DolEx Dollar Express

Their sign says cost for cashing money orders is 4% Max. They charged me 7%. Then tried to lie about it. It was a $200 Western Union Money Order. I ended up here, because the Western Union Locations were all closed 2 hours earlier than the website shows. They literally over charged me, and charged more to cash a secured money order than they would for an unsecured personal check? What planet am I on? Don't go here. They are clearly ripping off people in bad situations.

Update: was just talking about Dolex and remembered my experience here ....read the other reviews. All 1 stars. !!!!THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!! They require a ssn# to to buy money orders. REALLY????? Just give them a fake one OBVIOUSLY....They also only take cash, no debit to buy money orders SMH!!! Lady also had bad customer service, doesn't know how to smile, talks to u like a child....lady needs to learn basic customer service skills, it's not that hard. Never going here again wow!!!

Went in to cash a payroll check, waited for customer who was already there to fin8sb transaction. Only person working spoke no english at all and was attempting to tell me that theres a problem woth their systems today but come back tomorrow.....after i watched a transaction be completed in front of me

One star for the people working not the actual place went here to send some money and the older men that were working and helped me had really bad customer service I had an issue with the money I send and when I went back to solve it the older man that helped me was nice at first but got really upset and started raising his voice at me because I would ask for explanations as to why he needed that information he was asking for if the lady that had helped me earlier didn’t need it he got more upset and even threw of his mask the lady that helped me out earlier that day was really nice she said if I had any problems to come back and they would gladly help but not this guy

apesta adentro . siempre nomas hay una cajera , la señora no le gusta ayudar al cliente, nomas quiere pelear con uno. me frustro mucho

El horario de fines de semana dice cierran a las 8 pm, en dos ocasiones lo encontrado cerrado ya y aún faltan más de 10 minutos minutos para las 8 pm
