Sonic Drive-In

Ok the employee couldn’t hear me when placing my order. I had to repeat and spell parts out. The order was still wrong. When we received our food, the burgers were swimming in mayo and ketchup. Ive attached a picture and that is after I took a napkin and wiped some of it off. It was so drenched in condiments that there was no taste whatsoever other than ketchup and mayo. The tater tots were way too salty. I normally love sonic burgers but I will not be eating at this location again.

Two of the drive up stalls i went to did not have working intercoms. Employees had to come out with a whiteboard to take my order. Which ended up missing a drink on the order. Couldn't pay at the stall. Employees had to take my card inside. The employees were great and tried their absolute best with the crappy infrastructure that hasnt been addressed. Took way longer than the usual sonic trip should, because of this properties' non-functioning technology.

Went there to pick up 2 online orders. The first one came out right away, and the server said she'd be right back with the second. It was 15m to close, so I get that they might be busy. Also, this is why we placed our orders 30 minutes before closing instead of pulling up with a huge order 15m to close. After 10 min, I noticed they were mopping floors, so I hit the buzzer to ask where the order was, and the guy replies, "It'll be right out." After another 10 minutes (past closing now), some lady comes out to tell me that there are no orders waiting for pick up. Never mind, my first order is cold by now, and my shake is melting, but why would you WASTE MY TIME sitting in your parking lot for 20 minutes, KNOWING there was no order??? If they had simply said that SOONER...LIKE IMMEDIATELY, and BEFORE they closed, I could have simply placed a new order. Instead, they were more concerned with closing and NOT customer service. What else should you expect from these people, right??? To the franchise owner: you might want to speak to your staff and let them know that your operating hours are a responsibility and not a suggestion. If that server had gone back in and asked about the order and no such order existed, why not just TELL ME so we can fix the situation? Instead, you have inconvenienced me and my co-workers. We work in the 13- story hospital just down the street from you btw and we run a LOT of nite orders to you. But I am done. We rarely have the luxury of time to make it out for food, but the next time this happens and someone suggests your store, know that there's now quite a few of us who will be sharing last night's experience instead and suggesting the McDonald's across the street because at a 24hr location we won't have to worry about their employees needing to close early.

First time trying this chain. Standard fast-food fare but format is catered to those who prefer to eat in their cars.

I waited for over 25 minutes without being attended to. The stall was apparently not functional. No sign or anything. The servers continued to handle customers around me, and it was not until I mentioned the situation, they came over. I was told to go to the drive thru, where they continued to waste my time. No response on intercom.

Got my order and everything was really cold, the tots were hard, very greasy and couldn’t eat most of them. The hotdog was old or was sitting under the heat lamp too long. YES, I ate most of it, because I didn’t have a car to get something else or return it. It was brought to me by DoorDash. Very unhappy with this order.

ordered a chili cheese coney combo with a sonic blast and a shake. the ice cream and tots itself was good but my chili cheese dog came out horrible as the fork with it was stuffed into it and covered in chili making me feel gross to use it and as i pulled out my chili chz dog there was barely anything on top and literally no cheese yet the bun was already soggy took one bite but overall disappointed with my main dish also because it was put in the bag upside down the napkins put in with the meal were messed up with the chili as well so i couldn’t use those overall the service was fast and nice but when i got my food i was dissatisfied
