Sharko's Catering

We had Sharko's Catering for our Easter Weekend party, and they were fantastic! Jacalyn was amazing—super organized and thoughtful, and she handled everything from outdoor heaters to a great bartender. The food was delicious, and our guests loved it. Huge thanks to Jacalyn and the Sharko's team for making it such a fun and memorable day!

Sharko's catered our wedding at Desert Views and they exceeded expectations! The service was quick, attentive and the staff kept coming back to ensure everyone was full! They even offered my husband (the Groom) a second dinner and brought us our cocktail hour appetizers we ran out of time to enjoy. We were also blown away to see Gerard, the owner, catering with his staff! Would absolutely recommend.

Sharko's has been the caterer for many of the Diocese of Phoenix events that I have attended. The most recent experience however was nothing short of outstanding. They had an amazing choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts together with a very attentive staff.

Sharkos Catering was an absolute HIT for our wedding! Our guests from all over the country raved about the taste of the food and the size of the portions that were served. Sharkos was accommodating in scheduling a tasting for my husband and I, and made our wedding day even more memorable! We have not had one complaint about the food. The staff were all so kind and professional, and the owner was at our wedding kindly serving our plates and making sure all things ran smooth. We would use Sharkos again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

Truly could not have asked for a smoother catering experience. During the dinner I had countless people tell me how quickly everyone had ate (we did buffet style with 155 guests and everyone had gotten their food within 20 minutes), and how yummy the food was. Not to mention when we took a moment to ourselves after the ceremony they immediately brought apps to the bridal suite and sat a tray full down, they were constantly checking in on us and filling up our waters. Seriously such a phenomenal experience. 1000/10! Thank you guys so much.

We are so thankful we chose Sharko's Catering for the food for our wedding! We got so man compliments from multiple guests about how it was the best wedding food they had ever had -- especially when it came to the au gratin potatoes that were a big hit! Thank you so much Sharko's for being so communicative throughout the process and for the delicious food on our big night!

I visited Phoenix July 4th weekend 2025 to attend a convention. This was my 1st time in Phoenix, and I was tasked with finding a caterer to feed 10+ men, lunch and dinner July 4th and 5th. I read a lot of reviews, and Sharko’s stood above the rest. I contacted the Sharko’s Team and they drafted (4) menus for my approval. On July 4th, at lunch time, the Sharko’s truck pulled in front of our Airbnb. The staff was friendly, the food was outstanding, and the portions were plentiful. Later that evening, we received our 2nd delivery of delicious food. Over the course of (2) days, we had Boneless Braised Beef Short Ribs, Stuffed Chicken Breast, BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs, Home Style BBQ Chicken, Homemade Lasagna, Creamy Tuscan Chicken, Chicken Enchiladas and Fajita Steak. All (4) meals were served with sides. Our guests were so impressed with the spread, they put me in charge of the food (2) years from now when our convention shifts to Baltimore. I doubt I will be able to find another caterer like Sharko’s! Patrick
