One of the nastiest locations I've ever been to I thought I was pulling up in New Jack City...........food was horrible, everything was old from the hamburger to the nuggets to the fries and the soda was flat. Damn ketchup wouldn't even move it was a hard pace. I literally peeled off the ketchup and mustard. the cheese was literally like biting a raw macaroni elbow, HARD. THAT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST BITE! I didn't even bother with the fries soon as I looked at them I just throw them away. the same way your fingers look after getting out of the pool after being in there for 10 hours that's how they all looked nothing was warm or hot to the touch not even lukewarm.Literally everyone was on their cell phones. Maybe that's why they couldn't manage to cook anything fresh. they don't even deserve a one star they just need to be slapped.

When asking (3) times if my order can be taken (not being able to hear the person taking it), I pulled up to continue my order. Then, I was denied and asked to repeat the process. It could be my hearing due to events in the military service that don't allow me to hear to full capacity but I still feel like that is no reason to refuse service... The manager rolling her eyes at concerns did not help... I would definitely take your business elsewhere unless you want horrible customer service and cold food. I never reported how cold the food is in the evenings from here but geez.. it's bad

Double Quarter Pounder with cheese no bread it was okay I mean it was McDonald's so the bars are very high the new make make tenders they were all right I mean not nowhere near as good as Safeway chicken tenders I'll tell you that but for a quick bite halfway through my shift get the job done their new sauce was pretty good I'll give them that

Es un robo este establecimiento. Lo visite para que mi esposa desayunara. No acostumbro a venir a estos lugares. Me robaron!! . 15.45 dolares por una hamburguesa mas chica que mis dedos. Para colmo con una bebida que no pidio. No soy de aqui pero me decepciono la atencion. Les deje el dinero y la hamburguesa para que se la comieran!!. Estafadores

The worst service I have ever encountered. First off the smell inside is horrendous. I dont recommend eating inside. Second, the manager refused to take any order at the register even though all the kiosk weren't working besides one. All I ordered was a large fry and it took 20 minutes. This place is a total joke.

BEWARE!!!!!!! !!! This may be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. As you enter the parking lot, you encounter several junkies, I mean homeless people, loitering in front of the door asking customers for money. There was one gentleman lying in the parking lot on the concrete, soaking up the sun. This establishment DOES NOT enforce any kind of loitering policy. Clearly, please run away. I should have run. I feel horrible giving this franchise owner my hard-earned money. Lesson learned: never will come here again. And I advise you all not to either unless you enjoy broken kiosks and employees hiding behind the counter and not greeting you at all. Please have some self-respect for yourself and do not give this place your money. You deserve better.

I went with a friend on Thursday (07/17/2025). The food was good, especially the nuggets. We got a large sized drink with our $5 value meals, which was a nice surprise. One issue is the meal with the double cheeseburger was not listed on the kiosk. I ended up having my friend choose the wrong option (just the cheeseburger for $4.99). Staff helped rectify the situation. I ended up having to order from a cashier due to the same issue where the double cheeseburger meal did not show on the kiosk. Additionally, another kiosk was missing the keypad to pay with and probably should have been marked as out-of-order. The atmosphere was chaotic. From the lines of cars in the drive-thru to the other vehicles driving through the parking lot at a fast rate of speed, I was ready to go before we even pulled in. In addition to this, a dispute of some sort happened between a customer and a staff member. I am not sure what happened but the situation was diffused fairly quickly. All in all, I probably would not come back to this location due to just the sheer chaos with the vehicular traffic and with the foot traffic inside of the establishment during the lunch hour. I want to relax during my lunch hour, not be stressed out. Also, I get that restaurants get busy during the lunch rush but I just do not like being in large crowds or crowded spaces.
