Started personal training with a decent amount of hesitation- met Linda as my coach and we clicked! She has been extremely supportive and understanding with instructing and teaching for WEEKS! Such a pleasure to work with her. Not to mention this location is absolutely HUGE, well maintained, clean and people are friendly.

I would give it zero stars if I could terrible experience. I canceled my membership and they still are charging me months later. I called several ( Managers ) and they just kept disregarding my complaints and said there’s nothing they can do I have complained about my personal training experience as well as overall experience that I had at EOS I do not recommend this facility to anyone ever. Don’t waste your money coming here. Go to L.A fitness they won’t leave your bank account empty Charging people 400 hundred dollars for one pt session. Absolutely NOT OKAY!!!!!!!

Estoy en el vestuario de eos atendido día domingo por supuestamwnte kayla cervantes y no me deja entrar a las instalaciones el día domingo por que a ellos no se les refleja el pago el día de hoy siendo que el pago lo hice el 9 de julio en otra sucursal y me prohibió la entrada al gimnasio siendo que le.mostre la transacción en mi cuenta ta de banco pedi hablar con su manager y no me lo permitió pienso que es un acto de racismo y descrami acción de parte de ella y ahora llega su compañero y me.amenasan de llamar ala policía solo por que no se les refleja la transacción siendo do que les muestro que el día 9 de julio se pago, en fin hable con otra persona encargada no demayo rango que ella y me dice que lamentablemente lo sucedido si quiero puedo pasar , yo le dije que hasta mo aclarar estoy con alguien de mejor atención y vean el tema de discriminación y racismo de parte ella no.ll haría que iría a otro eos ahora estoy en otro sin problema entrenando ,mañana m3 dirige hablar con alguien a ver que haven con este tipo de atención al cliente , si tengo que llegar hasta lo mas alto lo haré pero ko dejare pasar esto gracias Alex por tu atención

I rarely make reviews let alone bad ones. I had been coming to this gym since they opened. No issues at all, ever. Then late last month in August I had the worst experience, and I’m pretty sure discrimination was involved from one of the managers as well as aggressive behavior , Chloe Warrington. I was dead lifting at the platforms (which they’re designed for) and I was doing heavy weight. I would do a rep & release it, standard dead lifting technique. I’m approached by Chloe telling me that we can’t do that between 8am-5pm, that there’s a school below. I told her that’s what these are designed to do , she said I understand just what it is. I asked how long had this been a thing that I’ve been lifting like this since they opened, she said year. I asked is this in our agreement, she said no that it’s on the pillars around the gym (which I’m sure a lot of ppl do not look at). So I continued to lift and see if I could set it down quietly, I was unable to so was going to un rack the weight and move on to another workout. But in less than 30 seconds she came back around and started on again and I told her I was done. As I start to remove the weight I take one off and toss it to the side, at that moment she furiously told me I needed to leave that I had "2 hand slammed the weight". A bold face lie. I told her I would not leave because I did not do that. I could tell she was on some sort of power trip because in all my years I had never dealt with anything like this. I was quickly met with about 2-3 other employees trying to lie for her saying they had her me "slam" the weight. They said if I didn’t leave they’d call the cops, I told them that was fine that’s I did nothing wrong. At this moment I’m frustrated bc Chloe is lying on my name. I implored them to look at the video to see if I 2 hand slammed the weight, they refused. So I stood up front talking to another manager, or so he said he was. He asked me what’s the point of all this, I said because she is lying and that’s the whole base of her trying to kick me out but if you watch the tape and can see she’s lying then her only reason to be kicking me out would be based off discrimination of my skin tone which I don’t like. Mind you she’s at the front desk, we’re about 10-15ft away. She furiously comes around the desk and charges at me to the point a co worker had to restrain her! Like what? At this point I knew this wasn’t about any weight she thought she saw "2 hand slammed". They had to remove her and take her to the woman’s room to "calm down". I’m not sure why she was so riled up. I told the other manager that I had been speaking to that if the security or cops are taking too long that I’d just finish my workout, I ended up doing so with no issues. Authorities came and I talked to them and wanted them to look at the tape, but they said they couldn’t either. Eventually I left on their orders and was given a trespassing citation. I ended up getting voicemail from a regional asset manager "revoking" my entire mentorship from EVERY Eos gym because she said she received threatening or violent messages. And they automatically assumed it was me and revoked my membership which I know can’t be legal because I did no such thing and you banned me off an assumption, no facts. So I went to another Eos location to try to have that same person reach out to me which he did. I talked to him & he told me to email my statement in and he’d review the footage. He ended up reaching back out to me, un revoking my membership access and letting me know that manager was in the wrong and’s it would be handled "internally". He said that I did not 2 hand slam the weight, that I dropped it like any other member would. He also said her charging at me was very wrong and they would talk to her. She still is the manager there and nothing has happened since. But I am still banned from the gym. I’m not sure how I’m banned still but she continues to work there. Please do better by your members eos. I’ve never experienced anything like this in a gym.

I love this EOS location! Tons of space on the training floor, stretching + turf area, clean facility & locker rooms, and super friendly staff!! 5 stars any day:)

For as busy this location gets, the cleanliness and condition of the equipment is great. parking is fairly generous but not ideal in my own opinion. The hours of operation and location is perfect, one of the few 24/7s in metro. Personal trainer Orlando is great!

This location is awesome. Staff is friendly & helpful. Trainers are cool peeps. Front desk super friendly especially Janisse! Excellent customer service!
