I started my notary business a short while back and I can honestly say that discovering Notary Stars has and always will be a blessing. This review will be like no other that I have ever posted for any business. What can I say about Notary Stars and Unlimited Ink? WOW. The entire team are all good people. Every single one who works there – including the owner – are the most kind, compassionate and helpful people. Whenever I have needed a question answered – they are always there. From April in Scheduling to Christine in Accounting, as well as all the ones I get the honor of speaking with regarding certain projects – Jowen, Dinah, Twenie, Marie, Sheryl and Ken. If I’m missing anyone, it isn’t deliberate. I’m just trying to remember as many names as I can. Ronnie, the Owner, is always there for the clients, but also for his notaries. He will take time out of his busy day to pick up the phone and call you if you need anything or have any questions. He is also patient and kind with everyone involved in Notary Stars Training. He truly wants everyone to succeed – his clients, his staff and the notary signing agents. All the trainers at Notary Stars are AMAZING. The training itself is constant and ongoing, in this ever-changing business. The training modules alone are worth it, but Notary Stars has various live trainings every week (from newbies or general notary work to signings, closings, apostilles, RON, website building, marketing), as well as a Monday night zoom where even non-members can attend and ask their questions. Ronnie, Beth and the other trainers are experts in their field who are always patient, kind and compassionate to everyone, and treat every question as if it is the most important question. Being a member of Notary Stars also looks really good to title companies, because they know that Signing Agents are constantly learning more and continuing their education. Continuing education is important in any field, and in the land of all things notary, it is a MUST. Unlimited Ink and Notary Stars are in a class all by themselves. You just can’t find sincere people and customer service people these days at many companies. But Notary Stars and Unlimited Ink are different. They are human beings, and they care about other human beings. And that just makes my heart smile.
