This place lacks professionalism, organization and will try to scam you for more money, so please make sure everything is done in paper and with receipts! Our very first appointment was with the owner who was very friendly and really hyped up the packages they offer making it seem they have the most reasonable prices and includes mostly everything you can think of but in reality everything gets added at a much higher price, you are better off getting your own vendors and get the basic package. The package we got was the "highest" and for 300 people. The place is very hot in there, some of the vendors they provide lack communication and professionalism as well. Our event person directing the choreography showed up 45 mins late but the worse part of the night was the security guys complete jerks with miserable attitudes, the bald guy was just unbelievable who needs lots of training! Lots of our family members and friends weren’t allowed in even with the invitation on hand claiming we were at max capacity or no reason given, he was rude to the immediate family, the kids/teenangers, I understand there’s safety measurements need to be taken in place but these two security lack everything! We tried our best to be reasonable but majority of our guest encounter a negative experience with them. I can’t stress enough the negative experience with the security guys throughout the entire night we had to keep going to the front to make sure our family members or close friends got in. Security wouldn’t even let family members go to their cars to change shoes without threatening to not let them back in or say derogatory comments. We raised our concerns to the person in charge for the night and nothing was handled. This venue needs lots of improvement, organization and better service, new security personnel. On a positive note the food and cake vendor were amazing and the bartenders.

First time going there Amaze me of how well the place is maintained and well care for. The staff are so sweet and treat you like family, I actually thought they were cause of how friendly they are.

Excelente servicio Heidi, Yessica, y Luz mui lindas siempre mui atentas con mis dudas y preguntas. El dia del evento Junio27,25 todo estuvo mui lindo las meseras super amables se portaron bn con mis invitados. Martha nuestras bar tender 10/10 super buena onda, amable y mui linda ella. Luz wow! Mui atenta con todo cualquier cosa q ocupará iva con ella y ella se encargava. Gracias! Dj Yoshi excelente ambiente y mui buena musica. El salon y servicio 10/10 todo mui bien. Lo único malo q paso fue q en el parquiadero varios carros fueron vandalisados, les quebraron los vidrios y desafortunadamente unos de mis invitados pasaron ese mal momento. Creo q más seguridad en el parquiadero y todo viera estado perfecto.

Muy satisfecha con el servicio de este salón. Mi sobrina tuvo su quinceañera en Phoenix Event Center #1 y quedamos encantados con este salón y con su servicio. Mi sobrina tuvo una fiesta de ensueño. Muy hermoso este salón , todo muy bien explicado por parte de Yessica y de Heidi , el depósito fue devuelto de forma rápida y sin ningún problema. El AC enfría muy bien. Lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento.

It's a very good and fIt has 2 rooms in the same building, both very nice and spacious. Ample and accessible parking. Entrance through main streets.un place to work and to enjoy a any events

I recently had my daughter’s Quinceañera here and I couldn’t be happier. The event was perfectly set up. The staff is amazing and the venue was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this venue. Thank you, Heidi and staff for taking care of me.
