Custom creatures has an incredible selection of healthy reptiles and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean, and the enclosures are well-maintained. They have all the supplies you need, from feeders to tanks, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend them for both beginners and experienced reptile owners.

A great local creature shop. They’ve got a huge selection of reptiles, arthropods, and aquatic animals. Feeder insects are priced better here than anywhere else as well.

Called about selling some pets, owner said bring them in and would give 100 to 150 per, and when I drove all the way over there he was like ill give you 50 a piece without even looking at them. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the staff that was there were friendly and knowledgeable.

Associates were amazing. Very nice and knowledgeable. Looked at several places for pet rats. Only place we found them. The rats are very friendly. All other animals were well cared for and enclosures were all very clean.

Okay, so I just popped in while on vacation to look at reptiles, because I like reptiles. Staff was super kind and told me about many of the animals, some of which were species I hadn't seen in person. Plus, look at these baby tortoises So cute

It’s a hole in the wall with potential. Prices for animals is a little high on some and cheap for others. They have a variety of reptiles. They have like 5 guinea pigs. For supplies - reptiles it’s good and small furry things. But for anything else it’s lacking. Husbandry could be better, they do clean but a few animals looked a little unhealthy.
