I was surprised with the kid’s meals they offer. It had a great variety of veggies and meats as well as food and even a lollipop. The atmosphere was not loud but also not awkwardly quiet. My 6 month old was able to take a nap without being woken up by loud noise or music. Parking is very accessible since they have their own lot. We did come for late lunch so the place was not busy at the time. The restaurant is clean and very beautifully decorated. Definitely a place I’d like to come to celebrate my birthday or to bring a friend who is visiting from out of town. I recommend it! You will not be disappointed!

A good spot for Happy Hour before heading out on the town.
Service was prompt and attentive.
The Signature Cocktail, though not cheap but in line with comparable pricing, was both tasty and a strong pour.
The small bites were decent.
The accustics in the brick-walled space were very off-putting and I would not have enjoyed staying longer for a full dinner with a companion. Kitchen sounds and conversations just bounced off everything.

Everything was absolutely delicious! I went by myself and sat at the bar, the bartender Thomas was great! He didn’t know how to make the drink I ordered but quickly looked it up and was able to make it. They also brought me a free matcha desert because it was my birthday.

We’ve dined here a couple of times before and remember enjoying the food on our last visit. Unfortunately, this time the dishes were a bit disappointing. That said, the service was excellent—our server, Loy, was attentive and polite, which helped make the experience more enjoyable despite the underwhelming meal.

I sat at the bar; Thomas the bartender was awesome! My first time and his recommendation was perfect. I initially was getting the crispy chicken, salad, and broccolini. But, he said the Spicy Chicken was a popular choice so, I opted for that and glad I did. Per his suggestion, I got it Spicy (added flavor but, not spicy at all). Even had the house smoked old fashioned.

10/10 experience! Mina was the hostess with great energy and seated us. Mitchell was the server and gave great recommendations. They were busy which is a good sign to me because business is good then, especially on a Sunday. Mitchell was attentive and had good vibes also. My second time here and I am addicted. Check this place out ASAP.

Update:
The miso soup literally looks and tastes like toilet water. Absolutely disgusting and am shocked they serve this. Do not recommend.
The salmon nigiri and California roll are good, the tuna is no different than Fry’s quality. They clearly can’t make soup so they should remove all soup from their menu. So disappointed.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
Got delivery which was quick and easy. The salmon nigiri was fabulous! Was really pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Definitely recommend this.
The tamago and California roll were just okay. Note: the California roll doesn’t have cucumber.
The vegetable udon was nothing special. Heavy on the vegetables that could have been cut better.
The seaweed salad was good.
Would order again but would stick to the sushi.

Stopped here after a party at Activate.
They were able to seat all 12 of us, service was fast, and they were very friendly!
It was sooo good! We did 11 All You Can Eat for only $34 each.
They include some of the best items from their menu, plus drink, soup, salad, appetizer, and dessert for AYCE
The rolls were great, excellent sized rolls (8 pieces) and good sized pieces of nigiri, but what really blew us away was the salmon sashimi.
We’ve had sushi around the world, including several omakase restaurants and this sashimi was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. It came out last and was the perfect way to end a wonderful meal! WTG PHX. I love having such good sushi in the desert!
(Btw, we didn’t have room for the included dessert–next time)

It has an appealing outdoor patio, but it was too hot so we sat inside, which was cluttered with restaurant supplies around the main service area. The really strange thing was that the food we received was nothing like what was described on the menu or pictured on their website. I ordered sesame chicken, and my husband ordered wonton soup. His wontons were really potstickers, which wasn’t a problem for him, just a disappointment. My sesame chicken tasted like orange chicken and wasn’t at all like it was described on the menu. When I told our server let our server know that I received orange chicken, not sesame chicken, she told me told me that their sesame chicken was really orange chicken with no spice. I told her that I don’t like orange chicken, and if there was any a mention of it being orange chicken, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I could not eat it and instead of making real sesame chicken or having me choose another main dish, she offered me a free sushi roll to compensate for the orange chicken I could not eat, but I declined because I do not like sushi. Before she took the full, uneaten plate away, she told me that she took seven dollars off the price (for the food I didn’t order and could not eat). So be careful, you may not get what you ordered from the menu and you will need to pay for it anyway. The egg rolls were good though.

They put a whole jar of sticky brown sauce on top of chicken and veggies. The good was salty amd soaked with sauce, basically inedible. Soring roll was burnt too. Only $10 luckily.

Sushi was delicious along with the appetizers. Customer service was ok. I had to ask for more tea. And she never gave me a cup of water I asked for. I am not sure where our waitress went. But other than that food was great! I will be returning. Hoping to have better customer service lol ☺️

If sushi could slap, this place hits like a freight train full of yellowfin. That yellowfin sushi? Unreal. The kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and re-evaluate every sushi place you’ve ever been to. The spicy tuna and spicy crab rolls were flavor grenades, and the Las Vegas roll? It basically walked up and high-fived my taste buds. And the coconut shrimp? Not even joking, might be the best I’ve ever had. I don’t even like coconut that much and I was ready to fight someone over the last piece.
The place itself is clean, the vibe is chill, and the food comes out quick like they knew I was about to get hangry. Staff was great too, knew what they were doing, didn’t hover, didn’t vanish. Solid all around.
Price? That was the real kicker. For what I got, I should’ve been hit with a “we’re gonna need your car keys” kind of bill, but nope, totally reasonable. Walked out full, happy, and not broke. Rare combo these days.
Bottom line? If you’re thinking about trying this place, stop thinking. Go. Eat. Thank me later.

By and large, the food and staff are wonderful here! I’ve been going as a special treat for a few years! There is one server who doesn’t use a notepad though. Every time I’ve been sat with him, either my or someone in my party’s order has been incorrect. Beyond that, everything else is lovely!
