Pretty big pet store, and the aisles were well-marked so you could easily find what you needed. Everything for the birds, dogs, and cats were well-stocked, and they even sold costumes there. The adoption center had cute cats on display. Employees were friendly. Accessible entrance and accessible parking store-front.

The customer service for the PetSmart employees was amazing but the bathrooms were dirty. No tissue in the bathroom, paper towels in place of tissue. The lady at the Banfield desk was rude also.

Always have what I need for wet and dry food in the car section. I appreciate they have healthier food options for my pets that most other stores don't! Good deals on the app too!

Well I didn't catch his name but he had Blue (or pink) hair and he was just simply amazing! He was very informative about Betta fish and what I needed to get my aquarium up and going. He was a real sweetheart very good with people, Great customer service! I would definitely come back if I have any questions to see him.

This place smells horrible! I entered the store for a new pet (a fish) but most of them were dead. The smell was so disgusting that I left 1 min after I entered. The smell could be described as dog pee and cat pee. This was so outrageous!!! But the saddest thing is that most of the animals were dead!!!!

Just wanted to know if the Banfield inside here was open today cause it didn’t say anywhere on Google and one of the staff members was so rude about it just hung up the phone on me after I said "okay nvm then thank you" Jeez at least say "sure" instead of just hanging up like you're irritated not my fault dude.

Absolutely love going here, the workers are always helpful and seem to be very friendly as well. And I really love how they interact and show/teach my kiddo about some of the animals there if shes got questions or curious on a creature. And tonight they pointed out to me, the last one they had for now, and extremely pretty guppy that is now a new little part of my family
