Whataburger

Advertisement says "download our app for free burger" so i do. It doesnt show up on the app. The girl at the counter says idk i dont use the app. Rowan the mgr isnt very good at customer service either. BAIT AND SWITCH ON THE APP. ROWAN SAID THE FREE BURGER "might" Be available in a few days in the app. Total bait and switch to get you in the door. . . .wasted 20 min of my time. Guess where i wont spend my money. Ever. This place is poorly ran im positive people in charge could care less how i got treated. Wouldve been SUPERA EASY TO HONOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT AND HAND ME A BURGER. INSTEAD. YOUR EMPLOYEES CHOOSE TO PLAY DUMB. I DONT KNOW, ISNT A BUSINESS MODEL. IDK IDK. WOW. 2025 IDIOCRACY IN ACTION.

A little sketchy location but good food as always. Got the jalapeño burger and fries. Delicious fries. Plenty of jalapeños. Love their ketchup. Place wasn't super clean but it was pretty busy. Prices were normal for the area. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure if I'd go back to this location but I love Whataburger.

This is the closest Whataburger to my home, They closed the one on Indian School across from the QT. But I was just there this afternoon. And Enjoyed the Dr. Pepper Blackberry Shake. They say it's a limited time deal. I'm going to miss it when it's gone it's delicious. I Prefer Whataburger over IN & OUT I never could get what all the fuss is over that restaurant. I Think Whataburger is so much better.

This was my first time trying Whataburger. I got the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a large Strawberry Shake. The burger was good, the chicken sandwich was also good and the strawberry milkshake was very delicious. The service was good, a little slow but that's to be expected at 2:35 AM. Now for the main question, is it better than In and Out? Absolutely not. The milkshake was better in my opinion but the burger is completely outclassed by In and Out. You get more for your money at In and Our as well. This is coming from someone that doesn't even hold In and Out as the best burger place. I would recommend the place, but it's nothing special as people claim on social media. But it's good, I enjoyed it, and that's what matters.

Alana was so sweet and attentive! Great customer service , the manager had a smile and was so helpful ( I didn’t catch her name) and the tall young man with glasses was also great! My husband chose whataburger for his meal before being admitted into the hospital for emergency heart surgery this! We appreciate your whole team! Very clean and professional and amazing food!

Been a long time customer, establishment is clean. Never have had any issues here. All the Staff is kind. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was one of the young guys using the women's restroom and lifting up toilet seat. I had to use paper towels and soap to wipe the seat down beforehand. Men should stick to using women's restroom, Period. Besides that everything else is Great. P.S. Never have had any issues with The Whattaburger app
