Such awful service. I called to asked it the can do a travel id and what was needed for a duplicate. The lady told me it would be all the same documents even though I had one already, cool no problem. I gathered my documents and went in and when I got there she said they do not offer travel id services on the weekend. When I told her I just called and she said I must have called somewhere else because only she answers the phone. When I asked her to confirm the phone number and showed her my caller id and that I had called 40 minutes prior she said in the nastiest tone, "we don’t do travel id on weekend". Then she had the audacity to say come back tomorrow as if I would really return to give her $25 for a travel id and another $40 for her convenience? Girl, please… she could have easily said that on the phone and saved my gas and the trouble with having interact with her rude self. Then, why lie and act like I didn’t just speak with you, you don’t even have the common sense to explain that. Why would I come back? I’ll just go to the actual MVD and pay regular price and get halfway decent service. I hate when people are so burnt out and they hate their job that they take it out on the customers. Get a new job that you actually like.

Says it opens at 9 am, I been here since 8:50 am and still not open. I know it’s Super Bowl Sunday but nowhere says this is closed and I literally drove 40 min to the only (apparent) open mvd. Why would u say ur open if ur not…
